    Daniel J. Mergen, DDS
I went in for some fillings and left in a great deal of pain. After four days the pain had not only gotten worse but my jaw was locked shut! I reached out to the office several times and was told to take Tylenol and wait it out. At no point did Dr. Mergen have me come back in to see what was going on. Finally after almost three weeks of pain and eating through a straw, he prescribed an antibiotic over the phone for the obvious infection that he would have caught sooner if he'd done any follow up care and that took care of the pain. For the next three and a half months he continued to ignore me as I lived on a liquid diet. Finally got in with an oral surgeon and had to pay out of pocket for surgery to repair the damage to my jaw. Dr. Bergen was rough and negligent. I would never go back

Katherine Hakes DDS FAGD FICD PLLC
Did excellent work, referred to an endodontist when needed, back for more treatment, including bone graft, implant, and establishing routine care. Considerate, little pain, and set a firm price for projected work and held to it. I've had good and I've had bad, and I would rate this one the best.

    Velis Family Dental Care
My wife and I have been going to Dr Velis for 6 years, and would not switch. They are professional and thorough. When I had some bone spurs on my jaw Dr. Velis removed them and I healed quickly. They help with explaining better cleaning techniques for me at home.

    Petersen, Dr. David G.
Dr drilled my teeth that did not need feelings. Referred me to pull my molar tooth. I wanted to save my tooth. Found another dentist who did root canal and I still have that tooth 19 years later. Hygienist was cruel, I was crying during cleaning, tears flowing from my eyes, she did not care, I asked interpreter to tell her it was painful. I was really bad experience being in this under this doctor's care.

    Funk, Dr. Jodi W
I have sensitive teeth and hyperactive plaque.  Dr. Funk's professionals do a great job - especially Annette.  I appreciate their understanding of my needs.  Great place for dental work!

    Oral Surgery Plus
It went really well. I arrived for my consultation and didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. The staff was friendly during my visit. The doctor I spoke with sounded well educated and made me feel at ease. The building was clean and professional looking.

    Soderstrom Scott DDS
It went great.  Dr. Soderstrom is very personable and cares about his patients.  I had extractions on a previous visit and the initial partials did not fit.  He was very tenatious in making sure they fit right and it took several returns to his lab (which he no longer uses) for them to get the fit right.

    Heinrich, Dr. Robb
I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner as soon as I entered Dr. Heinrich's office. Within 5 minutes (!) I was introduced to one of Dr. Heinrich's assistants who took me into an exam room. She asked lots of questions, including the reason I was wanting a second opinion, dental history, and social history. Dr. Heinrich entered, introduced himself and proceeded with the exam. He did verify that I did have a cavity and that the crown should be replaced. He even showed me, with a small dental camera, where the cavity was, and why it should be replaced. Because of his manner, the professionalism, and friendliness of his staff, I made the decision to schedule the procedure. I was then taken to talk with the billing/sheduling staff who explained the cost of the procedure in detail (the cost was significantly less than my previous dentist!),and scheduled my next appointment. All in all, I was very pleased with my choice of choosing Dr. Heinrich as my new dentist.

Grand Corner Dental: Drs. Sargent & Cochran
Dr. Sargent and his support staff fit me in at the end of the day and did all that needed to be done to remove the broken tooth.  It was quite a long procedure and I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, but they stayed  until all was done and I was fit to walk out the door and drive. They were all great; never looked at their watches or showed any impatience about having to stay late. I hope that I can become a regular patient there for routine care.

    TruExpression Dental Care
Had a tooth which had developed a great sensitivity to pressure. I've had Dr. Truong put in 2 or 3 new crowns over the last 4 years or so, as well as replace a few old crowns which had been done a while ago by other dentists. After looking at the sensitive tooth, he said it had a crown on it which he himself had done about 3 years earlier. Since it had never bothered me until recently, he said the best thing would be to remove the crown and make a new one. He did this, and that tooth is now doing just fine. He did not charge me a penny (or my insurance company) for the new crown. He strikes me as very conscientious with his dental work and does not rush anything.
