  • Great. Dave improved on every idea or concept that I had and provided options I didn't know existed. I still love my kitchen every day. The price was a bit more than I had anticipated, but the work he did was much better than i had anticipated also. He has an eye for detail and a goal for perfectionism. I would recommend him to any and all for any project. He has a great pool of subcontractors to use too.

  • Tony and his helper, Ben, did outstanding work. To get started, we met with Tony to discuss what we had in mind and then he had his designer draw up the plans. We changed our mind about what roofing material to use and he couldn't have been more accommodating. Tony was great about explaining what he was doing (and the rationale for the materials he was using and his methods). It was clear that he enjoys the work and it really shows in the quality of his workmanship. Keep in mind, his is a small company, so if the job before yours has some unexpected complications, your start date could be delayed. Since, from the getgo, we found him to be trustworthy, I was not at all worried about the minor delays in starting our project. The way I saw it (and it turned out to be true), once it is your turn, you get their full attention (also, he was great about keeping in touch during the delay). These guys show up and work hard all day. At the end of the day you really see the progress and they leave their workplace neat and tidy. Also, Tony was really great about checking in at the end of the day to show us where they were at with the project and explain the next steps. All in all, we couldn't be happier: the price was very fair, the workmanship outstanding and Tony is just very clearly a good guy who takes pride in the work he does and his company. We plan to have a bathroom painted and exterior painting done next year!

  • It was an excellent experience. We both work from home, so we spent a lot of time seeing the team work. Dan has a great crew of people and we were very comfortable having them in the house. The quality of the work was very high and they took their time. It probably wasn't the fastest or the cheapest but we feel we got our money's worth!

  • LADA Enterprises was excellent about communicating with us regarding the status of the project, keeping the job site clean, and working long hours to complete the project within our needed time frame. The quality of the work performed was exceptional and the entire crew was extremely professional. We would definitely hire them for future repairs and highly recommend them.
  • Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and we set up a time for a walkthrough of the job a few days later when he had a break from previous jobs. While I believe my job was smaller in scale than his other jobs, he was able to work with my narrow timeline and re-used as much building material as possible that I had saved from the demolition of the previous pantry. His framing was solid and exceeded the level of thought and care of the original framers in 2014. His drywall work was quick and precise, requiring minimal sanding. His cleanup each night after a days work was thorough and much appreciated, using blankets on our existing flooring for walkways. When we hit the unexpected issues (as will happen in any job) he worked well into the evening to keep the job on schedule.

  • It turned out great. There were no problems. My friend's daughter was driving. They pulled into my driveway. I have a long driveway. When she got to the end, close to my garage and my house structure she hit the gas instead of the brake and literally right into my house. It's all brick around the edge of the drive and everything. So I had to have a mason. So I went through them and they managed everything. They had to adjust out a little bit and some drywall. They did a great job. They were on time and were thorough and complete in the follow up.

  • Over all the job went well. It all took longer than we anticipated but that seems to happen in construction. We encountered some snags which included finding asbestos and having to have that removed. The carpenters were fantastic. Jasper and his crew worked quickly and accurately. The finish carpenter, Reggie, was precise with all the details. The cabinet company did a fabulous job and all the cabinets throughout the house are exactly what we wanted. While there were some issues encountered, Tim was quick to get it all resolved. The only crew I was not pleased with was the paint crew but Tim addressed that, and made sure it was done to his standards.  I will be calling Tim in a couple of years to work on our basement.

  • Every person that we dealt with in this company was really professional. They arrived on time, called to say if there was any change in schedule, like needing to pick up other materials for the job. They worked quickly, and were really careful to keep things neat, clean and tidy while working. Each evening the area was carefully cleaned, and the assembly area in the garage swept and neatened.
Since then we have called for an estimate on another project and to ask a question, and have been answered promptly and well each time. I love the work ethic here and the communication with me as a customer. Doesn't get any better than this!
I totally recommend this company to anyone needing work done. I have only the highest praise for them.

  • David was friendly, punctual and conscientious. He arrived on time. He didn't leave until the job was done and he picked up before he left. The finished job looks professional. All cuts are even. All joints are tight. It looks like an original part of the house. The ramp works beautifully, It's very functional. I wish we had done this years ago instead of struggling to get my son in and out of the house over the stairs.

  • Although the weather did not cooperate as well as I would have liked, the project was completed in a very timely manner of approximately three weeks.  The first problem Stan (Superior Building Concepts) needed to resolve was the relocation of a small 10' X 12' storage shed that was currently on the site where the workshop was to be build.  The relocation of the shed turned out to be a little bit of a struggle, but was successfully moved via placing several black 4' sewer pipes under the shed and rolling it to it's new location.  Thereafter the concrete subcontractor went right to work excavating the site and setting the forms, rebar, and interior wire mesh.  Approximately two yards of gravel were also used in the process along with some pink sheets of foam siding that was placed around the interior perimeter for reasons I'm not clear on, but must have been required per code.
Also completed at this time was approximately 100' feet of trenching to accommodate the power, water, and sewer lines.

It should be noted that when the subcontractor dug the trench they hit a buried guttering runoff junction container and made a mess of the runoff container.  I only mention this because Stan (Superior Building) dug the container up and replaced the container with a newer per code junction container and never asked for a dime as some other contractors might have done.  The repair took a few days to complete and I'm sure the cost made a small dent in his bottom line.  This is a trait that I have noted with regard to Superior Building.  If they did not plan on something or something goes wrong they will not ask for additional funds to cover the issue or miscalculation.  They just fixed it and did not even hint around about it.  This is an issue I have heard other people complain about regarding other contractors.

The day the concrete was poured it was quite interesting because it was raining.  The subcontractor build a plastic roof over the excavated site and completed the pour of approximately 13 or 14 yards of concrete in the wind and rain.  After the forms were removed I examined the slab the next day and you would not have known the concrete was poured while it was raining.  The remainder of the workshop went pretty much without delays or issues (see pictures).  The quality of the work performed by Stan (Superior Building) was nothing less than superior (a pun).  I currently do not have a third project in mind, but if I did I would not hesitate to go to Superior Building first.
