Horrible mechanic. Took 6 months to complete. No joke. replaced heads on 6.0. Broke down a month after getting truck back. Had to take to dealership. 2 page list of what was wrong after AHA r and r engine. Corrections from missing mounting bolts to loose glow plugs and finger tight injectors. Worked on my 7.3 at same time. Exhaust up pipes loose, Y connector not seated to turbo and intake not seated to turbo. Would not correct. Would not stand behind his "1 year warranty parts and labor" All in all would have been cheaper to take to the dealer.

    Casey's Independent Auto Repair
My car is almost 22yrs old and thanks to Casey's and regular maintenance runs great. I dropped my car off at 10 am picked it up at 3pm and the total $565.66 was $50.00 less than estimate. I have been going to Casey's for several years and they know my name and my car. I am always treated with respect and they save me money when they can. They tell me when I do not need a service I have requested, as well as, tell me when I need a special service

    Casey's Independent Auto Repair
It went great. The work was done on time and they offered transportation back home and to pick the car up when the work was completed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch repair facility!

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. My car had a unique and difficult issue with turning over but not starting, and randomly dying while driving. When their first repair didn't fix it, they kept working on it for no additional charges. Gave me rides when I needed them.

The guy check my brakes, filled up my brake fluid. He advised me on some other things and I was very pleased. A good mechanic is very difficult to find. He gave me a discount . Price was excellent. Excellent service. They took me right in on time. It was a very pleasant experience.

    Service Now Auto Repair
I was pleased with the estimate, the service, everything. The fact that he could get me in, that when I told him I had to have the vehicle back when they encountered some rust issues, he's like okay, we'll get it done today. He was able to get it done even though they had to get other parts and have them brought to the place. I felt that that was pretty amazing responsiveness. Because I have been at dealerships that are like, well, we can't, it will take a couple of days. Because it was a Friday so I know we were going into the weekend. And the bolts that he needed were going to be closed Saturday and Sunday. They were 30% cheaper than the dealer. He's earned our business. The only downer for this guy is when you pull up it is not shiny and pretty like Vancouver Toyota

What I have been pleased about, (we've lived in Washington state for 9 years, we've been going to them for 8 of them) is when I have gone down for an oil change and I haven't needed anything else, they don't try to up sell me. If I need something they tell me I need something. I would not have gone back for 8 years if I wasn't pleased. I would have found someplace else.

I get free maintenance on my car if I go through Vancouver Ford. I've always used them. It's a quick change they have there. Everything they've done has been right what I wanted and expected. It takes less than an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. In their waiting area, they have a TV and coffee and some kind of beverage; I don't know about snacks. Communication was good; they keep trying to sell me a new car every time I go in. I'm kind of meticulous on my car, so it's always clean when they give it back to me, so I can't complain. They just clean the outside; they run it through the car wash.

They provide great service, they literally runs to your car to help you. There is no pressure and buy. They are upfront and will not sell you what you do not need. They were almost closed. We had to wait for over an hour to two hours in over 100 degree heat out in the middle of nowhere to get help because there had been several accidents on the freeway and we couldn't get a tow truck. So by the time we got there, we were about to close and they stayed open to service the tires I needed. AAA called and found that they were open. I didn't have much to choose from because it was small town.

They treat me very good. They are known for really good service. They don't walk, they run to your car. They don't pressure you to do something you don't need. One time I had two tires go out in 100 degree heat, they opened up when other places were closed. They just do these kind of thing. i'm very careful about my tires. I buy the best tires I can get. Just regular tires, I've been getting at Schwab. You just drive in. You can call and find out how busy they are and they just take you as you come in. They'll run to do the work. Sometimes you have to wait a while, you know they're working, you can see them working. I think it's good, I ask them what kind of tires would be good and about the brakes. I think it's very professional not to tell you don't need new brakes when you don't really.
