Country kennels has been absolutely wonderful. They have watched my dogs countless times and they wag their tails every time they go. I feel at ease leaving them for a week here and there because they post pictures on facebook of them playing during play time. They go above and beyond and have the most incredible staff. This kennel is a 5 star resort for animals.

Great! We trust this location to watch after our animals because we know that they are taken care of. They get to play with other dogs once a day and before you pick them up its optional to have them bathed so they are all clean before you take them home.

We've used them since 2011 off and on. They listen to what it is I want. She always comes out looking beautiful. They do a really good job of listening to the instructions I give. She never seems to be worse for the experience.

Lynnette and her staff are always very caring and responsive to my pets' needs. Lynnette has extensive education and experience with pets. She has been a good resource and for referrals. She has been the best groomer that my pets have ever had. She even handled my kitty one time and did a great job. Her fees are very reasonable and she aims to please.

    Positive Approach Dog Training
This was a scheduled full service grooming for two large dogs, including wash, nail cutting, and teeth cleaning.  We have been using Positive Approach for at least two years, and recognize it has a good reputation.  We've also done training here for one of our dogs.
In terms of quality, we've started to notice a decline.  Our last grooming visit, while we paid for teeth cleaning, it did not appear it was done.  This visit, we observed bruises on one dog, who was also cut on the paw in the grooming area.  The other dog's nails appear shattered more than cut, which may reflect equipment needing replacement or personnel needing retraining.  Bathing quality remains consistently good, however.
The groomer released the dogs from their cages on pick-up before they had the dogs' leashes and collars ready, causing chaos.  I really consider that poor judgment.  She did not appear to understand how to use a chest harness on a dog that we actually bought from the store there.  I spent twenty minutes figuring out how the straps were rearranged from their proper position.  I'm still not sure why the straps were adjusted.  If there was confusion, they could have asked me to set up the harness before they released the dog.  I am concerned that the dog is also flinching when my wife and I attempt to pet her.

    Soggy Doggy - Kent
Brought in my new rescue Labrador retriever for a bath and nail clip. The person who set me up helped me by determining exactly what kind of shampoo to use (fleas!) and got me set up to do his bath myself. He was calm because I was there working on him. When we were done, another person did a perfect job clipping his nails. I recommend this place highly, it is such a treat to have a clean and HAPPY dog!

    Positive Approach Dog Training
I drop the dog off & when we arrive, there is always someone to greet me & take the dog. They have a variety of activities throughout the day for the animals & meet the special needs of any of the dogs. The staff is responsive when I call  and when I pick up the dog. They bring her to me. It is a great place for both owner and dog.

    Shawna's Pet Grooming
She's been around for a long time. Everything about her is an A. She's an excellent groomer. She's been grooming for years. She's wonderful with my pets. She hires good people to work for her. She's a good business person. Overall, I'm just very happy with her service. We'll continue to go see her. For three dogs, she charges $180.

    A Cut Above Dog Grooming
The westies have been groomed by patty since their first bath, 9and 1/2 years ago. On the drive to a cut above, Gus starts whining and wiggling when we get a couple blocks away. Both of them run in, that should tell you how well they are treated in there. We had a schnauzer and miniature white poodle for 10 and 13 years before the westies that were also groomed by Patty. The schnauzer was a rescue with seperation anxiety. He did well with Patty and that was a amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Patty even shaves my daughters long hair cat without incident !

    Tacoma's Best Pet Grooming
Great experience. Our dog usually gets very nervous for grooming appointments, and she seemed to do much better here. We were very please with the outcome of the cut and will definitely be returning here in the future.
