  Excellent service. Keith Mitchell the Arborist was very informative when he came out to do the estimate. The entire crew that came was very efficient and professional. The foreman was also very informative about the condition of the trees and explained what they were doing and why. Everything was chipped and cleaned up after the trimming. I definitely would like to have them come out to keep the trees well trimmed. I had the following done: Very large Maple heavily trimmed, large English Walnut heavily trimmed, medium Flowering Pear trimmed, Small Japanese Maple trimmed, and two very large, tall (up to roof) bushes removed. Cost: $2,710.00

  Excellent! Andre and his team did an amazing job. Andre directed his crew with efficiency and expertise I have never seen before performed with such mastery. Being a supervisor myself in a fast paced environment, Andre directed each crew member in the fine skill of Lean effectiveness applied to each of the tasks we needed completed. Andre had each of his team coordinated from start to finish. When one crew member was done trimming one site before moving to the next, another quickly stepped in to rake, while yet another removed debris, and the next was right there with a blower to leave the site pristine. Andre directed each of the multiple jobs on the property with this same fine-tuned staff coordination that more than lived up to his aptly named company, Lightning Landscaping. Andre was kind, informative, prompt, and professionally displayed expert knowledge in all aspects of the jobs we requsted of him. Working with Andre has by far been the best hired experience we have had in the 30 years we've been at this property. We are excited to have an honest, hard-working, affordable company we can rely on for all our minor and major landscaping needs for the future.

  Cascade Tree Works LLC

  We met with the owner, Greg regarding a pruning quote. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and not only told us we didn't need any major pruning on the trees, but told us how to go about doing it ourselves. He also made some great suggestions about the kind of trees we could add to our yard. He shared his principles about running his business (which we were impressed by). We will definitely use them when the need arises.

  4 A's Tree Service

  It was very good. We used them twice because they are fairly inexpensive for tree removal and they did a really good job, and they did it quickly, like within a day or two when we asked. They came out to look at it and said they would be here the next day to take care of it. The roads were even still all icy and everything else. I called them out and they came out and did the estimate within hours of when we called them, and were here 2 days later removing it when the weather was still messy. We've had them estimate the one they removed before and they were 30% cheaper. They were fast, reliable, and affordable.

  Manny's Property Maintenance LLC.

  Manny's had an offer running on Angie's list for landscape clean up, so we purchased 8 man hours for $398. What a fiasco! The 3 proposed dates that went with the purchase past before i finally had to reach out to him myself. If I hadn't called, I'm convinced they would have never shown up, or called. Setting a date was time consuming, and they rescheduled once before finally showing up (because it was rainy and they couldn't work on the deck for another job). There were 3 of them and they were here for exactly 1 hour & 20 minutes, which only added up to half of what I had paid for. When I emailed, Manny was very difficult to communicate with & kept saying he had already done what we paid for. FINALLY I got him to reach out to Angie's to get confirmation on what I paid, and then he agreed he owed us another 4 man hours, but made sure to tell me it wasn't his fault. At that point scheduling became very difficult, as if I wasn't a paying customer and he had to fit me in where it was convenient. Manny obviously is not interested in providing good customer service. He only does what works for him, and won't take responsibility for getting anything resolved. We couldn't agree on a date (he kept moving it out) and the interactions got so hostile I didn't want him showing up at my house, so I told him I wanted a refund. That was on 8/19th, and I've yet to see any refund. I disputed the charge on my credit card, which was the only way to get my money back. I would highly recommend you not use this company for any service. You will end up spending a lot of your own time trying to get what you paid for, and Manny will be sure to tell you nothing is his fault.

  Manny's Property Maintenance LLC.

  It was a terrible experience overall. I wrote this review once and Angie's took it down. Hopefully that doesn't happen again. Manny was awful to work with. Because I was an Angie's customer, I had to take a schedule that was convenient for them. I purchased 4 hours and they only worked 2. His excuse was that he got the wrong information from Angie's and he wasn't at all interested in taking care of his customer. When he finally got confirmation from Angie's he was even less interested in scheduling for the second half. The calls got so nasty that I told him not to come back out.

  MR SPRINKLER LLC

  Jeff did return my call and left a message indicating that he was not interested in providing a quote at this time as he is booked out for a month or two. It appears that he has enough business and is not interested in any new business. I provided a grade because it is required. It is really not applicable. Jeff can choose which business he wants or not due to capacity or other reason. I am not certain the company should be on Angie's List if not accepting new business. What is the point?

  Angies list

  i have been ripped- off by Angies List contractors (3) to the tune of $4800 lost. Angies advertises all kinds of support against their bad vendors, but it's just words...marketing puffery.
  
  Unless a vendor comes to you via one of their "deals," Angies is of no use. Even the deals tend to have hidden costs..."oh, YOU count windows by counting the number of openings in your walls...the provider counts by the number of glass panels in EACH opening. I end up charged for 43 windows, not the 21 i would count.
  
  Moreover, i don't know why service providers in the Northwest are so flakey (legal pot??). i get "no-shows" from angies providers.
  
  Angies List is a "FAIL." Good concept..,gaps in execution...so i am trying Home Advisor now.
