    Cory (TLC owner) handled the job himself and did a fantastic job of getting my new car home safe. Instead of using an open flatbed tow truck, he used an enclosed trailer which provided extra protection for my car. Cory took time to explain what they were doing and took appropriate steps to get the low clearance car loaded.

    We’ve always been happy with their work. They are fixing my alternator right now. Their price is average. They are not any more expensive than anybody else. They definitely do a good job. They are honest and fair, and they seem to be good at diagnosing and correcting the problems we have.

    He focuses on fixing foreign cars and he's a quality guy and does great work fix the car at a very reasonable price. Their really good just like Theo I couldn't be more pleased with everything about him, very punctual, very informative, wants you to know what he's gonna do and why he's gonna do it, saves the parts, he's not a grease monkey.

    I expected to pay more at the dealership. I also expected the work to be done correctly by trained professionals. I pay more, but the quality of service work performed was far less than I expected! Two of the four tires were not balanced. The oil level after the oil change was a quart low. They couldn't get the remote fob to work and couldn't tell me why not. They couldn't fix the low washer fluid light (Mark @ Liberty Service 360-335-8827 got the in-stock part from Westlie and had it fixed in a couple of hours) The detail job made the problem worse and left streaks in the body paint (I had to get a new windshield, the back glass is still spotted). No offers to compensate for the time wasted taking vehicles back again and again or for the work performed incorrectly or not at all. Don't take any vehicle here for service!

    The reviews looked good, the provider website looked good, unfortunately so far it's just crickets.  I used their website's FREE QUOTE form on 16-Jul-15 but did not receive a response.  On 21-Jul-15 I called the phone number, however, no one answered so I left a message (with vehicle info and return number) but, again, no response.  Today, 23-Jul-15 I'm submitting this info for other Angieslist members.  Bummer...  :-(

    The head mechanic, Rod keeps my car running. He keeps a close eye on everything. You can drive up for fluid services but for big projects you make an appointment. The waiting room has coffee, comfortable chairs and a snack machine. They give you small town service. He is very honest. His price is is competitive. I have been going there for about  ten years. My car is a 92 Camry and they stopped making parts for it but Rod will scavenge around and find parts.

    They are a little automotive shop and they are wonderful on repairs. They are very fair and wonderful! I work closely with the head mechanic. If it can be fixed, he knows how to fix it. They take great care of their customers.

    My car had an oil leak and I was told by my mechanic where I lived before that the valve cover gasket needed replacing. Hi-Way Fuel said they could do it. I took my car in; they said they'd call when it was done. They never called.
    The next day I picked up the car. When I got home I was going to check the oil, but I couldn't get the dipstick out without yanking on it really hard, and the whole dipstick assembly was sticking up about a half-inch. I noticed on my receipt that they had replaced the dipstick funnel. I drove right back to Hi-Way Fuel and they sent a guy out to look at it. He said it was fine.
    I complained that I might not get an accurate oil reading with the dipstick sticking up more than it used to, but all I got was attitude and a blank stare - that other women will be familiar with - like I didn't know what I was talking about.
    Unable to convince Hi-Way Fuel that something was amiss, I went home and called the AAA mediation service. They arranged for me to bring the car back to Hi-Way Fuel a week or so later.
    A different guy took it and after about 45 minutes, said it was fixed. He said it was just a burr on the plastic dipstick funnel that needed to be filed down to make it fit right. Simple. Well, it apparently wasn't so simple until I called AAA.
    I was never able to get a straight answer as to why they replaced the dipstick funnel in the first place.
    Now the dipstick works, but the oil still leaks. I can't say whether my previous mechanic was wrong about the gasket or Hi-Way Fuel did a bad job putting it on.
    So $200 later, I am back where I started except my factory dipstick funnel has been replaced by a cheap $4.50 one.

    It was easy to get an appointment.  They allowed us to bring the car in the night before and they locked it in the shop for safety.  They got everything done the next day.  We even had them check on a strange noise and they told us it was common, but not dangerous and did not try to charge us the cost to fix it.  Will use them again.

    Making the appointment was easy and the customer lounge is a comfortable place to wait.  I used the wifi and drank from their hot drink machine.  They were quick and efficient.  It seemed a little expensive for an oil change, but when I saw what all they checked and topped off it didn't seem so bad.  Staff was friendly and helpful.
