    Elite Construction & Remodeling
The project went great! I've been wanting project done for 9 years and nobody wanted to take my business or were too busy. Sergey was busy but he squeezed my project in. They were professional and honest. They cleaned up after. He checked with me often to make sure the project was looking the way I wanted. I would definitely hire this company again!

    Acuity Construction and Design LLC
We hired Gary to remodel the bathroom and install a custom shower. After a year we noticed tile cracking and popping off the shower floor. (because of his professionalism w/another bathroom we did not contact him for this, both bathrooms were "completed" before any issues were apparent.) While trying to investigate the problem, I went behind the shower wall (the wall is open in the utility room.) and stuck my hand between the membrane and sheetrock, it was very wet. In order to prevent mildew we demolished the very bottom of the shower wall. This is what we found. Gary installed the membrane for the custom pan, incorrectly, he used the wrong product to create the pan, he installed a drain for a fiberglass pan, not a custom pan. The drain is not level. He installed the sheetrock to the floor of the pan, which is incorrect. So this is what was happening, the wrong drain didn't allow any extra water that didn't go down the drain to seep out. The water backed up in the pan and eventually was being soaked up the drywall. I have photos and I have tried to contact Gary w/ no response. I now have to file a lawsuit in superior court to attach his bond per WA state regulation. I asked for a bathroom and got a petri dish.

    C&S Construction of Spokane, INC
30 x 40 shop with 14ft eves including one man door, two 10x12 roll up doors, and two 2x3 windows, with insulated metal sheathing. Building is solid and I'm happy with it so far. Owner (Shaun) was attentive and everything went smooth. Workers cleaned up after themselves and got the details right. A few little things here and there that could have been better but I am a stickler. Materials seem to be good quality.

    DuPont Construction Inc.
i have used DuPont construction since 2007 after a previous recommendation. All jobs were fairly priced, no surprises, excellent attention to the smallest detail, the ability to improvise when needed (as is sometimes the case when renovating or remodeling a space that has lacked attention for many years or has been abused), excellent communication between ourselves when discussing the project at hand. I cannot say enough about this working duo. They deserve a hearty handshake for jobs so well done. I think they could do a better job with one arm tied behind their backs than most! Definitely 5 stars in every area.

    kwik insulation and construction
Fabulously! They were able to start our job within days of contacting them. They arrived and completed the work promptly and professionally! They cleaned up (spray insulation can be messy) and did not leave anything behind. Mike and Ken are both very knowledgeable about the products they use and make suggestions as to how I, the homeowner, can maximize my budget, getting the most for my money. They had to return 2 days later (as we were told) to complete the second product installation. We had both open and closed cell insulation used for both times they insulated. We are already looking to next spring when we hope to have our shop insulated.

    Mr. Handyman of Spokane
I give them all A's in all the categories because they really did a nice job. There were like two different guys and then the one guy needed help lifting the ladder, so I guess a total of three. It took them 6 hours.

    Mr. Handyman of Spokane
It all went well. Just make sure you understand what the hourly rate is. The first hour is more, and may require additional milage. Just check first. They are very nice, and up front, and professional.

    Bunker Buildings
Was told it should take about 7 days to complete. Took almost 4 weeks as the builder assigned to my job was a "slower" builder. While that was frustrating, I am happy with the end product. Jim Kerr was great to work with on the design aspect and was responsive with communication. I will say that there are things that cost $$$ outside of what Bunker provides and I would have preferred that they could mention those things up front and give you rough ideas of what those things may cost. While there were many builders to choose from, Bunker was the one that came recommended by every person I asked. I don't think you can beat that. They weren't the cheapest, but I'm happy with the end product.

    Mr. Handyman of Spokane
The Mr. Handyman Spokane craftsman (Lloyd) is highly talented, skilled and experienced. He worked with us to decide on what we really wanted then built it over a four day period. Currently they have two skilled handymen and are interviewing to hire a third. Each will operate with a fully equipped van.
The franchise owner came by the job each day.

    Steel Structures America Inc
    Buyers beware!!
We had a 48 x 30 pole building with a 12 foot lean-to built by Steel Structures America starting early August 2014 and finally finished mid November.  We were told it would take a few weeks to build not 3 ½ months.  They would leave the job for weeks to work somewhere else.  There were so many building problems from their poor quality of construction and mistakes.  It seemed the builders were not good craftsmen  and didn?t understand quality construction.  I spend time emailing the owner about all the mistakes and I needed to yell and scream to get him to come to the site to see the builders quality of work.
I  meet with the owner, their building quality control person and engineer to discuss the mistakes and quality of work.
I am  confident that the builders would have tried to cover up the mistakes instead of fixing them properly.  We didn?t trust their work so we needed to constantly check to see if other mistakes were being made.  Each time other professionals (electrician, drywallers, cement people, excavators) came, they would find mistakes that needed to be fixed.
    The following list is only a few of their mistakes or problems we found:  needed to replace steel on two sides; one side, the tin was cut too short and the other side had holes drilled though the tin in the wrong place (they wanted to patch this and I insisted on replacing the tin); sections of the support beams were cut improperly and too short; tin on all sides of the roof was cut short of the eves than covered up with flashing; vent placed cooked; cut branch off my 25 year old tree hedge;  needed to come back to place screws in the tin that were missing;  many support  boards were cut short leaving space between boards;
didn?t order enough steel  costing nearly 3 weeks delay because they left the job; we had problems placing ceiling drywall
because of uneven ceiling rafters and  we had to added additional rafters to the ceiling because they had the rafters
placed 2 feet from the sides walls leaving no place to nail the drywall.
It?s hard to believe that such a large company could have such poor craftsmanship and do such poor quality work. Their work and service was the poorest quality I have ever seen.
