My wife had made an appointment weeks in advance to bring our three pomeranians in to have them washed and have any matts combed out of their hair. My wife had used this shop one time prior in recent months and they had followed her specific instructions to not cut or shave any hair on our dogs. This time my wife spoke with the lady receiving our dogs and was once again very specific about not wa...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Failed to follow simple instructions to NOT CUT any length of hair on our 3 pomeranians and to only clip the hair on their paws and to wash and brush them and COMB out any matts of hair. My wife was very specific about this and the Lady receiving the instructions even repeated them back to my wife when she took the dogs. The provider shaved the hair on the dogs rear legs and part way up their tails and around their entire bottoms and part way up their back in varying degrees and now they look ridiculous, like a male lion. Poms don't grow back their 2nd coat of hair once it has been cut, they only grow back their 1st coat. Now we have lost that beautiful look of that 2nd coat and they will never look the same again.
