  When you have a window that opens from the bottom, they’ll charge that for 2 windows even though it’s all within the same frame. Does that make sense? Twenty windows don’t really equal 20 windows in my mind, but that’s the way it works. I won’t use them again. They were late and they were difficult to get a hold of. Then one of them smelled like marijuana, he was in his car smoking before he came into my house.

  All Day Projects

  I thought It went great. The man that came the first day was a very hard worker. However, after he and the guy the next day were finished we noticed that the power washer had splattered mud all over the grandkids play house and all their toys as well as in the outdoor kitchen. His work was good except for this major issue. We feel the job was too much for one person. The guy that come the next day was new on the job; did his best, but had troubles with screens, etc. However, he did a nice job on the windows.

  This was a big deal purchase. They have been great. I have used them two or three times. They did an awesome job. It cost $110 to replace and repair the screens. They were courteous, clean, fast and efficient. They were top notch. They got hold of me as soon as I contacted them. They called me back that same day. It took them two or three days to get me into their schedule and then they were right out.

  Everything was excellent. Both times Phil came out right on time. He was very thorough and professional in everything he did. I would definitely use Mr. Glass any jobs that fit the services they provide. It's a very nice small family business. His wife, Sherry, runs the office and is always responds quickly to questions.

  for the most part, it was pretty great. 3 people showed up so they were only here a short amount of time. Scheduling was pretty easy, however I wasn't overly excited at not knowing the exact time to expect them until the night prior when I received a message from the scheduler. This meant I had to make some last minute adjustments to my day to accommodate their schedule. And finally, they asked if I had any special requests. I asked that they prioritize bathrooms and kitchen and then everything else was second. As they were packing up they told me they didn't have time to do one of the bathrooms. I was really excited about everything they had done, but window cleaning was definitely a distant second to bathrooms and I would have liked if they would have focused on what I requested.

  The brothers arrived promptly at the arranged time, and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail, and were very personable as well. I would definitely recommend them. The original deal was for 10 windows, and they did those with an additional 5 more with an added fee, as advertised in the "deal". Nothing was rushed; everything was done to insure the windows and screens were clean.

  Coyote Painting & Window Cleaning

  Positives: punctual.  Got the cleaning scheduled in about a week & a half.  Arrived on time.  
  Did just the roof tblow off and gutters and no more.  Roof cleaning = blower.  Gutters = hose down downspout and scraped most of the gutters.
  No treatment for moss,  although the workers who showed up implied that they would come back on the following business day to take care of it.  
  When no one showed, I called and was told that that service was "an additional fee" almost equal to the clean up.
  Had my husband not been on a careful watch, I am not certain of the thoroughness of the job.

  Premier Property Maintenance

  I purchased a Big Deal for them before and it turned out fantastic. In fact, he cleaned the dryer vents that time and I asked him to come back and do the roof. So, he came back and did the roof. It was so good that I asked him to come back and do the windows. I decided to use him for the window cleaning because when he cleaned the vent, he was courteous, polite, and communicated. He told us what he was going to do. He never left a mess. He cleaned it all up. He was professional. Those are the type of people you like. So, I asked if he would like to do the roof because I knew he did that too and he said sure. So, it was just that they were professional. They were good and communicated well. It was a young man and a young woman that came out to do the windows. We had grandkids here and grandkids were running under foot and running around. It did not bother them. They just were professional and they did their job. I am going to use them again.

  Kevyn showed up promptly on schedule and cleaned both the interior and exterior windows as well as the screens.  He did the most amazing job and they sparkled like gems when he was through.  He was very professional and polite and courteous.  I would absolutely recommend them and I am just waiting for the spring rains to be over so that I can schedule them again!

  I have had them clean my gutters through Angie's List. It's hard to say without looking how they did. But, I had no complaints and decided to have them cleaned again this year as well as using them for the other services. I am very pleased with the windows, very obvious to see the results there!  And have no complaints about the gutters or roof that I can't really see without looking at. Service man was polite and professional.
