    All Seasons Tree Service
We had 13 trees pruned in August and are very happy with the work. We wanted an Arborist to do and/or oversee the work to ensure pruning for the health of the trees was the top priority. Cody came and did an estimate and was also on site for the pruning. They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend All Seasons Tree Service. We will definitely have them continue to do our pruning.

    Budget Arbor And Logging LLC
Called on 3/21/18 requesting grinding of 2 moderate size stumps in back yard. Was told that they would be out within 2 days to take care. On 3/26/18 I again called about having someone come out and was told they would be out the next day. On 3/27/18 they came out and ground 1 stump. I called and was informed that the technician had come back and said he couldn't find the other stump, which was sitting no more than 30 feet away, completely unobstructed. I was told they would be out the next day to grind the other stump. On 3/28/18 the second stump was finally ground. The fact that I had to make multiple calls about the same issue and either the incompetence or just plain laziness of the technician ensured that I will never contact this company ever again.

    Aardvark Tree Service
Jim came out and gave me a good quote to remove two trees. The trees were extremely close to my house and the neighbors house. Additionally, the neighbors fruit trees were basically side by side with the trees I needed taken out. The only open spot to drop the trees was very close to various overhead power/utility lines. Jim stated he would schedule me for around the first week of November, based on his work load. I was concerned because one tree was basically dead and I wanted it gone in case we had another bad wind storm. Two days after scheduling with Jim, he showed up at my house and stated his crew had finished a job near me and asked if they could take my trees out. Ken was the guy who actual did the cutting. I was highly impressed with his skill. He dropped both trees right where he said he would. The first was basically dead, and the second was leaning away from the clear area to drop the tree. Ken and his co workers tied the trees off in such a manner that the operation was flawless. I have more trees I want taken out in the spring. I will not look to anyone else but Aardvark to complete the work

Provider came out to do an estimate on 05/30/2017. We never heard from anyone again. We called twice to ask about scheduling and were told that scheduling was difficult. Sent a message via this website and received no response.

    Aardvark Tree Service
They were prompt, sent an arborist out who walked over our entire property with me and pointed out what was needed to be done and a quote was given. We discussed removing all the dead wood up in the trees, thinning where appropriate and removal of all bad wood. We were encouraged to check around. We did so. Of the three other companies we called, Aardvark's price was second to the lowest price, but Aardvark offered the best overall deal for work to be done. They didn't let us down. We were well pleased. When we were ready, we called them because of price, the work they agreed to perform and their good reputation. They arrived with two crews and completed two days of work in one day. They were professional, polite and generous in their work, doing far more than I expected. They thinned out trees that were dangerous and removed quite a number of 6-12 foot smaller trees that were stealing water from the larger trees, removing everything that was a fire hazard. All total, they removed 6 very large tall trees, and deadwooded about thirty trees. Their high tree logger is a real professional. He had to fall the tree in sections due to it's closeness to our home and the chain link fense it was next to. He checked where the sprinklers were and dropped every single 8 foot section in a safe spot away from both of the one hundred and some odd feet tall trees. They then removed not only all of the bad branches and trees, (grinding them up), but also raked up and removed all of the pine needles and small branch limbs on the ground off of our entire half acre. I was also given instructions on how to finish a cobble stone walkway that I mentioned to one of the guys. They have a lot of expertise. He respected that I am a do-it yourself type person. They ground up the two stumps for me to a depth of about 18 inches. Basically, they cleaned up everything they did, and even cut up into rounds and stacked the two good trees I had cut down, and put them where I wanted them stacked. The work they performed beautified our landscape. A number of neighbors came over during the work and they too were pleased with the changes they made. I referred Aardvark to my neighbors and two of them later called them to their own homes for quotes and hired them for subsequent tree work that was done. Their work gives honor to their business name. It is good when you are happy with a job well done, but it is even better when your neighbors come over afterwards and continue to compliment how nice your yard looks. The job was so good that I personally tipped each of the workers individually before they left and I also gave extra to Jim and to his son as a way of saying thanks. Way to go Aardvark!!! You have our business for life! Thanks for your integrity and earning our business. We highly recommend their work. Bill & Sheena Allen

    Dayne's Tree Care
We did not end up choosing them, thru no fault of their own. We made a decision to use another company because a friend had just used the other company and advised they were happy with the overall work and cost. When I spoke to Dayne's Tree Care, they were polite and professional.

