  • Andrew was exceptional! He was professional, spoke well, knew refrigerators inside and out and he was prepared. He came in and immediately took his shoes off. Within minutes he knew that the problem was the relay, so he replaced the part, put everything back together again and we chatted for a few minutes and he was on his way! I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who has issues with their refrigerator. Ours is 16 years old and STILL working well...well, now anyway! Thank you, Andrew!

  • Andrew was absolutely terrific. He was prompt, very friendly and professional. He tested it and found we needed a new ignighter, which he actually had in his vehicle. He repaired it that very evening; such fantastic service. We plan on having him back again as soon as the need arises.

  • Great they put in a new marble shower with the latest shower attachment its great. they also installed a sliding glass door plus adding a seat in the back of the shower. Handicap bars were installed in the shower. A pedestal sink was installed on top of the new Italian floor tiles. The sink was moved and a new stool installed with more room. The are easy to work with and I would recommend Darryl and Ken to anyone they know their craft very well and do the job right.

  • At 5:45 Sears contacted me to say the repairperson was on their way. At 6 the repair man called an said that they would have to reschedule I said I could not afford another day off. They schedule me for August the 13, 10 days from now, unfortunately as I explained to them my Condo Parking lot was being repaved so that would not work, so they scheduled for tomorrow between is like they were not listening, but more importantly they really did not care. My Father always insisted on buying Kenmore, this will be my last Sears purchase I do not need this sort of aggravation and extremely poor customer service.

  • Thermador gave me three appliance service companies to call.  Appliance Service Station was the most professional.  I made the appointment then later got a call from them that they would be unable to obtain the part needed.  They then told me how to make an appointment with Bosch factory service, which is the same company as Thermador, since they'd have the part.  Unfortunately it is a long wait for the appointment with Bosch.  Anyhow, Appliance Service Station was very proactive in helping me even though it did not result in a service trip for them.

  • Bob serviced all the appliances (2 washers and 2 dryers). Replaced the "boot" on the leaking washer, replaced 2 baffles in the dryers.
    He was prompt, friendly, worked quickly and left the area clean.
    His price was exactly what he estimated (much cheaper than other estimates I had).

  • Communication was horrible!  We were frustrated that these guys weren't able to fix our refrigerator, but the greatest frustration was their lack of communication and professionalism.  They arrived late when they had appointments with us.  I left them a message confirming that we wanted them to order the part and do the service for us then never heard from them.  I called a week later and they told me they had ordered the part and were just waiting for it to come in.  I wish they had let me know what was going on.  Also, several times we tried to call only to find that their voicemail was full and we couldn't leave a message.  But once they started working with us, they never called us.  We always had to call them and we never got through.  I was leaving increasingly frustrated messages that our fridge was still not working and we were hoping they could try to finish the work they had started and I never heard from them.  To their credit they didn't charge us anything after that initial diagnostic fee and the purchase of the expensive part, but basically they just wiped their hands of us (without letting us know) and left us a few hundred dollars poorer, with an unoperational fridge, and month and a half of unreliable refrigeration.  I would warn people against using their services.

  • He gave me an estimate as soon as he looked at the fridge. He opened freezer panel and revealed a giant brick of ice around the freezer element. He meticulously melted the ice, then replaced the heating element to prevent further ice formation. He also documented on the sales receipt that he stands behind the parts and his work for a year ( it may have been 2 years, I dont recall). service was friendly and fast. I would use and recommend him to my friends and family.

  • My mixer had been sitting broken for three months, so having it in the shop for three weeks was not a problem for me. It came back sparkly and good as new. I was very happy with the service.

  • He was thorough, went over everything, found it had started working on its own again, talked about the possibilities for the problem, just charged a regular service fee, said he'd not charge a service charge again if he had to come out to replace any parts but he didn't want to replace parts unnecessarily. It has been a week now and it still is working fine.
