The job was done within a few days of my calling, other companies were more expensive and had 2 weeks before getting out to my home. I would recommend Black's with a 5 star rating. Will be calling again for all my chimney needs... Mike also told me if I called in the spring to get the sweeping done, I would save even more money.... so helpful. AGalloway Roofing & SidingDuring the inspection and bidding process Manuel Hernandez was very clear in explaining the process of what and how the work would be done and the standards that they were going to meet during the large roofing project. Tom Galloway was also very pleasant to work with over the phone. A very nice guy to deal with and also very clear and concise in his explanations of options and company ethics and standards to be provided. The work crew showed up early every morning and worked long hard hours to complete the job. They were courteous and very hard working and cleaned up the work space when finished. DA-1 Rooftop Chimney Sweep IncThe work went fine. However upon paying the bill we were charged $100 trip charge on a service that cost $179. We had hired them for the same work two years previous and were never charged a trip charge. It seems dishonest to not inform a repeat customer that an outrageous trip charge would be assessed!!- Lynne M.

AEric and his team are amazing! My 90 year old parents were taken to the hospital because of carbon monoxide poisoning from a faulty 60 year old furnace. Eric and his team were at my parent's house to assess the situation the same day and were installing a new boiler a few days later. I cannot recommend Spokane Comfort Systems highly enough. They are a lifesaver in more ways than one!

ASergey and his team were wonderful! my husband and I were extremely pleased with the entire process as well as the final product. we have a beautiful new master bathroom, guest bathroom and basement now. Serge and Roman were the two main people on his crew and every day showed up on time and kept their workspace clean and organized. They immediately made us feel very comfortable. Every day they spent time making sure everything was put back away in an organized fashion and very tidy, especially keeping care to not dirty any of the walk ways in our house. this was very much appreciated especially with having 3 young children. speaking of our children, they treated them kindly and were great with then when they would "sneak and watch them work". Serge even taught them Russian words daily which they loved! Everyone on Sergey's team was a true professional, honest, kind and hard working. Sergey communicated well throughout the process and stayed on his projected timeline. We will certainly be using Elite Construction again for any of our future remodeling needs and strongly recommend this company to our friends and anyone in the Spokane area.

AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

ATom Galloway is a wonderful person to chat with and very knowledgeable in his trade. Manuel H is his point contact for new work bids and final inspection of work done. Manuel is a very engaging and easy going individual to work with. The crew that did the roof replacement down to new sheeting were very professional and family friendly in their attitude and work ethics. They were on time every day and worked with a steady cadence even after temperatures hit the low 100's the second day into the four day project. They cleaned up after themselves after each day and took care to avoid damaging property and landscaping. They were never a nuisance during the entire project as I worked from home during the entire process. They were polite and understanding when I occasionally stepped outside to see how things were progressing. Overall, I could not be happier with the work they did and quality of job done. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Tom Galloway Roofing for anyone in need of roof repairs and/or replacement. The price was fair and the work was done to the highest quality possible. AI honestly can't say enough great things about R&R! They were so responsive, helpful, paid attention to detail, and professional. From Tyler, our sales guy, to the installers, to the front desk, we had such a wonderful experience. Tyler always let us know when he was ten minutes out and he also came over after he was off the clock to help ease the process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Installing a new A/C and furnace is a little stressful. It's a chunk of change but it was so worth it! If you are in the market for a new A/C or furnace you should call R&R heating. Let them give you a bid and check them out for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

AShawn went above and beyond to not only tear down our old chimney to rebuild, but he also removed a problematic yellow jacket nest we didn't even know we had. He also repainted a new flue he ended up having to replace to match the other old one. We are very satisfied with his work and his work ethic. He let us know every step of the way what was going on and when he would be coming to work. We highly recommend this company. His brickwork was also beautiful when completed.
