Great response time. Arrived at scheduled time repaired the screens and returned them the next day(they could have returned them that day but I wasn't going to be home) and reinstalled them quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and I would hire them again!

Terrific! Charles picked up the screens and had them back in three business days. The weather was windy and freezing and I felt horrible about him being outside for some of the screens, but he was marvelous. I'm looking forward to having All Day Projects wash my windows for me!

I purchased a deal for $165.00 for 10 window and or doors to be re-screened. I called the company and agreed to a pick up date of April 29th and a two hour time frame when he would be here. Charles came out and removed the window and door screens that I wanted repaired (re-screened). He called when he was on his way...which I appreciatiated. Took the screens and returned on May 2nd again giving me a two hour time frame when he would be here and installed them. He was courteous. The only thing I was a little surprised at was the frames were re-screened and returned to me without even being wiped clean.

The first part with the screen replacement went well. The other window cleaning did not go so well. I would give them an A for the quality of work but they damaged my new laminate flooring and did not even apologize is why the grade is what it is.

It went great I was contacted by their office to set the appt for service A very pleasant young man came to you home, removed all of the screens and took them away for re screening. That occurred on a Thursday. They were returned the following Tuesday and replaced back where they were taken from. I was called approx 30 minutes ahead of his arrival, both times. The re screening job is perfect. My window so look great! I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work or the service.

We took our seven screens to Richard to have them shortened as they were too tall for the window frame. We showed him in person exactly what needed to be done with them. It's a 40 minute drive each way for us, but he said he could get them done quicker that way if we brought them to him. First off, let me say his pricing at the onset seemed good and fair. But that only goes so far. Read on, my Angie's list friends...
We picked up our screens, got them home and they were still much too tall for our windows. We couldn't get them in the frame. So, I called Richard and explained to him over the phone again that they were still too tall and need to be shorter. He said to bring them back. So, we made the 40 minute (each way) drive again to bring them out. I put a note on the screens explaining (for the 3rd time) that they were too tall and needed to be shorter.
We got our screens back home after this second repair and they were still too tall. We discovered he had made them SKINNIER, not shorter! Also, many of the screens had cuts in fabric (these were not like this before! We inspected them very carefully before bringing them in!) and 4 of the 7 screens weren't even in the spline on the bottom - the screening was just hanging loose!
At this point, I am very upset. I called Richard and he said that I told him to do the screens that way. I explained, again, that the screens were supposed to be shorter, not skinnier. He said, "those words mean nothing to me."
So, he came to my house and we had to basically force the screens into the window frames, because... GUESS WHAT?? They are too tall!! Yet, now they are also too skinny (the width was perfect before). He tried to blame me, my window washers, said the window sill is warped (it isn't), etc. I tried to show and explain to him again that they need to be shorter, not skinnier. He told me he didn't want to hear that again. I'm not sure how much clearer I could be.
Richard said the 7 screens needed to be replaced now at $35 a screen. My screens need to be replaced because he ruined them. He said he could make new ones and have them done in an hour. I thought about it and got really angry. I told him I didn't want him to make new ones. I decided I'd rather have someone else do it because I didn't want to give this guy another dime to fix my screens that he ruined. There was ZERO accountability on his part. If he had maybe said he would minus off what I already paid or split the difference with me or something... anything, I may have felt differently. But to take no responsibility for ruining my screens just felt really wrong to me.
So, now I'm out $85 and have to pay to replace my 7 screens that just needed a simple trim. His words, "well, they aren't 100%" as if that makes it all better. He said, "Next time put some tape on the sides showing which side needs to be shortened". I thought explaining to him and showing him in person was enough. I guess not. There won't be a next time.

Richard was great.  He showed up on time (a bit early even which was great for me).  He was very professional and personable.  The price was very reasonable and the quality seems excellent.

I had them change the sizes of two window screens , since they would not fit into the window spaces.  They were prompt,  pleasant and the price was right...   Even though they originally made them for me last summer, they didn't charge me anything to alter the sizes 1/4" this time.  Nice people.

    NW RETRACTABLE SCREENS & SHADES
I am thrilled with these screens. They provide excellent protection from bugs, look great and are so easy to use. The screens have a full length magnetized strip from the top of the door to the bottom. The screens are easy to open/close and very simple to maintain. Thanks for a great job on the installation. I have had no problems with them.
