    Premier Property Services
The work was superb. The guys came the date and time we had agreed upon. They were very conscientious about my time as well as keeping the rest of my house clean. They cleaned up really nicely after the job was done. The tile and grout work was perfect and we are very happy with the end results. They provided me with great tips on cleaning my counter and back splash. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the near future for our outdoor kitchen.

    GodSend Construction
I already recommend Godsend Construction to many of my own clients! I often have to hire contractors for my clients to get a job done right. Godsend is one I've worked with for several years and I have always been pleased with the work they do...be it carpentry, framing, painting, or full remodels and bigger commercials jobs, they are fair and fast and truly do care about the work and their customer. I've never been upcharged and the work is performed quickly and ethically.

    Gibson Roofing
I highly recommend Gibson Roofing for all of your roofing needs. We used Gibson Roofing for a full roof replacement and are extremely pleased with the end product. Steve the owner is very hands on and spent the time to educate us on many of the different types of roof materials and options. He is very professional and easy to work with.

    Accell Wood Floors
Our floors turned out beautiful. We replaced our entire first floor in hardwood. We met Jared and Renee at a home show January 2017. The floor that was shown at the show was exactly we were looking floor. They were beautiful. Jared was covered in sawdust as he was completing a job when we met him. We liked the fact that he was the one doing the work. He knew exactly what needed to be done. We invited to our home and he gave us a quote and explained the entire process. Over a period of a week he removed the existing flooring and sub flooring as we had contractor chip down with many staples... Jared and crew did a great job and got this completed on schedule. Today we have beautiful floors that we are very pleased with. We know that you will be please too if you choose Accell Wood Flooring.

    Fineline Painting and Construction, LLC
Went wrong from the beginning. This guy doesn't even have paperwork. He's a verbal agreement fly by night contractor. He gets off on taking advantage of insurance companies. He tried to make entry of the home unexpected and unannounced with no contract. That's when he was told to beat it. I work in the home improvement industry. I do over 1.8 million in revenue annually and I do a ton of paperwork. Lien notice, 3 day recision docs and 11 others to be exact. I walk a FINELINE legally. He was fired for being shady basically. The project was finished by a real company who did everything the same way I do with paperwork. Over a month later he sends a text that we owe him money for taxes on the job he didn't do, never even said a amount, just that he is owed and when he can come get it. What? You never did any work, received any money or exchanged one piece of paper with us. Signed not one thing. We ignored that text, but yesterday received a email that he was heading to court house to file a lien on the property for the undisclosed phantom amount of money. Also that he was suing for overhead and profit of the job he didn't do. Ok, now we're confused. So is the insurance company. They say it's a scam. No way, couldn't tell. So I call him with my girlfriend on 3 way call and told him very legally but yet very intimidating that I would love to see his face to hear how you can lien a home with no contracts on a job you never did and off of money you never received. He called me a ***** and hung up. I don't blame him, I scared the **** out of him. He wouldn't last one round with me. Then he sends a email later stating that he's calling the police on me and I threatened to beat him up and called him 5times. Remember, she was on phone listening to all of this. Watch out for Jeremy laflave and fineline construction. He probably does good work but he's a pathological liar and I wouldn't want anybody like that near my family.

Great. Jeremy came out & gave a reasonable bid, told us when he would do the work, showed up on time to have it done, and did a great job. Brad, the foreman on our job, was very easy to work with. They had to move a sprinkler head and we weren't there to test it. When it didn't work, Brad came back the same morning I called to fix it. We are very happy with the work they did.

    Gecho Construction
We hired Gecho to build out dream home on Royal Oaks golf course in July of 2015. Peter Gecho was barely present and even when he was there he was always in a hurry to be someplace else. He told the subs to deal directly with us and thats when we discovered he had been under paying the subs and padding the bills! We fired him in December 2016. To date we have a defective roof, a floor so badly buckled the tile had to be torn out twice, shoddy plumbing, and he missed critical inspections so we are having a hard time getting a final occupancy permit! Peter Gecho also pocketed the 100k deposit instead of depositing it in the bank. We have had to hire another builder to help us finish the home, and an attorney to get our money back! Do not do business with this person!

    Pacific Paintworks
Steve developed a time line for completion of each of the four buildings and my home.  They worked with us to make sure our customers and clients were not bothered.  Business went on as usual.
The were quick and paid attention to details.  Very cooperative and took the time to make sure we were pleased with the work and clean up.
Very professional and would highly recommend them.

    Prime Contractors
It turned out great. There were no problems. My friend's daughter was driving. They pulled into my driveway. I have a long driveway. When she got to the end, close to my garage and my house structure she hit the gas instead of the brake and literally right into my house. It's all brick around the edge of the drive and everything. So I had to have a mason. So I went through them and they managed everything. They had to adjust out a little bit and some drywall. They did a great job. They were on time and were thorough and complete in the follow up.

    I 5 Restoration, Inc.
After getting through some of the problems that we did not initially have they got it done.  Mostly satisfactory; the owner fixed the problem; he got the job done 99% correctly.  The only thing I was unhappy about with was the two sheets of siding that they had to replace as well because of the leak; the guys who put it up they doesn't seem to care; they had to come back to re-side it because the job was done poorly but the owner came by and he got other people in and fix the problem.
