  • We started with a finishing up a botched job, by another contractor that we fired, of adding a bathroom to a laundry room in the basement. Simon's crew did such a professional job that we decided to get all of the changes to our house that we had planned for the future. This included a new open concept kitchen, new pantry, new beautiful stair treads and banister, new 12' X 20' deck off our living room/sun room, refinishing and updating the gas fireplace, combining two small bedrooms and a small master bath into a large master bedroom and larger updated bathroom and refinishing all of the oak floors.. The masterpiece though was the sunroom that was 11" down from the kitchen on concrete and cold as heck during the winter with old leaky windows. His master craftsman, James, created a work of art with that room. Fully insulated, new windows, beautiful cedar work on walls and windows. Simon and his crew were fair and accurate in their pricing. They worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. They were always there when they said they would be. Their work is so good we want them to build a small office in our back yard for business. We'll let you know how that goes. We recommend Simon's company for anyone who wants a quality job of renovation done. I could not put the price in the next field successfully so I will include it here. The entire cost of the project was $130,000.00. Later we will add pictures to this review.

  • Jeff and his crew didn't amazing job. They got here early clean up after themselves and got the job done when they said they would. Jeff was also a huge help in designing and picking out the specifics of the job. He was careful not to let his own tastes overrule what we wanted.

  • The employees were very professional, on time and did great work! I had quite a few jobs done by them as you can see and would have them do any future work I may have! I highly recommend American Asset Management for anyone needing professional work done on their home or business!

  • Excellent. Steven and his crew were courteous, professional, and did excellent work. I accidentally overpaid him and he immediately let me know and refunded the overpayment. I'm already planning my next project and definitely plan on hiring him again. Highly recommended!

  •  The salesman came and brought out samples of what I had described on the phone.  He was very helpful with ideas and wanted us to get what we would be happy with.  Our appointment was made for 8:30 Oct. 20,2015.  They were right on time.  Did a thorough job of cleaning up everything and finished the job two hours sooner than planned.  Moved heavier furniture back for us too!  We would recommend Keystone Carpets.

  • We couldn't be happier with his work.  The stretched carpet looks great, even though it is old.  The really impressive workmanship showed on the patched spot (about a 7 inch circle).  He used carpet from an extra piece and you can't even see the spot anymore.  The price was amazing.  We would definitely call Keystone Carpets again for any of our carpet needs.

  • Went with Steve because his price was very fair and after meeting him knew he was a pro. I was right. We left town during the drying process and came back to find out that neighbors left footprints on the finish. With no questions and smileys they came right back the following morning and you can't see the prints today. Friendly service and great job.

  • Our experience with Inland Pacific Flooring was very positive. Daryl was very easy to work with, happy to provide answers, and unlike most carpet places, didn't try to talk us into a more expensive product. We compared Home Depot, Carpet Barn, and others, and once we added up the cost for carpet, pad, and installation, Inland Pacific could not be beat. Plus, it is a local family owned business.
We opted to save money by removing our old carpet and pad ourselves. It was a job, especially where the floor is concrete (glue-ugh), and in retrospect it may have been worth the extra cost to pay for removal. That said, Daryl gave us some tips that were helpful and appreciated.
The carpet installer arrived a little after 10 AM, which was a little later than expected (hence the B for punctuality), but he was done and out between 5 and 5:30 PM. He did a very good job. No problems found, and he even reworked a sliding closet door track that he didn't have to. He also offered to haul away an old remnant leftover we had in the basement.
I can easily recommend this carpet vendor. When comparing price, be sure to factor in all costs--especially pad. The next time we need flooring, Inland Pacific will be our first and probably only stop.

  • Whether I call or go in to purchase materials, the staff and support I receive is great.  I get wonderful help picking out materials that fit my budget, expert help on colors, flow and overall scheme.  The materials get ordered, I receive an email with my invoice and a estimated time of arrival.  I can either go pick up the materials myself, or have the expert Pro Source delivery driver Doug pick them up and deliver them to my job site.  Thank you to all of the staff at Pro Source of Spokane!

  • My husband and I decided it was time for new floors over the entire upper level of our house (about 1,000 square feet of hardwood, laminate or luxury vinyl. Not exactly cheap stuff).  We knew it would be in the range of $10,000.  We visited Great Floors on Indiana a few weeks before on an investigative shopping adventure.  The saleman on the floor did not approach us, and when someone else finally asked if we had been helped, the saleman that came was indifferent and almost rude.  I did not want to use Great Floors after that day, but my husband insisted on getting one more estimate.  On Friday November 14, 2014, we had out what I thought to be measuring and a sales pitch for the estimate.  The only one to show up was the installer (no sales person), who measured all the rooms and was pleasant and very accommodating with my myriad of questions - "Let the salesman know we want this....", "Can you install baseboards too?"  That kind of thing.  He drew pictures of the rooms and laser measured.  He then told me that we would receive a bid the next week some time.  Today is December 3 (19 days later) and we still do not have an estimate from Great Floors.  I am sure glad we requested an estimate because now I know that if I wanted the floors installed before Christmas I could expect the work to be done on Valentines day.  I did not want give Great Floors an F in the individual categories because of the man that came and measured.  But the sales people at Great Floors get a well deserved F.  We had 3 other flooring companies come give us estimates, and they all had an installer AND a sales person come to our house.  They were all friendly and excited to install beautiful floors for us.  If Great Floors doesn't  want to make a $10,000 sale, I can take my business some where else, and we have hired what I think will be an excellent flooring company that I hope to review with all A's!
