    As far as I know good, no obvious signs of infestation. However since this treatment was prophylactic in nature (that is preventative rather than addressing an existing problem), I can't say one way or the other regarding the 'quality' of the service. The service was provided professionally, on-time, and they were responsive to my needs. Specifically, most companies of this sort want customers to sign up to an annual multi-spray plan that I was not interested in, they listened to my concerns and agreed to the one-time spray option. Also were careful to stay away from fruit tree and vegetable growing areas in our backyard that I requested. Final comment, one of the reasons I went with this company is that as opposed to other pest control companies that do business in this area they were the only one that seemed to have a business license for operating in our city (Washougal), and that they had general liability insurance (some of the others apparently did not --- at least not as per the Washington State's business licensing on-line information).

    They call before each visit to let us know they're coming & ask if they need to do the full interior treatment again, otherwise they just work outside & knockdown all the nests & webs & spray the barrier to keep bugs away. I'm happy with the results!

    I don't remember the cost. I think pest control people charge too much. We called them for spiders and we don't have any more spiders. They were very responsive. As far as I can tell they did a good job.

    It went very well. Jeff and company were very professional and courteous, and on time.  The company gives a 90 day warranty for the spraying so I wasn't asked to sign up and pay for quarterly spraying when it may not be needed.  If it turns out to be necessary, for the ants next year or other pests, I would use them again.

    We never thought we were the type of family to utilize a pest control service.  Now that we use Aspen, we wonder how we ever got along without them!

    Joe and crew are definitely on top of their game.  We use a subscription service with them. They always call ahead before servicing. They are so on time, you can set a watch (or your smart phone!) to them.  

    When we first moved to this area, we had a significant issue with wasps, and hobo spiders.  This house had been standing empty for some months, allowing insects to move in under the eaves and crawl space.  They were even in our fence line. Thankfully, Aspen got in all those spaces and more, and fixed it!  The take care of rodents as well.

    What we like about Aspen is that they're local- not a giant, faceless company (ie, Orkin), and the rates are excellent.  Since they are local, you won't get an "operator" from another state on the phone, and if there's a problem, they will get there quick.

    You have a choices of treatments with them. If you are chemically sensitive or prefer "organic" treatments, they will do that. If you need a more chemically traditional "all out blast" to eliminate infestations, they can do that, too.  You can go to the store and buy a case of Raid, but spray can after spray can won't do as good as these guys do.

    When we moved here, we were skeptics about pest control, which means we're picky!! They know their stuff well.  Give them a call. When the critters are gone, you'll wonder why you didn't call sooner. We did- we really did!

    Mole Ace

    We had a serious infestation of moles last winter which was getting completely out of hand.  I had contacted several people in the area, but none of them were taking any new customers.  One of these providers gave me the contact information for The Mole Ace.  Thankfully, Kevon was able to take us on as clients and he completely rid our property of moles.  In fact, he caught 15 of them! 

    I was so incredibly impressed with what a professional, courteous young man he is.  We have a large area of landscaping, approximately two acres that he serviced. He set up the initial round of traps on the first visit and then would come once a week to check the traps and set new ones if necessary.  He was prompt and worked quickly taking care to secure the traps well, as we have very large dogs in the yard.

    I was getting very desperate when we discovered Kevon and I really feel like he rescued us.  I have referred him to several other people who have hired him and they feel the same way.

    I would and will absolutely call on him again if the need arises!

    I was blown away by the unprofessionalism of the Terminix tech when he arrived at my home. I had used the same local Terminix company a few years ago at a different house, so decided to try them again since their service was satisfactory and they could schedule the extermination appointment for two days later.  I recognized the tech from my previous extermination and we entered into small talk. When we discussed my last service, and that I only had two or three out of their four recommended treatments within a year, he had the nerve to say that he was "reluctant to enter into a service agreement with me since If I stop service with him it reflects on him, and his commission would go down". He then tried to bargain a better deal for a yearly deal with me since I was a past customer, but said that he would need to get his manager's approval tomorrow. He refused to do my treatment that day, but said that he could come back tomorrow and spray if he could work up a deal for me- although pointed out that it was supposed to rain. (I never said that I would not sign the contract at that time, he just assumed that I would not follow through with all treatments. Apparently I was not his ideal customer). I explained that there were several extermination companies that I could have called, but I chose them and waited two days for them to be able to come out and exterminate. They were there as scheduled, yet he refused to perform the service that was scheduled. He was clearly more concerned about his commission, rather than customer service!!  I recommend that you do not waste your time or money with them!

    They were friendly and explained what they were going to do. They put bait for the ants in the walls and counter of the kitchen and sprayed outside. All of the ants were gone within a few days.

We thank them and Angie.

    Excellent, excellent customer service ? the representative showed up right on time, did a walk-around of the property, went underneath the house (which gets him special points in my book!) and assessed our problem.  Turns out we did have an ant problem - it was a specific ant which he treated specifically (sorry, no idea about the technical details).  The representative painstakingly searched the house for mouse infestation; thankfully we didn't have a mouse problem after all (our stoopid cat was/is bringing the mice into the house for entertainment) but I felt much, much better after his assessment.  He educated us a bit on insect infestation, cleaned all the outside spider webs, treated for ants and placed mouse bait around the outside of the house.  He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  We are now signed up for quarterly treatments and I will recommend this company without reservation.
