    All Seasons Cleaning Services LLC
This is the first time I had a company respond to my request for quote on Angie's List in the same day, much less on Saturday. Paul came to our home, looked at what I needed. Paul and his co-worker removed all moss and treated then cleaned the gutters out. Paul also noticed the vents upstairs cracked with holes, and replaced them immediately upon my request. They cleaned up after the work, leaving no mess in my yard. Professional, friendly, quick and efficient! I am hiring again for other work.

They have been keeping my house looking good for some time now. I live on a corner lot and they weed, plant, trim and refresh it each spring, maintain it during the summer and get it ready to handle the winter each year. Each time they are here they work hard and do what is best for the plants not just a quick trim. Even when I am out of town the neighbors tell me how impressed they are with how hard the guys work. Manny and I discuss any changes I might want and he gives his opinions and suggestions and then they make it happen. It's great! They take the worry out of yard work.

Nadav and his team were professional, punctual, and efficient. They cleaned up mounds of brush left over from my earlier attempt at pruning as well as buckets full of leaves that we hadnt gotten to yet. They cut a 14-foot arbor vitae hedge down to 8 feet, pruned fruit trees that were years overdue, and beautifully hand-pruned a few overgrown rhododendrons and a Japanese maple. They also took out some shrubs that werent part of the original bid. Nadav walked me through everything in advance and checked in throughout the day when he had questions. He and his team did a great job.

Nikk, the contractor, pressure washed the house, scraped the wood of peeling and bubbling paint. caulked and applied 2 coats of premium paint on house and trim. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person. He also cleaned my gutters including flushing downspouts for a reasonable price.

The crew did finally come out after many delays and eventually took care of most but not all of the leaf and debris removal. It took them more than one trip with me needing to constantly follow up to ensure they would come back to complete the work. However, I am still waiting on the removal of the dead tree, pruning of bushes, and dead heading of flowering plants as of May 2017. The communication with Ever Kleen has been abysmal. It took constant emails, texts, and calls to get them to complete the work I paid for. The owner eventually stopped responding entirely, even though I continually gave him opportunity after opportunity to get the job done, despite repeated missed deadlines. This should have been a simple job, and I was looking forward to utilizing Ever Kleen for additional maintenance work after the initial sales process. However, my ongoing experience with the company has left me frustrated and out several hundred dollars for work that was never completed. I would advise doing any business with Ever Kleen unless you are paying after the job is complete.

Not only did he do an excellent job, but he communicated well with me and only charged for what was done, not a flat rate. This was beneficial as less work is needed in the middle of winter so my bills went down. He also fixed a fence. It was very pleasing to come home to a yard that had been well maintained in my absence. I would recommend him highly.

Not much work, that’s why they are no longer working for me. They charged $120 a month. I guess the price is okay, I haven’t compared yet. Punctuality was iffy. I graded them a “C” because of not doing much, not being real proactive about things. They came out once a week. Left area clean, fine, usually.

I used them about a couple years. Then it just got progressively worse. I would look at the stuff and I would think about it. Finally, I got to the point where, they billed me for January when they never showed up and that was kind of the straw that broke the camel’s back. I didn’t pay them. They billed me for 2 days of raking, which was a snow day. Then the other day, I can tell when they are there and they’re raking, they do the orders and things. There was nothing, just nothing.

