They responded to my call immediately and set up a date within 5 days for an estimate for the work, and scheduled us the next day. they were prompt and professional in their communication with me, telling me when the work would be done and who the workman would be. Michael contacted me when he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He spent the day cleaning our vents which were full of dirt and dust from a remodel of our home. He did and excellent job spending extra time making sure they were cleaned, and within 3 days of his work we could see big results!. The dust in the air is gone as well as the dust on furniture, etc. We thank them for the excellent work they did and the prompt attention they gave us. AThis was the easiest contracting I think I have ever done. Mike was fast, efficient, and very nice. The job was done within a few days of my calling, other companies were more expensive and had 2 weeks before getting out to my home. I would recommend Black's with a 5 star rating. Will be calling again for all my chimney needs... Mike also told me if I called in the spring to get the sweeping done, I would save even more money.... so helpful. Great company to work with.

AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

AI honestly can't say enough great things about R&R! They were so responsive, helpful, paid attention to detail, and professional. From Tyler, our sales guy, to the installers, to the front desk, we had such a wonderful experience. Tyler always let us know when he was ten minutes out and he also came over after he was off the clock to help ease the process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Installing a new A/C and furnace is a little stressful. It's a chunk of change but it was so worth it! If you are in the market for a new A/C or furnace you should call R&R heating. Let them give you a bid and check them out for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

A Pane in the Glass won the Award for Best Window Cleaning in Spokane & Coeur d'Alene 6 years straight. Add the Angies List Super Service Award another 4 straight years. It's safe to say we're pretty good at what we do. We're a corporation that has been in business 15 years and carries a 2 million dollar insurance policy. All company's claim they are insured but some aren't. As a homeowner to protect yourself please ask any company doing work on your property to see their insurance.

FThey were power washing an apartment complex we live in, when asked if they could temporarily work on another unit of the building so we could leave for our appointment without getting wet we were yelled profanities at They refused to move and continued to water while even we attempted to get out of our garage which was impossible due to the limited space we have in our parking lot. They also had an altercation with an elderly resident who was concerned.

DThe work went fine. However upon paying the bill we were charged $100 trip charge on a service that cost $179. We had hired them for the same work two years previous and were never charged a trip charge. It seems dishonest to not inform a repeat customer that an outrageous trip charge would be assessed!!