    Northwest Plant Health Care Inc
Upfront support and consultation was excellent.  The ideas provided included having the mailbox system moved to improve frontal visibility which I would not have thought of without that advice.  Also I was attracted to NPHC capability to provide full project support from landscape concept to plant consultation and Tree trimming.  I actually had 3 preliminary bids during negotiation with the city and then 3 more bids from different companies when I went to final selection.  NPHC was BY FAR the most expensive of the 6 different bids received but after the excellent upfront support I was convinced they would also offer the best quality and value for the money.  I wanted a good job and was willing to pay for it.
After the contract was made and the initial 50% payment was made this is when I felt the actual performance did not meet my expectations based on the upfront support.
       1)  Regarding the cost of  the project, I do not believe I receive the value I expected for the price that was paid.    I had the bid broken out in a detail that I could somewhat track value received for price paid.   In almost every single part of the bid the actual work performed and value of materials was far less than estimated.    For example, probably about half the fill  to create the mound and half the rock dressing was installed but at the price originally quoted.   This became apparent very early in the project and I asked to meet the owner to discuss the issue but it was basically dismissed..   At the end of the project I met again with him and told him point blank that the I thought his charges for labor and materials were excessive based on what was actually done.  I told him I would not choose to use him again based on the poor value received for the price paid.   I did not ask for concessions or make any suggestions as to what he should do AND nothing at all was offered just an admission that he was expensive.   At least he was consistent on that front because he told me that at the beginning of the project.    I didn't mind paying.  I just like to receive VALUE in line with the cost paid.
    2)  Regarding Quality-    I monitored the project periodically and felt that they were cutting corners wherever possible.   the best examples shortcuts/poor quality performed during the work  were 1)  laying about 1/2 the fill they quoted  and charged in the mound and in the area of sinking by one of the cherry trees 2)  laying about 1/2 the top dressing quoted and charged  3) only initially staking one of he the three trees planted (eventually staked another tree which was falling over within 2 weeks of planting  4)  Not digging out the existing black plastic edging in the beds prior to laying the new concrete edging.   This took up more of the yard than I wanted and I thought it was very sloppy.    When I came to inspect all of the ends were damaged which they fixed but were not aware until I complained.    5)  The quote was to thin and shape the cherry trees.   One of the primary reasons I engaged this company was because of the Cherry trees.   They actually did no shaping at all of the trees.   When I asked why not they said they already have a nice shape.   Makes me wonder why they quoted to shape the trees in the first place?
    3)  Summary:  In the end the job looked good but it probably cost about double what it should have.    Based on valude and performance observed during the work I will not choose this company again for any service.    I trusted their guidance on plant choices but based on all the short cuts in the project I am not sure whether their claims are true now either.   I guess I will find out in the next couple of years whether that was true or just more short cuts.   This company gained my business with their sales pitch and upfront service but lost my trust and confidence due to their performance and poor delivery of value to the customer.
I highly recommend not choosing this company for landscaping.

    Aardvark Tree Service
FANTASTIC!  They were very professional, timely, competent, friendly, and did a painstaking job of making sure everything was done just right! The 10 foot high shrubs were horribly overgrown and I thought might not even make it.  And they trimmed them so amazing!  They look terrific!  They also trimmed up an ornamental pine tree that had lots of dead wood in it and was near some power lines.  It now looks wonderful!  They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away so our backyard looks great!  The price was reasonable for the work they did, they did incredible work and they were professional and pleasant.  These folks do a wonderful, exceptional job, they know their business, they're friendly to work with and we wouldn't use anyone else!  In a day and age where it's sometimes hard to find people who do a great job at an affordable price, I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

    Sam's Lawn & Tree Landscaping
Enoch came and gave me an initial estimate
    (1) Cut down lilacs and cut small stump  $325.
    (2) Cleanup beds and put in weed fabric and 3.5 yards river rock $1158
    (3) Remove 2 large arbs back yard $250
Total 1733.00  or $1833.77 after tax
They came one afternoon when they were in the area doing a large tree job so they had a big group.  All the guys were really nice.  They got right to work and did items (1) and (3).  Since there were so many of them it didn't take long.  They were done in about 40 minutes and everything was cleaned up nicely.  I was really pleased.
The next monday, they came and did my beds.  Everything looks really nice and even my husband couldn't find one thing wrong with it.
I was very happy with the work, very professional and felt that it was well worth the money. I am sure that I will be using them again.

    Treescapes Inc

It was great. The crew knew what they were doing. Quick, friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves so very hard to tell they were even there. When giving the estimate the owner added his knowledge as to how the tree should be trimmed.

This is not the first time we have used them, and each time I count on his [their] expertise as to what should be done...for a great job and at a fair price
