    Kindred is always very responsive and proactive. They notice items around my home that might need repair, replacing, or servicing and let me know so I can decide on a course of action. If I have an emergency (like my refrigerator gives out just before 4th of July weekend!!) they are quick to find a way to help me. They are professional and do a great job. For me they have performed landscaping maintenance include sprinkler repair and winterization, housecleaning, winterization and summarization of the house, minor home repairs and appliance replacements and servicing.

    They put in dry or dead sod, not put the sprinkler line 12" under ground, only coves it up. Can't figure out the sprinkler system. Demand more money for the job he agreed to do and not complete the job. He claim he has 35 year of experience, and dare you to take him to court, before he walk out the job undone. We did and won the case.

This is a small business and I would recommend them to anyone. They beat our long time sprinkler company's bid by almost half and they did an amazing job. Arrived promptly, good communication, good attention to details, replaced several problem sprinkler heads, tested the entire twelve station system and got our system up and running for the growing season!     Just finished our landscaping remodel with Phillips 360 and everything went like clockwork. Their pricing was reasonable (lower than 2 other bids we got). They kept us informed of the schedule and were here when they said they would be. They were responsive to our mid-project changes and provided suggestions to improve our end result. These guys worked their butts off, and they completed the project quickly, can't thank them enough. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new yard.

    I would give this company zero stars if able to. The owner came out to look at replacing some broken parts to our system and commenced to do work that we did not agree for him to do or contract him for. After doing so, he kept badgering us and threatening to take us to small claims court for his overpriced bill, for trimming of a few bushes, which he charged us over $130 and was about an hr worth of labor. He never worked on or fixed the original issue that we needed repaired and had to use another company to do so. Keep away from this business.

    -He arrived 1.5 hours late because of a job that ran over. Because of this, he arrived after I went to work. -He did not bother to text, call, or email me to say what work had been done or how much it was. -I called that afternoon, was told I'd hear back by the end of the day. No phone call. -I got home and the broken zone was still broken. No sprinklers in zone 6. -I waited some more and finally called early afternoon the next day during work. -I was told a solenoid was replaced. -My sprinkler coverage was called "fair." The suggested solution was to change the sprinkler heads to a different continuous type from a rotating type and to clip the hedges. (This is not relevant for the backyard, where most of the brown spots are). -No solution was offered for my broken zone. Told "I can hear water running" and that "maybe we can find the sprinkler heads for that zone if we do a blowout in the fall" (paraphrasing). -First of all, the lack of professionalism sucks. Why stay 1.5 hours late on the first job, presumably to finish, only to leave my house without figuring out what's wrong with my broken zone? I should have received a call, email or text explaining what work was done, what work needed to be done, and how to fix the broken zone and brown spots all over my lawn. A customer should never have to call in TWICE to get information about what work has been done. -Second, I find it very odd the only solution for a broken sprinkler zone is "only thing is maybe we can do a blowout and see." That zone was working as of 1-2 months ago. There was not even an offer to come back with someone else who might be able to figure it out. -Third, everything is exactly the same only I'm out money. I got charged $127 for poor service, a lack of professionalism in arriving way late and never notifying me, and I have exactly the same problems. My zone is still broken and I still have the same sprinkler coverage.

    Arrived a few minutes early. Got right to work. Found he had to go get some parts but was back in a few minutes. Did a professional job in a short time. Very satisfied with the results. They'll be the first to call should I have any more sprinkler problems.

    Nate was punctual, efficient and friendly. Spent 4+ hours doing the work needed. To date I am very satisfied with the whole experience and have already referred them to two other neighbors. Now I just have to patiently wait (wanted to go out at 1 am this morning when they first came on to watch the new sprinkler heads again) and that the grass is a happy as I am! If you want it done right, I think you can stop your search. I would use them again in a heart beat.

    They did okay. Nice crew. Just seemed a little how priced for the short time required to do the work. Took as long to aerate the lawn as it would have to cut the lawn. Again, they did deliver just seemed a little high priced.
