    I contacted the area rep to get quotes on cable packages, internet etc. He was friendly without being pushy and gave me a variety of options and packages. He seemed to really focus on what my needs were rather than trying to get the big sale. He locked me into a install date which happened to be a Sunday which was fine with me. I was surprised they installed over the weekend, especially on Sunday.
    The installation rep, Shawn, arrived at the hour mark of a two hour window and was very professional. He put on shoe covers and came in to do a house walk around. He asked where the various devices were to be set up as well as questions about future cable box locations and internet work stations. He did a quality check of each outlet for functionality. He made a quick return to his vehicle to get the required equipment, knocked on the door rather than just walking back in. Then he got to work. During his professional preparation of the cables he explained how the boxes worked, reception details etc. When everything was set up Shawn went through a complete walk through of the system (I had used Comcast before but it was nice to get a refresher). He then set up the internet and prepped us with secure lines and passwords.
    It was the most professional and friendly service call I have had in years. Shawn was very knowledgeable and patient while answering questions. Top notch all the way around. Highly recommend.

    pay 160 a month for phone, internet and cable. I pay extra 20 a month for signature technical support on my computer. I called the technical support department and I got a hold of someone who told me to unplug everything, I did this but when I went back to they phone they had hung up. I called back and was put on hold for a half hour. I got in touch with a representative. They scheduled to have a technician come out to my home who did not show up when scheduled. I called Comcast and waited another half hour on hold and to find out that the appointment had been cancelled and they tried to call me on my old number even though they had my new number. They cancelled because they scheduled the wrong support team to come out. I asked to speak with a supervisor; they would not transfer me to a supervisor. They said they could have one call me in four hours, which I found frustrating. After I hung up I got a recorded service call asking how it went, I explained that I was not happy. I got a message from a Comcast representative but it was so grumbled I couldn’t hear who the person it was. I called back and waited another half hour. I did not receive a call back all day yesterday. When I called today I waited another half hour. They refused to give me to a supervisor but said they would transfer me to support this put me on hold for 45 minutes. I called back and asked for billing who was apologetic. They finally Transferred me to the correct department and got my computer up and running in ten minutes. I am so angry and am getting rid of Comcast. Other than this experience I never had an issue with them

    Unfortunately we don't have a choice because we are up on a hill so we can't get a dish. The people that work for them are very nice but their office set up is just deplorable. They have one office in Spokane and maybe one in the tri-cities which cover the entire east side of the state. We have to take a number when we go in the office whether it is for a simple or complex issue. If they have to come out, they give us either morning or afternoon.

    Their customer care service is fantastic. Their pricing is a little high, but it is worth it. Their call center representatives are not pushy at all and are always pleasant. I have used them for internet and when I got a laptop they sent me a free wireless router. They have worked with me over the last year and a half with their pricing so that I can continue to have their services while I'm out of work.
