Determine crawl space leak from bubbler fountain

Marcus showed up on time and got right to determine where a crawl space leak was coming from. A plumbing company determined that the leak was from the water feature, but after much determination from Marcus, it was not. Since it was beyond the scope of his services he did not charge for his time which was amazing since he spent at least an hour trying to determine what was happening. He gave some good advice afterward also. If I ever need someone from his field I would not hesitate to hire him.

This is our second time to work with Marc and the team at Executive Care Landscape and Construction. Two years ago they tore off a 700 sf deck and re-designed and installed a beautiful new deck with cable railing. Their design skill, craftsmanship, and attention to detail was so exceptional that we decided to have them come back and help us with an entire yard makeover. We always had good conversations about the project and helped us establish a better budget for the kind of work we wanted them do. We already had a nice existing yard but we needed some older trees, hedges and ground cover removed. We also wanted a yard that needed less care and better overall appeal. Our 1/3 of an acre yard has no fencing and sits on a corner. It's all exposed and so we had them address everything- front, back and sides. They installed a long low rock wall for planting beds, added soil in many areas, moved gravel, created pathways around the side of the house, installed a large dry creek bed with an area for planting out of river rock that is stunning, worked on some erosion and drainage problems, added larger rock to soften existing plantings and created focal points, and lastly, they took care of spreading the bark dust.

The project took three full days since it was large. They were always prompt, prepared, and kind. They were open to our questions and suggestions. Our input was welcomed as it helped guide any changes in the plan. We had a lot of stone, rock, bark dust and gravel brought in and they also hauled away a lot of unwanted plants and other debris as well. They were able to take what was already a good plan and make adjustments as they went along. Ultimately, they created a really stunning result. Couldn't be any happier and will be using them again for some repairs and construction!

Stamped concrete patio

Beautiful job! The patio is quite lovely. The crew worked hard daily until it was finished. This job also included creating a drainage system as the yard is sloped. The drainage system runs in two different directions protecting the house from moisture. Some excavation of the slope was also performed to give us a finished job. The patio is extra large with a nice seating wall that runs the length of it. All in all it was a bit more costly than I expected but the work was top notch.
