    Heinemann Construction LLC
The workers showed up on time and stayed for eight hours, they made sure that they did what we wanted done, also had us check there work, you could not have asked for better honest people to work in your house, this company went above and beyond what we wanted done, this was 1st time ever using a contractor and would do again, if we have time and money for kitchen and bathrooms remodeled some day

David was immediately contacted to be the general for our repairs, we knew from the moment the storm started and the news showed how bad it was getting that a GOOD contractor would be impossible to find for many, many months. Initial insurance estimate was substantially less than we expected, however then our insurance company called in a structural engineer from out of town. That took us to nearly Christmas getting that inspection done and the write up (a large tree hit the house causing damage). We did find out that more of our rafter structure was severely damaged from that inspection. The third set of estimates came from David when the house could actually be inspected with no snow on the roof. Since David's estimate was more than the first couple of insurance adjustments, a third agent was dispatched out to inspect the house with David showing him the work he wanted to do and what was needed vs what the initial agents estimated. The insurance agent complimented me on a great and fair contractor and quickly accepted the full amount of the bid with no quibbling. He told us how "lucky" we were to even have a contractor as all of their recommended list had long ago stopped even taking work. As an aside one of my neighbors was still waiting for a recommend by the insurance contractor to do more than get his contract signed and disappear for literally a year! We had to wait until May to get started, needed long enough with good weather for the entire roof to be cut off the house, rafters and all. My only quibble with the job David did comes then, I would have requested drop clothes be put under the house when the roof was cut off. We worked with David to make improvements to the house that we paid for over the top of the insurance repairs which really dramatically improved the house for us, changed the look substantially, and have greatly increased our satisfaction with coming home to our NEW home. We were able to remain in the home the entire time David was working on the massive repair, we had to give up the living room and dining room for many weeks so we would not be tracking construction into our living space, but as soon as was possible David got that finished up so we could again live in the full space of the home. We completed final inspections in July 2016, while most of the homes around us had not even got simple shingles replaced, we had a major renovation done on time and on budget. I felt completely safe not being home while David and his workers were on site, felt my family was completely safe. Next time we do remodeling work, David will be doing the work.

They did a great job overall and will use them again in the future. They arrived every day on time and worked very hard all day long. They communicated very well and always supplied exactly what they needed from me and when. The did quality work and I was proud to show off what they had done in our house. All of the changes they made blend well with existing construction so it doesn't look like "existing" and "new". To top it all off, they were super friendly and nice people to see every day while they were here.

    Above All Contracting
Steven and his guys were efficient and prompt. Totally re-did tub enclosure with new tub, ceramic tile and fixtures. The enclosure had a window on one wall, and Steven framed the window with the tile beautifully. They removed (from the house) the old stuff as they tore it out. Looks great. Would certainly recommend them. And finished according to schedule.

It went extremely well.  Jeff kept us very well informed as to any changes in scheduling and was patient with us as we "second guessed" ourselves on the color of the stain.  He was the first to state that he didn't think the first shade was what we wanted and replaced it with the shade that matched our shutters.  We were going to do all the repair/painting on the deck railing ourselves but will be contacting Jeff to get an estimate as to what it would cost for Heinemann Construction to do it for us.  We feel they work efficiently, do what they say they will do and can do a much better job than we can.

    Elite Construction & Remodeling
Elite Construction was highly recommended to me by a friend, so I knew it was a good company and didn't expect any major problems to begin with. But now after the project is finished, I can say they exceeded ALL my expectations!
Always considerate, friendly and accommodating, which meant a great deal to me. They showed up when they said they would, and if anything came up Sergey would call and explain the circumstances. All the employees and subcontractors were very knowledgeable and competent, performing the highest quality work.
Sergey would always think ahead and plan the work in a way that was most efficient, so there was no idle time, but the house was never overcrowded with workers getting in each other's way. I changed my mind couple times about few things, and they were very patient with me.
After working with Elite for about two months, I can't think of anything about this company that I would be dissatisfied with!
I'm very impressed with their work ethics as well as quality of the work, and would highly recommend them to any homeowner considering any kind of remodeling project!
And of course, I will definitely hire them again!

You Don't Know Jack...of all Trades
Ryan had been referred to us by friends who had hired him to finish a basement bedroom and bath for them.  Part of the work was adding custom shelving, and we liked the work that we saw, so we call him for estimate. Ryan came out the day after we called, walked through with us what we wanted to do (built-it  cabinets/bookshelves surrounding a brick fireplace, which we were also going to have him tile and build a mantle for). He was great, took lots of notes, asked many questions, made some good suggestions, and seems eager to work on the project. He finished the visit and told us he would email an estimate later that night or the next morning... and we never heard back.  We called and left messages and emailed, and after a week, gave up. Unfortunately, as we thought he work looked good, but wholly unprofessional not to answer or follow up. At the very least, if he was busy, he should have mentioned it, or declined the job up front.

    CAPSTONE CONSTRUCTION CO INC
They are excellent. I've used them 3 times over the years and every time they have been very good. Every time it has been good service. They offer 24 hour emergency service. They definitely get 5 stars in my book. I would use them anytime. They did the work posty toasty and everybody was really nice. They did the work very reasonably. I would absolutely use them again.

    Action Construction LLC
Terry did an amazing job. He remodeled the exterior of one of my Taco Times in downtown Spokane. He drew up the plans and performed all the work. He was very helpful in the design and answered all our questions. It was a wonderful experience working with Action Construction.
