ACreekside Construction LLCImagine if you will, it’s 4 days past Christmas 2019, your winding down, and you head to O’Mallys in Rathdrum for some tasty eats. 4 hours or so pass, You and the family are now teetering on sleep and its time to call it a night, so you head home in anticipation of some needed rest from the Chaos of the Holidays. You pull up to the House, and its on fire! That is what happened to my Family on Dec 29th, 2019. Let me tell you, you are never prepared for a Fire, period. By Gods Grace all pets made it out through doggie door, and nobody was hurt. With emotions flowing we call 911, duh! Then USAA. Getting threw that first night was utter horrible at best. But during that night we had to call someone to come help salvage/rebuild the home. Being completely ignorant on how the systems works, we asked a Fire Fighter in his professional opinion, who would he personally use in this horrible scenario. He stated DKI, so we went all in blindly with said company. I will save the exact details for another venue, but fast forward 4 months, after several lies, literally 30+ days of zero work being done, and a recommendation by USAA to fire DKI within the first 3 weeks of the fire, we finally gave up on them. Now feeling like victims for the second time. I called Creekside Construction, and this is the part of the Story where you should insert the Original Superman Music, because Dave Adam and Steve Cates came swooping in and literally saved us. They took over the job, the paperwork, the communication with USAA and hit the ground running. I kid you not, Dave showed up to my house the very next day, had 5+ subs in there, and was delegating orders like Patton in WW2. It was impressive, because you could see in each sub-contractors eyes and by there demeanor, they enjoyed working with Creekside and wanted to be there. It took another 5 months, but the job was done, and exceeded my expectations. My wife teared up, when she saw the finished work, that alone is all you would need to know about Creekside, but I’m not done. Lets check some boxes, Professionalism, highly skilled sub-contractors, diligence, quality workmanship, high end materials, outstanding communication, and complete Loyalty to the customer. My wife and I always knew where we stood with Creekside, and were never left hangin gin the dark. Yes, there were small mishaps, but that happens on almost all jobs in construction but each issue was rectified promptly and above satisfaction. We knew Creekside had our back from day one, Dave Adams stood by our side’s ready as if we were getting into a rumble like the Movie Outsiders. I cannot thank Creekside enough for what they did for my family. I wish there was something I could do to show my complete appreciation, so I hope this small token of a review helps someone else in need, and steers them to Creekside before they make the same mistake we did, wasting time and money with another derelict company. Just know in this chaotic world we live in right now, there are still genuine trustworthy people still out there to help us along, and Creekside Construction is a complete embodiment of those values. -Much Respect and Gratitude, Ferris Family, Rathdrum Idaho- Erik F.

ACreekside Construction LLCBEST CONTRACTOR EVER!! We had a huge flood in our home in November. Creekside Construction was recommended to us to put our master bedroom, master bath and downstairs bathroom back together (the rooms had been stripped to the studs). Within an hour of our call Steve, Brandon and Dave were at our home and accessing the damage. Every worker (Curtis, Hugo and Brandon) were exceptional in their work. They were professional and always on time. Their work was first class quality. We could not ask for more. If you need any work done in your home CALL these guys. You won’t be disappointed! They are professional, AWESOME and do an amazing job. And did I mention their office staff is really sweet also???- Elaine H.

