    Force Washing
I contacted Dan, of Force Washing, to get a quote to clean and treat my roof and to power wash my house and drive way - the whole works. He arrived within a day and also got on the roof for a close look. He saw some minor repairs, such as flashing, that needed attention. His estimate included all listed above, cleaning the gutters, caulking exposed nails, and repairing some rain collars. He came out on the day promised. He did an excellent job and sent photos of all the work they did. While his crew missed power washing the gutter faces, when I called to let him know, he apologized and got out immediately to take care of it. Force Washington was a breeze to work with. Honest and straightforward. I would hire them again without any hesitation!

    Tri-Coast Painting & Construction Inc
The company did an excellent job. They were very meticulous and completed everyone of my work requests. Both houses are three story with very steep roofs and had several difficult to reach areas to paint. I could not be happier with their work. There were five painters on the job everyday. Darren, the owner, was so organized, that all five personnel were working in unison with no dead time and no one standing around. When I asked, he explained that he had worked in the house painting business since he was 15 years old. He estimated that he had painted approximately 1500 houses thus far. Hire this guy, he is good!

    All Day Projects
They were great! They were very thorough. They are better than other providers I've hired for pressure washing int he past. They used a machine that really cleaned it up! They came out after the Fourth of July and they were able to get stains from fireworks off the concrete without any problems.

John came out and bid our job at a fair price.  He also answered questions related to the use of different materials and brands on our other bids.  We worked together to paint during only good weather which is their standard anyway.

Since the good weather occurred when I was out of town, they completed the job, left a clean worksite, and did a masterful job.

Over and above: We have a nightmare next door neighbor with no life who was not cooperative.  John handled this with professionalism and grace.  Both he and his staff deserve the highest recommendation.  Call him, you won?t regret it.  AND?.  We have so many compliments on the house!  Thanks John.

We selected Clark County Painting to do our exterior, with
some hesitation because they were the low bid of three by quite a bit. Now
that the job is complete, we are more than satisfied. As part of the bid they refinished our front
door, sealed a leaking gutter, and painted the entire house. The workmanship was superb the men doing the
work clearly took pride in their efforts, and desired (and got) complete
satisfaction. Their work was top quality
from pressure washing to finishing touches.
We will use them again in 15 years or so, and recommend them most
highly. One reservation is that their
office staff is unable or unwilling to make phone calls to confirm schedules or
to notify of changes in schedule. A+ for the service, C- for the office.

    Pacific Paintworks
They were very careful not to over spray connecting concrete walls, plants and neighbors vehicles (during a somewhat windy day),  My neighbor just had his house painted the previous week (another company) so I was able to see the difference between the two jobs.  The neighbor had a number of areas (holidays) where only one coat didn't cover very well.  Steve applies two coats of paint just for that reason, as well as making sure the thickness of the paint is sufficient to last a long time.  They were very professional and went to great lengths to answer questions and explain why they did something a certain way.

    RSU Construction LLC
My husband and I really enjoyed working with RSU Construction. The owner Arthur and his workers put in a good quality deck for us while helping us stay within our budget. Arthur himself, along with his workers had our deck put in, in 2 days. They came on a weekend which we enjoyed so we could be at home to make sure things were done to our liking. Also, they worked in 100 degree weather while battling the masquitos in the evening. Arthur was very easy to work with. He listened to what was important to us and we are happy customers.

    Lifetime Remodeling Systems LLC
This is a case of what goes around comes around in a positive fashion.  When I first had my house built, I had problems with the  with the Hardi-Plank siding and repeat failure of the caulking the builder used (cheap).  I called Lifetime and spoke to Gino who really helped me out (see Angie's List report dated 10/24/2007 on page 7 of reviews of their site for details).  I never forgot Gino and said that when the opportunity came about I would look to use the services of his company.  Three years later we contracted with Lifetime to paint our house as the paint job performed by the builder was horrible and did not even hold up for five years.  I think even Lifetime's work crew were shaking their head in amazement at some of the the things they saw when working on our house.

We worked with Roger Lindstrom and during our first walk around the house to estimate the job, it was apparent that he knew the right way the job should be done (consistent with what Gino had advised years earlier).  His knowledge level only elevated the more we spoke to different contractors (all A rated on Angie's List).  I appreciated the fact that on his initial visit Roger came prepared with sample colors, a professional packet showing their license, bond and insurance information, numerous references and Angie's List Super Service Awards.  We called many of the references provided and all had nothing but glowing reviews of Lifetime and their workers.

Roger was a true project manager.  It is so rare to get that from a contractor these days let alone someone who truly performs as a competent project manager.  Roger's service was outstanding which is the hallmark of Lifetime Remodeling.  My wife and I even felt guilty about calling Roger at times.  He was there for us at any time including many weekends.  He was truly concerned about our needs and producing a great outcome.  He came out and painted numerous colors on our house so we could see it in different light and weather conditions.  Of course, in the end wouldn't you know that we picked the very first color he painted on our house!  Roger kept us informed every step of the way.  He was always onsite and when we would point out spots that were missed or areas that needed to be cleaned up, there were no questions asked other than to have the workers perform the work to our satisfaction.  Once again, we felt guilty about pointing out any missed spots because we knew that everyone was working to do their best but Roger insisted that we point things out to him and the crew.

Overall, it could not have been a better experience and outcome.  I am a perfectionist and extremely picky so I really applaud Lifetime and Roger for meeting my high expectations.  We still need to have our front door repainted as it was near the end of the year last year and the paint didn't sit well.  Due to our dealings with Roger and Lifetime, we are not stressed about it as we know that they will come out and finish the job right.  We are in the process of trying to set that up with Roger at present.

It should be noted that Lifetime was the highest bid we received but it was evident to us that they would do the job right and knew far more about doing it right than other contractors we interviewed.  As a result of Gino helping me out three years ago for which he received no compensation, yet gave me his time and advice, he set the stage for a future customer and earned my business far ahead of a need he could service.  Subsequently, I tell all who will listen that this is the company to do business with.  In fact, Roger is working with a good friend of mine who is doing a major remodel of his home.  Lifetime is doing both interior and exterior work for him.

We have the best paint job in the neighborhood and have received many compliments on our house!

We will probably be talking with Roger in the future about interior painting work.

    Advice from our experience:

    1.  Trust Roger.  He is good with color schemes, knows the business and cares about quality outcomes.
    2.  Pay now or pay later.  Invest in a good paint job up front that will last for years where you pay once or pay less now only to have to pay again due to the paint job not holding up.
    3.  Use SW Duration paint.  Great warranty and helps to seal the house as well as handle the NW weather.  It is expensive but  we will not have to re-caulk or re-paint our house for years to come.
    4.  Call Lifetime's references and listen to their experiences first hand.
    5.  Nobody's perfect but Lifetime really cares and wants you to be satisfied with their work.  They are one of the few companies that still deliver superior customer service and uphold the concept.

    Thank you Gino and Roger!
