The workers from Aalpine Services Co came back to re-clean some missed spots. They were nice, but vague and rushed through the job. They also came an hour late for the appointment.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Aalpine Services Co cleaned our living room and hallway carpets in March for 170 dollars.

SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSE

The window for arrival was for 12:00-2:00 pm, we arrived towards the end of that window but on time. The charges of 170.00 included sustantial pet urine treatments not just carpet cleaning. The reason for having to return was due to wicking from the pet urine treatments and not from anything missed or omitted, and of course there were no extra charges. We hope the return trip satisfied the custome...

I actually used their services twice already and they did an excellent job. I've never seen my carpet so clean. They were here on time and completed the job accurately and thoroughly. I highly recommend them for their reasonable price and quality service. I am very much impressed with the outcome and will absolutely continue to use their services.