AAbove All ContractingSteven and his crew are a family run business and they are very talented at what they do. Their quality of work is amazing. They want their customers to be pleased and happy with the results. The first bathroom needed so much repair. There had been previous water damage from when the previous owners who owned our home to the drywall and in the shower stall. The bathroom was completely gutted out prior to the start of Steven's crew coming in & new blue board was hung. Steven's crew replaced the damaged studs in the shower. The old pan was removed which was fiberglass and replaced with a dry-pack liner, drain, & curb and then tile which looked so much better and gave a solid base to stand on. The previous shower door never shut properly and the new door had nice features such as opening in or out , Easy Clean on the inside of the glass, and a strong handle for gripping. The new valve was a nice addition with one pull handle & a shower head that had several choices on water spray. I found I needed one with a better turn radius for both short and tall people. We went with all Moen products in the shower area. The bathroom is small so a pedestal sink made a more spacious look. I had two different sinks delivered to the house and Steven's recommendation of a larger one was a good choice looking back. The bowl is wide, deep, and lots of space around the top to set things on. I found that not all "white" is the same. The sink looked so white (Kohler) next to the round toilet (made by American Standard) which was more creamy white but I have gotten used to it. Tile was added around the sink for the backsplash which matched the shower tile. A custom mirror was installed above the sink. A vanity light was hung to replace an old light fixture from the 70's. A laundry box was installed which looked much better then the hole in the wall that was originally there. A fan with a light replaced an old light fixture. A timer was added which is handy to set for 10 minutes to remove the moisture. Steven recommended a track light and it was such a great addition to adding more light to the shower stall. The tile used for the shower was returnable once the job was done which was nice also. The painting turned out beautiful. The second bathroom had small 6 inch white squares of tiles in the shower and above the old vanity. The addition of 12 x 12 tiles updates the look in the shower and the vanity top came with a backsplash. The shower valves were replaced with a single handle faucet and the shower head has several spray choices. It was nice to update all the fixtures in the shower area to the spot resistant brushed nickel tones. I was able to find a brushed nickel recessed wall toilet paper holder which Steven installed too. An elongated toilet was installed. It feels taller and is a couple inches longer. I ordered a 60 inch vanity that came with a marble type top. Steven and his crew adjusted the plumbing for double sinks and installed the vanity. Since the vanity came with chrome handles I went with chrome single handled faucets. Custom mirrors were hung above both sinks. It would have been nice if wood framed mirrors were available with this vanity but I ended up going custom brushed nickel framed. It looks more updated then just a large piece of glass like what was originally there. The paint turned out so nice compared to the wallpaper that was coming off the wall. All the brushed nickel towel rods, curtain rod, and shower curtain rods made great additions compared to the old chrome previously there. I did have to go with a longer shower curtain since the rod was higher and I found a no hook curtain that has a snap inside liner that can be removed to wash. The vanity light was also a beautiful light above the vanity compared to the old gold 70's style. A fan was also added to this bathroom with a timer which will help tremendously with moisture. 9. Steven and his crew were great to work with. They would remove their shoes when they entered. They kept the area clean while they worked and they always open to questions which helped me a lot thru this process. I will be calling his crew to do more work in the future.- Linda P.

A1st Response PlumbingI was away from Spokane, and my family phoned me late one night to report the sewage lift pump alarm. I phoned Jared early the next morning, and he was already on his way to Omak for a commercial repair job. Fortunately, he returned to Spokane by 4:00 PM, to assess the problem. If I were home, I could have performed the assessment and repair, myself. It could have been the pump, or simply the float. Jared pulled the pump and float, tested them both, and determined it was only the float. He got the part before the supply store closed, and was done by 6:00 PM. He could have replaced the entire unit, and I'd never have known the difference, but Jared didn't oversell or get greedy, he simply did what was right, saving me the cost of a replacement pump. Thanks, Jared!- Michael R.

AJeanne is AMAZING! We hired the CDA Inspectors to inspect the house we are currently under contract with; Jeanne was thorough, very observant, so easy to work with and listened to our concerns. The report she sent was very detailed to include recommendations for the issues she uncovered. 47 pages of detailed information leaves little to the imagination so kudos to a nice in-depth look on things we needed to know. Thank you so, so much, Jeanne for alleviating my anxieties and for your most professional, superb and genuine care service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

AWe love our floors! Daryl and his brother-in-law did an awesome job for us when we decided to convert carpeted rooms to wood floors AND match them to existing wood floors. They provided expert opinions in determining the best transitions from original to new floors. These two were on time everyday and worked very hard to meet our deadlines. They did our prep work and were very careful in removing old carpet, tacks, etc. Their vacuum was always in tow. We also had the "brother in law" do our baseboards and trim and these are spot on as well. As the daughter of a carpenter and grand daughter of two carpenters I know what quality work looks like and they delivered. As a plus they both had great senses of humor. Ann and Phil Wetmore

AWe have hired many companies for carpet cleaning over the years but for the past 5 years we have hired All Klean. They are the best. All Klean takes great care to protect wall and furniture corners from hose damage with barriers and covers. The process used does not soak the carpets with water and they are left clean and dry in just a few hours. They are professional, polite and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.

BThe Insurance claim was handled very well. James dealt with the insurance adjuster very professionally. The roof repair was done in a timely manner considering it is winter and we had a ton of snow on the roof that needed removed first. The roofers were very good considering the mess with all the snow. Roof looks great and should last a long time now. No complaints about the roof. Quality of the roofing job was excellent. The interior repairs took a while as the roofers are not interior repairmen. If Home Town Rebuilders LLC is going to do interior work they need a trained interior crew to do it. Got the interior work done after 3 tries. AND James did see that it was done correctly. He kept in touch with us and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Interior overall was GOOD! final finished work was excellent. Over all Job was great, It might be conditions of working outside and travel in snow and cold but it took longer for them to show up as promised, told they would be here in an hour, took 2 hours. Weather could be a problem, but having to WAIT for workers to show up is never a good thing. Work is done and we are greatly satisfied and back to our normal living, final outcome very pleased.
