    John John Concrete Construction
Originally we were going to get a patio made in an area that was away from our original patio. We were convinced that extending the patio out would make better use of our money. This did not disappoint. They were able to do it before the scheduled time and did it in a timely and efficient manner. I thought it would take more time, but it was done within the week. I am very happy with the service and how friendly they were.

    AAA Quality Concrete
Together with a list of recommendation from my real estate agent, Noa and his team is in the list. Noa is super responsive with communication, and willing to work with our schedule and timeframe. We are building out our yard with a concrete patio with steps and we are super happy with the result. and did we mention that they are able to finish the job within a week? We are very happy with the result and would definitely use them again in the future, and of course recommend to family and friends!

    Joseph Concrete Specialist
Joseph and his crew were delightful and professional to work with. I wanted a stamped concrete driveway and Joseph took time to throughly explained to me the color and seal options. They came in leveled and graded my drive hauled away some dirt and broken concrete set the forms and finished the site prep all in one day They returned a day later poured and finished my 73 foot long 15 foot wide driveway on one day. They returned a day later to clean up, remove forms and apply the sealer. Upon their departure they left behind nothing but a beautiful Roman slate textured driveway! In the end I could not be happier! My driveway looks great and literally sparkles as if it was natural slate! Just as Joseph promised! You won't be disappointed!

    CONCRETE IMPRESSIONS
I had 3-different contractors make a bid; one was $4K lower but they inspired no confidence in me. The estimator couldnt answer even basic questions about concrete so I nixed them. Second company came in at about same cost as Concrete Impressions, but again, did not inspire confidence (not horrible, just a few too many unanswered questions). Terry from Concrete Impressions came out and explained in detail what they would do and how they would do it. He covered everything I was concerned about, answered my questions on the spot, and patiently explained a number of things I hadnt thought about. Bottom line, Terry knows what hes doing and I felt like our project was in good hands. Bonus, he kept me in the loop as to project status during weather delays. He called me, I didnt have to chase him down to find out what was going on; good communication is very important to me and he nailed it. Terry & his crew showed up on time ready to work. They took good care to protect the exterior of the house and doors and made sure the work site was cleaned up properly at end of day. All in all, they did a fantastic job of taking my vision and making it a reality. It has completely changed the look and feel of our backyard and we are very pleased with the end result! Cost for patio: $15,500 total, tax included ($14.57 per sq ft) Cost for garden pad: $1894 total, tax included ($8.67 per sq ft) Time from start to finish: 2.5 weeks (could have been done faster but weather plays a factor when dealing with concrete)

    Benson contracting
Brian was punctual, kept us informed with every step and let us know when he was making trips to the disposal site so we never wondered whether he was on the job or off. His demeanor was friendly but professional. The job was done when he said it would be and as best I can tell was done extremely well. With some extra concrete and for no charge (and only after asking to be sure it was wanted), he constructed a small slab for our recycling barrels.

