AClog Pro Plumbing And DrainWhen I first called I was told it would be 3 days til they could get out. At that point I was almost in tears &ClogPro rearranged some scheduling to get someone out that day. Toilets were checked & they weren't the problem, but our pipe to the septic tank was clogged & we had sewage overflow from the access pipe. He worked all afternoon to unclog the line & recap the access pipe..took a video to show what he cleared. Along the way he offered some trouble-shooting & maintence tips. I was very pleased with the service & tips. Total cost was $667 as he had to use the truck when it involved the septic line. I now will scedule routine maintenece on the septic line & will use them to do it.- Joyce B.

The old steel tank was out very quickly and the hole dug for the new tank. Much care and attention to detail was taken setting the new tank precisely. FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AA contractor broke a pipe in my crawl space, and B&G was able to get here in about 30 minutes and repair the pipe very quickly. They are so responsive and so professional. This is my second plumbing emergency with them, and I would recommend them to anyway. Bobo, the owner, talked me though turning off the gas to my hot water heater over the phone and verified that I had turned off the mail water correctly. They are truly a professional organization. They also send a restoration crew to address the water damage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

DThey tried to convince us that our electrical panel was defective and wanted to charge us $2500 for it. We had our neighbor who is a master electrician come take a look and he said they’re “full of ****”. We needed a replacement for a little wall heater in a rental replaced so they ordered it, called us when it came in, made an appointment and no-showed when they figured out we weren’t going to have them replace our panel. The owner Chad is a trump*er and posts a bunch of white supremacy nonsense on his Facebook page. My husband is Black. He thought he could take advantage or that we weren’t worthy of his time and respect and ghosted when he was outsmarted. The guy is a bigot and a scammer.
