    The repair went very well. The problem turned out to be a broken fan blade and damaged fan motor in the outside unit. The technician found replacement parts for both, left to get them, and returned to install them in about a hour. He also checked the refrigerant to make sure it was OK, which it was. The total labor time was two hours. The heat pump has been working flawlessly since and our house is quite comfortable.

    Terrible customer service. I called to inquire about services offered and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I really don't recall ever being spoken to so disrespectfully. I will never hire this company and will not recommend their hire to anyone else.

    He arrived on time and began work. Everything was done well with the exception of one piece. The condensate line needed to be fixed so it didn't angle down prior to exiting the house. He suggested the only idea he could figure out and we agreed to try it. The inspector came out and said that fix wouldn't work. The inspector asked why the plumber didn't just run the line via the joist space. My husband ultimately went under the house, took out what the plumber had done, ran a single length of pipe to the connection, and when the inspector returned, he signed everything off. Wish the plumber had done that because it took a lot less time and was successful.

    Frankly, I wouldn't use them again only because of a small issue, and since there are so many other good people out there. I just hate to say no because I know it'll hurt them, so I'm going to say yes. I was very impressed with them except for one or two little aspects, and since there are so many people that are good out there, that's the only reason I wouldn't likely consider them, but I'll say yes. If I can't get anybody else out, I'd sure call them.

    Last year Trademark Mechanical installed a new central air conditioner. Last week it failed. We called them and were told that the compressor was under warranty and would be installed in two days. The next day they informed us that the compressor would be free but that labor would be about $600.00 since it had been 15 months, three months past the warranty's end for labor. They said the compressor would be in by the middle of the following week, which is tomorrow. Today we called and were told they didn't know where the compressor was. Later in the day they informed us that it was a week out, and they will try to schedule it for next Wednesday or possibly Friday. This is during the hottest part of the year with temperatures predicted past 100 and small children in the house. It is hard to understand how in this age of being able to trace packages from beginning to end they could not know where something this important is. It is also hard to understand why we had to call them instead of their keeping us informed, especially during such dangerous weather. Their initial assessment of two days has so far turned into at least two weeks with no guarantee of that being the end of it.

    Bill came out and got all he needed for the estimate. 5 business days go by no email. Call leave a message and the machine cuts me off but got all the pertinent stuff in; no call back. Call the next day she said "oh I told Bill to call you I will tell him again" It's now 7:50 pm no call or email from Bill. No business for them.

    From the start Bob the owner seemed very professional. Not by any means is the owner or his installers professionals. Both heads installed uneven and in the middle of the wall. His remedy was to take them off add about a hundred little holes all over my walls. Put cigarettes out on my outdoor patio carpet and on the top of the outdoor compressor. He came back 3 different times demanded payment for some real faulty installation. I paid him with him promising to come fix the unit. And he has no intention fixing it properly. I'm stuck with a messed up brand new system. Scratches all over it and on the inside the unit is so bent and un even that I can't even fix it myself. He said he's never had someone complain so much about an ac install. Well my condo is in elite condition and now I feel like I got slapped in the face after I paid 8 grand for a professional install. I'm left in the dark knowing this guy will not fix it the right way. If I could post pictures you would be blown away. I will be contacting mitsubishi about this to let them know this company is damaging their units as well. He says it came from mitsubishis factory damaged and scratched. Not even a chance. It was brand new. Super unprofessional. The aluminum fins were bent and folded over in several locations. Which I didn't even see until after the last conversation with Bob. If anybody has any questions. Gladly call me 5092161115. Hope no one else gets stuck in this predicament.

    The technician told me the unit was very old, the solenoid was not working and it would not be possible to get a replacement part. The cost of a new humidifier would be $700. I agreed because I had had good service from RDI in the past. That night I became uneasy about the cost and the fact that a new humidifier unit sold for around $250 at local hardware stores. I called another heating company for a second opinion. I found out that old unit did not have to be replaced, the solenoid could be placed for a cost of $200! I do not know if RDI service technicians work on a commission when they are sent on service calls, but I do know that I will not be using RDI in the future.
