BThe process to book is pretty simple. But have had an issue with last minute cancellations. The issue is I do mine on weekends if they don't have someone they will keep looking up to an hour before the appointment instead of cancelling the day prior. They should give a little more notice.

CI was not pleased at all. They wanted $400 for the first time. I felt like they were pros. I have to have my oven repaired. I went to invite a guest, the top sheet was not folded under the mattress. They did not really know how to make a bed. They did not clean and mop the dining room. Overall I was disappointed.

FIt did not go well. I ended up putting a stop payment on my check for $338. I took pictures fortunately; but the deep clean was by far completely unacceptable (dust everywhere in the corners, under the beds? These young girls couldn't even move a step stool to clean under it. Sure, they came out the next day to offer to re-clean and give me a discount; but first impressions are everything. Great sales pitch but if you don't have pride in what you do for a job you will never succeed.
