ALux Painting ProsCould not have been happier. So friendly and professional from beginning to end. Worked fast. I had told my husband to take the day off and he didn't, so they had to work around him and were so sweet about it. Matched the paint perfectly. Everything was immaculate when they left. We had a ton of stuff in the room and they moved it around happily. Just fantastic!! Oh, and the paint job looked great too, but service was amazing. I AM STILL HAVE ISSUES DO TO THEIR SHORT COMINGS!!!! MY HOUSE IS NOT COMPLETE DO TO THEIR NEGOTIATIONS. AElite Construction & RemodelingIn building our house, the price was very reasonable, the quality was excellent and the job was done on time. Sergey was very flexible and patient with us. We changed our minds several times about finishing details on the house and he never made use feel like it was an issue. He also allowed us the flexibility of choosing our own fixtures and other details or providing us with his recommendations. When each phase of the project was completed, he made sure the area was cleaned up and safe for us and our kids as we liked to visit the building site regularly during the building process. His attention to detail and to our specific needs was exceptional. Years later we still call him with an occasional question and he is always happy to answer our question, often dropping by to give advice or to help us. More recently we decided to add some cabinetry to our house. We needed the cabinets to match some of our existing furniture. Our experience with these projects was the same - beautiful custom cabinets at a very reasonable price delivered on time as promised. I would highly recommend Sergey Stefoglo and Elite Construction for building, remodeling, tile work and cabinets.- Julia V.

AElite Construction & RemodelingHonestly going into the reconstruction was hideously scary, I had no idea what to expect. My mother being blind and I only being nineteen, we were accepted into a house remolding program for low income home owners giving us a low interest loan to get the much needed work done that our little house was desperately in need of, and not wanting to be taken advantage of because even with the loan this money was hard to come by? we set forth on what we were told was going to be a rollercoaster ride. After accepting Elite?s bid we quickly found that we weren?t living a horror story but rather a fairytale, and even my Uncle Dave (who deals with real-estate on a daily basis) was impressed as he kept his protective eye hovering over the project. Sergey seemed to know exactly what we wanted, as my mom described how she saw everything in her mind, and let us in on everything that was going on and how it was happening taking time to describe every detail to my mom so she could understand without her sight. The workers were very mindful to watch out for my mother and keeping their tools up because of her blindness, and even stopped what they were doing to help guide her away from any dangers or harm. They easily got along with our pets (which isn?t always easy with a chubby pig) and still seemed to work hard, proficiently, and creatively. The workers were a pleasure to have in our home and trustworthy in the highest regard and the effects are stunningly beautiful, no one comes into our home without mentioning the beauty of our kitchen or their envy of our new cupboards. The work was of the highest quality, for they took pride in everything they did? the man who did our cupboards (Val) explained to me in one conversation that kitchens were his art form, he couldn?t go into a kitchen (or house) without redesigning it in his mind to take the most advantage of the space offered. All of elites work is guaranteed through the longest warranties that Sergey could find and offer and whenever we ran into a problem he was only one phone call away, answering promptly and taking care and charge of the situation immediately? AWords can't express how happy we have been with our decision to go with Trickett Woodworks to build and install the cabinets in our custom kitchen. Geoff and Brian have been exceptional! Their communication before and during the project was always great. We had to delay the selection of our cabinet maker due to COVID, and Geoff was the only person that had regular check-ins with us during this time, none of the companies reached out to us at all. Trickett's workmanship is top notch. We asked for a very custom design that followed the contour of our cathedral ceiling which is not common. Geoff worked with us to come up with ideas on how best to accomplish the look we were going for and it turned out amazing. Geoff and Brian also went the extra mile when our countertop installers damaged several drawers and doors. Geoff made sure everything got fixed and that we were taken care of. I can't understate how happy we are with our cabinets and our experience with Trickett. We'll definitely be using them for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone.

ASergey and his team were wonderful! my husband and I were extremely pleased with the entire process as well as the final product. we have a beautiful new master bathroom, guest bathroom and basement now. Serge and Roman were the two main people on his crew and every day showed up on time and kept their workspace clean and organized. They immediately made us feel very comfortable. Every day they spent time making sure everything was put back away in an organized fashion and very tidy, especially keeping care to not dirty any of the walk ways in our house. this was very much appreciated especially with having 3 young children. speaking of our children, they treated them kindly and were great with then when they would "sneak and watch them work". Serge even taught them Russian words daily which they loved! Everyone on Sergey's team was a true professional, honest, kind and hard working. Sergey communicated well throughout the process and stayed on his projected timeline. We will certainly be using Elite Construction again for any of our future remodeling needs and strongly recommend this company to our friends and anyone in the Spokane area.

DI called and got an answering service claiming to be there "off-site call center". I was told "Josh" would call me back. I never got a call. I called again a few days later. I got the "off-site call center" again. I left another message. Still waitin. Ha I'd never use them. Seems like a one man show. And that man either isn't that interested in new business (and mine is a big job) or is but is so dis-organized or over loaded he just can't pull it off. Waste of time.

FWe hired Gary to remodel the bathroom and install a custom shower. After a year we noticed tile cracking and popping off the shower floor. (because of his professionalism w/another bathroom we did not contact him for this, both bathrooms were "completed" before any issues were apparent.) While trying to investigate the problem, I went behind the shower wall (the wall is open in the utility room.) and stuck my hand between the membrane and sheetrock, it was very wet. In order to prevent mildew we demolished the very bottom of the shower wall. This is what we found. Gary installed the membrane for the custom pan, incorrectly, he used the wrong product to create the pan, he installed a drain for a fiberglass pan, not a custom pan. The drain is not level. He installed the sheetrock to the floor of the pan, which is incorrect. So this is what was happening, the wrong drain didn't allow any extra water that didn't go down the drain to seep out. The water backed up in the pan and eventually was being soaked up the drywall. I have photos and I have tried to contact Gary w/ no response. I now have to file a lawsuit in superior court to attach his bond per WA state regulation. I asked for a bathroom and got a petri dish.
