    Full Throttle Landscape
These guys were great. Although they were booked a few months out, it was worth the wait. Our front yard looks fantastic now with new sod and restored plant beds. They also built raised beds for vegetable gardening on a hard scape installed alongside our house, which have drawn several compliments already. Mark responded quickly to our questions and helped us stay within our budget. They showed up on time with a crew of 8 and got things done within the stated timeline. Importantly, they cleaned up all of their trimmings, etc., and left our driveway cleaner than it has been in years. If you want a top-notch professional job done with no worries, call Full Throttle!

    HOWELLS LANDSCAPE & IRRIGATION
Justin is very knowledgeable, reasonable, and honest. We thought we would have to replace our older sprinkler system and called him for an estimate and he problem-solved and found out that our water shut-off valve was not fully open. Voila, the sprinklers had enough pressure to work. It must not have been turned on fully after someone did some work for us. We had him come out again to repair some of the sprinkler heads. We had previously used another larger company and were not satisfied with their work and responsiveness. Justin is our sprinkler guy now. Just call him.

It was a pleasure to work with Derek. He really listened to what I was envisionIng for my backyard. I found him to be innovative, collaborative and worked within the confines of my budget, while still delivering a quality result. His ideas really added to the overall aesthetic of our yard. I would definitely hire him again!

    Oscar's Lawn Service Etc
This project is progressing to my satisfaction. Physical work has not started and I can't give you an evaluation until the job is complete. Maybe you need a slot in your questionnaire to cover this type of situation.

    Rain Pros Inc
We recently bought a house with an existing sprinkler system and had no idea how to start it up or the maintenance that it required. We called Rain Pros and a couple days later they where out and starting up the system. They took the time to check each sprinkler head and repair as needed. They went over how to use the program and gave us tips on how best to utilize the sprinkler system. Well definitely be calling Rain Pros again.

    ROB'S SPRINKLER SVC & INSTLLTN
Rob and his team exceeded my expectations. They were careful not to damage my existing landscaping or lawn during the Instilation. They worked quickly and cleaned up each night before leaving. No open trenches. My yard looks beautiful, no more lugging the hose around.

    Oscar's Lawn Service Etc
This is over a one and half year period. It may be at least partially my fault for staying with them so long. Mulching beds - were asked to place 4 inches on beds; placed 8 and billed for latter. In the process covered and smothered multiple new plantings- many which I found after searching around. Since then each time they would blow and cover up small plantings. It made me really upset to go out and work in the garden and find suffocating plants every time. I removed bags of mulch (pictures below). They Installed two french drains for upper boggy area bypassing the main portion of yard with bog so it never drained. Oscar refused to rework despite thick standing mud and instead his crew just mowed over it damaging and compacting soil further. (picture below) Unsolicited, six workers came and performed several hours of pruning in early January 2017. Pruned buds off of spring flowering shrubs and then presented me with bill! This was several hundred dollars despite being on a weekly plan that was billed monthly. It had not included all pruning work. I had not requested or scheduled this work and stopped them after three hours! Further more, I had a verbal agreement with Oscar for weekly scheduled work and billing. Nothing about a flat monthly fee was ever clarified with me. Attempts to discuss the discrepancy went nowhere as calls from Lillian were not answered and she does not text. This year, I was billed for an entire month of service when in fact the workers came once. I disputed the bill and they would not negotiate. They simply refused the partial payment. Workers speak no English which normally isn't a problem when communication is adequate, but it is not. They do not weed beds. Several areas of the yard have blackberry coming up (which is new), morning glory, and bamboo which the previous owner planted far off to the side. This was ignored for the duration of services and became established in a several areas. Get all terms in writing (Oscar said to me he didn't do contracts when the work was intially agreed upon in 2016). They clearly want it both ways - a monthly contract even when they take time off for three months in winter but get paid anyway, then do unsolicited work for which they will bill amply.

    Father Nature Landscapes
First, our goal was to create a clean, modern look in our backyard. We wanted clean lines, ease of maintenance with plants native to the NW. This meant replacing the old loose stack stone retaining wall, tearing out the non-native species (we had Yucca and a Palm tree of all things) plus some old trees that were dying. Cameron, a planner for Father Nature (FN), came out multiple times to the house and consulted us on our options. Camerons a natural at his job and he worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and paid for. Once we decided on what type of work we wanted done, Cameron went back and worked up an estimate for the job. It took a couple of days but that's because he sent me a precise plan with the billing of material included. Now's the time to talk cost. I had three company's give me estimates and FN was much higher than the other two. However, I did not get a warm fuzzy from either of the other company's, especially after getting same day handwritten estimates that provided no breakdown of the work to be done or the cost or type of materials to be used, they were just giving me an overall bid on the job. So yes, FN was more expensive but you get what you pay for and in this case, we got a planner (Cameron) who understood our vision and helped us reach it plus I knew exactly what I was paying for up front...no hidden surprises. The work took a total of 8.5 days and the difference is night and day. The crew (Carl, the foreman, plus Romeo, Antonio, and Ricco) were very polite, courteous and professional and busted their collective behinds off to do this job right. In all, they removed and replaced the retaining wall (stone masonry with cap stones were used), replaced 90% of the old plants with native species, installed a sprinkler and irrigation system for the entire backyard, spread new topsoil and sodded the entire grass area. At the end of every day the guys made sure their work area was cleaned up and the final clean up was perfect, especially considering the weather. All in all, I would work with these guys again. Great job Father Nature!

    The Sprinkler Guy
We were not happy with the end result. Joe came out twice to do the work, and both times seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next job. We ended up installing new sprinkler heads and lines ourselves. Then, when we got the final bill, I found an error of $100 that we were overcharged. I called and corrected it, but it made me wary.

    ROB'S SPRINKLER SVC & INSTLLTN
I spoke briefly with, I believe it was Rob, on the phone. He was installing a system and I had called a cell phone number that was provided. My system had developed a leak before the shut off valve and therefore could not be cut off unless I turned off the water at the meter. That was not going to work for me so I had an emergency that needed to be addressed as quickly as possible. I explained this to him as briefly as possible because I could tell he was in the middle of working on a system and it was probably not the best time to discuss my problem in depth. He said he would get back with me when he was available and to please shoot him my address and contact info in a text to the number I had called, being it was his cell ph. I never heard back.
