    All American Spirit Moving
We have moved 5 times in the last 10 yrs (series of upgrades) and All American Spirit Moving has been the best move we have experienced. This is the first move, of the 5, that we didn't have something broken and we actually had more to move then before! AASM was very professional and organized, which saved time and money. James was very responsive to our needs and questions. His guys knew what they were doing and had fun doing it. Were very willing to move things around if we changed our minds and made quick work of our move. So nice to avoid all the hassles we have had with the other companies in the past !!! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

    People Helping People Moving
Excellent communication and response. The 2-man team worked diligently and were extremely helpful in moving a large truckload of office furniture from Seattle to Tacoma and also clearing out a rental home and taking to the refuse transfer station.

    Wrightway Moving Company, LLC
The team did an excellent job! We have now used this moving company for 5 moves in the past 4 years for 2 of our adult children as they finished school and moved for jobs. Each and every move has been outstanding. The men show up on time with a great attitude, they work hard and fast (but not too fast) to get the job done. They do exactly what the company promises they will do and the communication with the office has been excellent and timely. I highly recommend this moving company. (and their prices are very reasonable- I always get three quotes before a move).

Three Generations Moving & Hauling LLC
It is on hold until some family situations are resolved and our problems have been made much easier to deal with because of the kindness and patience and consideration of Three Generations Moving and Hauling.

Three Generations Moving & Hauling LLC
The service and professionalism was outstanding. From the very first phone call to finishing the job, everything was explained in detail and carried through as planned, AND in less time quoted, which saved money! Hands down, I'd use this local start-up company again!

    Mountain Moving and Storage
They came out and gave me an estimate of time to load all of my 3 bedroom house into their truck and put it into their storage facility. When the actual movers came out, it all went very smoothly. The 3 man crew inventoried all of my belongings, wrapped my furniture, and packed it into crates in their truck. The guys did it in even less time than the estimator thought, and only charged me for the hours they worked. Hiring movers is worth every penny, and these guys are awesome!

    All American Spirit Moving
Went very well. 4 of them completely emptied our 3-BR 2-bath house in about 6 hours. Moved it to Tacoma and unloaded and set up beds in about 3 hours. We unpacked. Lots of paper around everything. The Maple Valley house is on Lake Wilderness below the street. The movers had to carry everything up several flights of stairs and up a driveway to the street. They never complained. They were always courteous and in good moods and very polite. I would hire them again. I'd hate to think how stressful our move could have been worrying about the movers doing things right. They didn't break anything.

    WRIGHT WAY MOVING & STORAGE
The initial bid turned out to be less than half the final cost. The work crew was very good but a piano presented problems that should have been dealt with before hand as it was a known problem (by the boss). The piano had to sit out in the rain for a couple of hours while waiting for a special dolly to be rented and brought in (at additional expense). My deposit was cashed, but still appeared on my final bill, until I pointed it out and then was deducted. It was a difficult move, but it could have gone better.

    OREGON PACKING AND LOADING INC
Process went smoothly. Ryan was extremely professional and accommodating. The crew worked hard and were friendly and professional. The whole team went the extra mile for us. Would absolutely use again and recommend to family and friends!

Three Generations Moving & Hauling LLC
I wanted to like this moving company because of all the good reviews so I was extremely disappointed when they turned out to only care about money more than their customers. Firstly when you call, they tell you they need to see your house for an estimate. I set up an appointment at 9 am but they showed up 15 minutes late with no calls and barely an apology. When I called them at 9:05 am there was no answer. We were pressed for time so had to rush through the estimate and they did not say anything about a "4-hour minimum." I did mention the Angie's list coupon discount of $100 but Samuel (one of the movers at the estimate) said something about a 4-hour minimum on the coupon but since they were so late and we were in a rush to get to another appointment, I didn't remember this until after the move. We also had to pay 25 percent of the estimate up front. Their estimate of 5 hours ($750 ($150/hr for 2 movers +$50 for drive time)) was $187.50, they rounded it up to $190. On the moving day the two movers were 25 minutes late. They worked well and we got the move done in two hours. But then when it came time to pay. Samuel told me about the 4-hour minimum then. But then when I told them about the $100 Angie's List coupon, Samuel balked, got very vague and said he wasn't sure about the coupon and had to check with the boss but the boss was in the hospital and groggy so didn't know when/if we would get the refund. Also at this time I had thought the $100 off was the total BEFORE TAXES. He made me pay an additional $522.40, making the total $712.40. This seemed way too much for two hours of work and I felt like I had been taken advantage of because: 1) I didn't hear anything about a 4-hour minimum until after the move. 2) And when I mentioned the $100 coupon, it was brushed aside. I hadn't heard anything from them for a week and a half, so I called to find out their policies. I thought because I was the customer I would be treated as such. I also noticed that an earlier Angie's List review from just two months before our move showed someone had only paid $260 for their move. So from this I thought we would only have to pay for the two hours it took the actual move. But the company said that because the estimate was "rushed" they didn't get a chance to tell us about the 4-hour minimum. This made it seem like it was our fault, but in actuality it was Three Generations fault because they were 15 minutes late to the estimate. Then when I brought up the $100 off coupon, the company said I would only get a check back for $100. This seemed wrong because the total cost of the move included tax, so essentially I would be getting back the $64 in taxes plus $36. This seems very shady and should be included on the coupon. All in all the move went fine, but the costs were $712.40 minimum for 2 movers/4 hours ($150/hr) + $50 for their drive time ($600+$50+tax). Hardly worth it to us for two hours of moving especially with all the vagueness about: 1) The actual costs and not even honoring the $100 off coupon upon the final payment. and 2) Me having to chase down the company to find out about the policies and trying to wrangle the $100 back.
