R & L provided a contract which listed a license and bond. The contractor is not bonded, therefore not licensed. The work done need updating and was not complete. As the fixes were performed, our satisfaction diminished because the fixes created more issues, for example. The brick on the border wall was not properly glued making the area unsafe.
