    After several visits I find some good people with integrity and a few that are not competent or honest for that matter. Bringing this to attention really ruffles feathers no matter the issue or loss, meaning be prepared for an unintelligent war of words and raised voices. These people will be gone usually in a short amount of time as they have a fairly high rate of turnover. At some point early on I started becoming concerned with the security and privacy of my medical file. Turns out there was far more reason to worry as there is zero doctor patient privilege that I see. Everyone from the front desk to the janitor, students, mail center, call center other clinics and people that work there for a few days read your entire medical file and talk about it. This is the first time I've ever had any concerns about privacy and with so much turnover this system could easily have allowed 40 or more people access to my file already. Most of these employees have already come and gone. Some have asked me personal questions after seeing my file while some can barely hold a conversation as they are enthralled reading my file. It seems impossible that the information won't be repeated with all those curious eyes recording it. All this has contributed to me seeing the physician less and reluctant to disclose or discuss issues, knowing fully another employee will be reading my file again within minutes. Whatever you do avoid calling the call center. Finding another doctor is always a huge pain.

    Great.  All my questions were addressed.  Refills promptly called into my pharmacy.  Electronic records reviewed during time of visit.  Nothing was missed.  My appointment was at Quail Run, General Practice.  My only regret with this clinic is its hospital affiliation, and the" two-way" lack of cooperation with the other major health care complex in the area.  However, I want to say again  that Rockwood has been a great clinic for me. .

    She is very knowledgeable, very efficient, passionate, and has good bedside manner. It is at an older building but still it's efficient. I haven't had any problems with the billing and administration.

    My doctor kind of moved and it is one of those nightmares, he got promoted to a different job, so a new doctor took over his job and so good for him, but not so good for me. He got promoted to be a professor or something like that and I was like, oh no but he did get somebody else to cover his patients for him. They have been good. They are a low group and they are decent. It is probably the same everywhere but I couldn't get in quickly enough to be seen whenever I had a problem. It is a group, so the bedside manner depends on who you get; the ones that I have seen have been very nice. I had Dr. Woodruff and he is the guy that stepped out and ended up going to Loma Linda University. This happened three years ago and he became the medical director of their medical group that they have throughout town. It is more than just the family medicine, it is throughout the city. So he left me hanging and I got this woman doctor who I didn't really care for too much because she was so new and so I didn't like how her bedside manner and how she took care of me. All the time, whenever I asked her a question about what was going on with my situation, she would look it up on her cell phone. I felt that she was just way too young, she was way too green and luckily she got pregnant and my original doctor came back and covered for her. So it was great that Dr. Woodruff covered for her. I am retired nurse so I am smart enough to be able to know if she was messing up or not and the period of time that she was taking care of me, I knew that she wasn't messing up too badly. I got my doctor back and that was really cool, so I was really grateful I got my doctor back. She was gone for maternity leave for quite a while and then I came back to my doctor and had a physical with him and he said, guess what I have got to leave, that's when I found out that he was leaving and going to Loma Linda. I haven't gone back since. He was a pretty good communicator but I did not like her communication. She only took care of me for a year. There is a new doctor coming in that was taking over Dr. Woodruff's patients and he recommended him so I will take my chances with him. I haven't seen him yet but I plan on seeing him and I hope it works out okay.

    Excellent overall service. Very friendly and professional office staff. Minimal time spent in waiting room. Nurses are very friendly and thorough in their questions and procedures. Dr trail was very timely relative to appointment time. He has over 25 years in practice, but has a very youthful deameanor relative to his experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and is easy to talk with/ask questions. He is very thorough in his examinations and explanations of my medical situation - a unigue bacterial infection. He used the Internet to search more specific cases and other information about my unusual infection - citing that he "had seen many cases of cellulitis through his years in practice, but none, personally, with this aggressive of a bacteria or extensive" which has been known to cause death of patients in less than a week from onset. I am very grateful for the care received from the staff and doctors of Northside Family Physicians.

    Dr Purdy saw me on very short notice, he is very friendly and personable.  He made his diagnosis right away, and sent in the prescription promptly.  My only complaint with this office, is that in the past, it has been very difficult to get through by phone.  Once you do, they seem to do a pretty good job of getting you in promptly.

    All staff are consistently professional and efficient. Calls are returned, prescriptions refilled, and referrals have been made in a timely manner. The only thing I find less than ideal is the wait time for either a yearly exam or an appt with my primary provider. This can be a number of weeks; however, an appt with another provider is usually offered.

    They were very friendly and professional. They were courteous. I didn't have to wait; I went in, checked right in and was seen. They scheduled all my different screenings. They got back to me really quickly. They were great. The office environment was very nice. They are going to be my doctor in future for sure.

    Appointment was on time, all medical personnel were professional and efficient. Everyone was knowledgeable and explained in detail the procedure before it was started. The surgery went smoothly, and was successful to relieve a painful bunion. The follow-up visit was pleasant. The toe was healing properly and the pain had been relieved. I have had Group Health insurance for over 20 years and have been very satisfied. If my primary care doctor is not available for an immediate appointment, there are other team members who can see me. I have always been able to get same day appointments when needed.