    NORTHWEST CUSTOM CONCRETE RESURFACING
Please read before hiring this company !! Would not want anyone to become another victim of their faulty work and untruthfulness We hired Northwest Custom concrete Resurfacing for 2 separate projects The First project to start on July 2nd and be finished other then being sealed by the July 3rd. Gilbert said his finisher was on a trip and that's why we had to wait until he got back. We were informed that his concrete guys were very professional and that he trusted their work. It was after we called about the problems that we learned these were someone Gilbert hired as subcontractors and now he states he will not be using them any longer as they won't return his calls?? . We were to pay all costs ahead for the concrete gravel and pumper which we did when they arrived. We were also charged for a second load of concrete that was not used because they over estimated how much would be needed. We were to have a colored patio with a slight grade with curved corners. A step down to a flat sidewalk for easy mowing that was to meet the existing pool patio. Patio and sidewalk to be finished with smooth sides and shiners along the edge as well as the stress seems. Concrete would also be poured around exciting fireplace and a pour around an electrical circuit. All in which we instructed Gilbert the owner and were told he would give all details to his finisher. However when the concrete was being poured we were then told that we could not have a step down and they poured a ramp .and that curves would only crack and break. When the concrete workers left the concrete was still wet but we noticed they had left concrete splatters all down the sides of the house as well as the brick fire place and existing sidewalk. In the morning we saw that the patio had trowel marks, pitting, stress seems were not opened, seems to the ramp are not even and bulge. Sides of the patio were not smoothed and had big hunks in spots with divots and uneven spots that pooled water, some of the concrete is undermined and the gravel was left throughout the yard . The pour around the fireplace was not properly slanted and now all the water runs towards house and vent to under the house. The vent on the patio was not properly enclosed and the cover they placed is now a trip hazard. After relaying this to Gilbert he came and finally looked at the mess said he was upset that he had already paid them. We were told he would talk to his concrete guys but he insured us the mess would be cleaned around the house and fireplace and he would send his concrete guy to look at all the problems and defects as we expressed as bad as it is it should be torn out. He then sent one of them out but again Gilbert did not feel it important enough to be apart of that discussion. As once again he failed to be involved and did not come. After talking and explaining all the defects and mess with the pour the concrete guy offered repairs but as I expressed we paid for a new patio and putting more concrete over all the defects would be only band aids and that's not what we paid for . The cracks and defects are more seen every day He agreed that with all that was wrong with the patio it should be torn out and re poured. We trusted that this is what would be done Sadly we were wrong!!!. The Second project this company was hired to perform was paid by us with half of the total costs prior to it being started. Which we did it was to start on the July 9th and be finished by July 10th. We were asked to remove everything from the pool patio and lower the pool water and cut grass away from the patio which we did. So we were ready for this project to start on July 9th When Gilbert arrived on the July 9th I tried to tell him that because of all the defects and problems with the patio pour his concrete guy agreed that the patio should be torn out to be re poured and refinished and was wondering when that would happen ? However Gilbert became very upset and left. But instead of giving our money back by the 10th or finishing our pool project when this project was supposed to be completed he did not and still has not refunded it He has stalled on replies in the past and canceled meetings and never rescheduled them Gilbert did not put any effort into getting someone to come and clean up the mess that was left on my house fireplace and sidewalk that he said he would do and is still there So a letter of demand was sent to him to resolve issue His option to fix this problem is that he keeps the money we paid down on the pool patio that we pay him for the money he gave the concrete guys for labor of unprofessionally installing a patio Then he will cover all the defects with a overlay and he will finish the pool deck and we will pay him the 2nd half However resurfacing this unprofessionally poured patio is not what we ordered or paid to have installed Nor would it fix it being underminded craked or the water pouring under my house . Why would we now want to pay him more money? The last time we gave him money up front he took it and never started or completed the job Since this demand letter was sent to him he has refused to properly address this problem . He now claims he did not do the job but gave us the information to contact the workers who poured the patio. This is not true as we were unaware that those that poured the patio were subcontractors until we made a complaint . I have sent all his invoices to the better Business Bureau as well as the ATTY general which he has refused to respond to. I also contacted his liability insurance carrier and again they have not got a reply back from him in helping in this matter. All of which I supplied to the ATTY General , Since this pour my house was caused damage because they poured the concrete wrong sloping towards my house which has allowed the rain water to pour into the crawl space under my house . Please note that he has complaints on your site As well as others in which I left a review and he replied to on that were untruthful . Claiming that he did not do the work and that the damage was done by pressure washing I contacted this company with all the facts and pictures and emails from him indicating that he was aware of all the problems and the pictures were sent at the same time . Also a proposal from another company the cost of properly tearing out the patio because it was not properly poured or finished which they were in my favor and updated my review He also as has some with the Better Business Bureau . He also has a pending law suit though L&I and the ATTY General which has told be to now file a complaint with the court for a judgment against this company

    Derouin Concrete Ltd.
I would recommend Derouin to all of my family and friends. Joe and team treated my house like their house. Their work was exemplary. The project was completed on budget and on time. Joe checked in with me regularly on progress, he worked with me to solve problems and was incredibly respectful of my family and my home. We had Derouin pour a topping slab and curbing in our basement. They also painted the walls with two coats of Drylok. We were dealing with issues of underground streams penetrating our basement. I'm happy to say, with creative thinking on Joe's part, we have a completely dry and beautiful basement floor now. Joe came up with a creative approach and was more than willing to work until we figured it out. And for you women out there, his entire team is a joy to work with, no patronizing remarks. You are the client, and you're treated with respect regardless of your gender or age. The floor is beautiful and ready for our next phase of remodeling. Call Joe Derouin for any concrete work you need. You'll be pleased with the results.

    John John Concrete Construction
John and Tim were able to work us into their schedule quickly and did more than I asked for. They sawcut and removed concrete, excavated, formed and poured an extension to our RV parking area. The pour included an 8-inch high curb that serves as a little retaining wall. They are hardworking and demonstrated integrity. I wet-cured the slab under plastic for a week. Although concrete finishers often neglect to recommend this, it will greatly improve the strength and durability of your project.

    L J Miller Concrete & Design
Doug was always on top of the communication and always informed me of when they would be out to work on the project. Fred and the crew were amazing and did top quality work. You can really see the difference between average concrete jobs and the L.J. Miller crew. They know what they're doing and it shows.

    Curbzilla
This was below his minimum work requirement. He gave a deal for a much smaller amount of work to complete my front yard for which I was very grateful. I would recommend this contractor to anyone as long as he would be willing to help you out.