I try to be 100% fair and true in all my reviews, giving the good with the bad, so that it is a 100% true representation of "how things went"  I rely so much upon these reviews when making decisions on who to hire, I appreciate the honesty in other's reviews.  This is by far the hardest review I've had to write.  Not because it's scathing.  It's not.  There is just so much tit for tat.
We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 8 Hours of Landscape Service (Including Clean up) for $299.00 I called before purchasing to make sure he serviced my area.  He promptly answered and was very courteous. It was the last day of the deal and there was some reason I wanted to wait to purchase, and he even contacted Angie's List on my behalf to see if the deal could be extended, but it could not.  I think he had another deal contracted with Angie's List to start after this one, but nonetheless, I found it to be accommodating and I appreciated his honesty in abiding with his agreements with Angie's List as well. Whatever my hesitation was, I must have worked it out because I ended up purchasing the deal before the end of the day.  We wanted to wait a few months before using the deal to allow all the leaves to finish falling, etc as we wanted the time to be spent for trimming and clean up.  We knew there was much more to be done than this, but this was a good starting point.
I was contacted several times, initially, to find out when I wanted him to come look at what we wanted to have done and get on the books.  I explained it would be awhile before we were ready, and he gave me his personal email address and phone numbers.  After this, he waited for me to contact him.
When ready, I contacted him again via email to arrange a time for him to meet with my husband to go over the work we would like to have done during the 8 hours, and to prioritize it, in case there was not enough time to do it all.  After the meeting, I spoke with my husband who told me that he really liked the owner,  Nadav and that he seemed to know what he was talking about as they 'surveyed the yard'.  He told me that Nadav stated that he should be able to accomplish everything we wanted done within the 8 hours we paid for and that although he typically charges to haul off debris, he would do so at no additional charge.  My husband also stated they discussed what could be done to improve our lawn out front, and what services he offered for maintenance.  My husband told me that Nadav told him that since our back lawn was nothing but moss at the moment, that it was a waste of money to use him for a weekly lawn service, but he would work out a number to come out bi-monthly or quarterly and trim/clean up etc and give me a call with the estimate.  He was excited about this in particular since we used to have this done by another company and it really helped keep the everything looking neat & clean, and we just had to keep up with the mowing.  That company decided it was too difficult to remember & work-in quarterly customers and decided to stop offering the service.
On the day of service Nadav arrived right on time. 10am,  I expected to see a crew.  We have hired a "clean up" service several times and it's always been the owner or foreman and a crew of 2-4 people, the lead informs the crew what needs to be done, they get to it.  When there's 2, they're there 4 hrs.  When there's 4, it's 2 hrs.  This day is was only Nadav, at least that is all I ever saw.  I was there part of the day, my son the whole time.  He let me know he was there and I let him do his thing.   At one point I met him at the front door and saw 2 bushes in the front yard had been trimmed back so far they were black, the majority of the green cut away.  He immediately apologized, admitted it was bad, and would take at least a year to look green again.  This is landscaping that has been maturing for over 15 years.  He asked what I wanted to do.  There was no way that I could leave these black "things" in the yard. He said he would have to replace them, but stated it would not be with plants of the same style or size.  That would not be affordable.  On one hand I was glad he was going to "do the right thing" and replace them, but on the other, I felt an experienced landscaper (and no one that we have ever hired to trim those bushes) would have ever let this happen.  Now, the great, large, full bushes will be replaced with something that will be totally different and much, much smaller.  He later texted me with a couple of options from a nursery and I picked something.  My main issue was that it look appropriate with the rest of the landscape, be fairly fast growing, since they would start out smaller, etc.  I accepted the replacements but I still feel it shouldn't have happened in the first place.  Many, many of my neighbors have those kind of bushes and most people in my neighborhood have lawn services so they get trimmed several times a year and never, ever has this happen to us, or any of them in the past.  I'm just not sure what he was thinking cutting them back so far, they just needed shaped.  He removed several dead plantings, trimmed trees in the front and back, edged the front lawn.
I called my son at 3:45-ish to see how it was going and my son told me that Nadav was finished and gone. He estimated he left about 15 min before we called. I was surprised since I paid for 8 hours of clean up.  If he started at 10, that would be 6pm.  That said, the things he and my husband discussed all seemed to be taken care of when we arrived home.  AND, with THAT said, if you look around, you can see there is plenty more that needs to be done in the way of clean up.  So, at this point,  you start to hem and haw in your mind.  Well, he didn't stay the full 8 hours, but he did haul off the debris at no charge, but he did ruin 2 big plants, but he will replace them, but he did do everything on the list, but he could have taken the initiative to finish his time out by weeding (or at least call to see if there was more we wanted to do with the last 2+ hours of time)  We just decided to let it go.
At some point I mentioned never getting the estimate for the bi-monthly or quarterly maintenance.  He told me that my husband misunderstood.  He said that he would come back as needed at a rate of $45.00 per hour.  Now, I was not there during the conversation however, my husband is a very intelligent man.  I don't know how he could get "I will call your wife with an estimate for bi-monthly or quarterly maintenance" out of "I can come back as needed for $45.00 an hour"  I just explained we are not comfortable paying anyone an hourly rate, and that if we had specific work to be performed we would offer him a chance to bid it.
During the initial walk around with my Husband, Nadav explained that with these Angie's List deals that he didn't really make any money, the idea is that he will potentially get repeat business that he otherwise may never have gotten. An opportunity to "show your stuff"  (my words) Once he made the offer to haul away the debris at no charge, he later told us it was much more than he anticipated and that it was probably going to cost him $70 to dispose of it.  At this point I already knew he left 2 hours earlier than the 8 hours I paid for, so I didn't feel an obligation to offer up to pay for it, and I didn't care for him bringing it up since we never asked him to "throw that into the deal" it was his offer, and we were not the professionals that would be able to know just how much debris there would be or the cost involved to dispose of it.  I believe it was brought up later because he knew he was going to have to replace those plants as well and that mistake was going to end up costing him money on the deal instead of making any.  I don't know if he was hoping we'd offer to pay for the debris haul off to minimize his damages?  I don't know, but I didn't like it thrown back at us, even if it was done non-confrontationally.
Bottom Line:  The work performed: Everything, with the exception of the 2 ruined bushes (a BIG exception) appears to be done well and complete as far as what he and my husband discussed.  The tree trimming, edging, removal of plantings, removal of leaves in beds etc were to our satisfaction.  His offer to replace the ruined bushes was the right thing to do. He took full responsibility with no excuses for his error.  His communication via phone/email was quick and responsive.  He arrived on time not only to the original meeting, but the day the work was to be performed.  I believe he strives to satisfy. The offer to haul off the debris was kind, but we didn't like it thrown back at us later as if it was a sacrifice on his part.  It was his decision, not ours. Replacing the ruined bushes with the same plant/size was never an option.  I did not demand it, it was not offered, in fact he told me it was not possible, cost prohibitive.  He even told me my options for replacements were limited based on costs.  Luckily I am easy going enough, not everyone would accept this.  You total a SUV and replace it with a small sedan, most people would not accept that as fair.  However, as long as the replacements live, I'm ok with it.  People make mistakes.  I believe he should have stayed for the full 8 hours and did additional trimming or clean up even if it wasn't discussed initially. We didn't push this since he did the hauling at no charge.  All in All, we are satisfied, but based on hourly rates, and the tit for tat, we will not likely use him again.
