    Wild Bee Company
Keith was fantastic. Last August I noticed a great deal of bee-like activity near my roof line on the 2nd story of the house. I thought that they were bees so I contacted Keith. He stated that he was booked solid and couldn't come out for a few days but he was able to give me some great information and tips over the phone. In the interim, I discovered that the "bees" had actually made a hive inside the house just above the sheet rock ceiling of our guest room. They had literally eaten away the sheet rock (to make more room for their hive) from the inside and it was now only a layer of paint and a layer of paper separating the nest from entering the room. Keith instructed me to get a piece of cardboard, cover it with aluminum foil and tape it up in that area of the ceiling very carefully which I did. By this time it we were pretty certain that it was yellow jackets and not bees that had infiltrated the house through a small opening between the trim on the outside of the house. At night you could actually hear them moving around just above the ceiling. Very creepy and unsettling to say the least! The day Keith showed up he immediately confirmed that they were yellow jackets and went to work to remove them from our house. He was very efficient and thorough. He showed me the remains of the hive which was quite substantial. Keith gave us a lot of great information about how to keep this from happening in the future and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He was very personable and fantastic to deal with. I hope we NEVER have an issue like this again but if we do, Keith is the FIRST person I'm getting in touch with. I can't recommend him enough.

The owner came out and did a thorough inspection, put out bait and came back in a week to check again. He pointed out some areas where rodents might get under the house and carried out the repairs. It looks like all is well at this point. We are on a bimonthly contract, and because we live in a rural area, this is a good protection.

    Edge Pest Control
Everything went fine. The technicians are very friendly and professional. They removed the wasp nests. They treated the inside and outside of the home with a pet-friendly insect spray. They also set up some "black boxes" in the garage and by the fence to deter rodents.

    Clean Crawls
They did a great job. Showed up on time, actually a few minutes early. They brought a team of 3 guys who went right at it. It was pretty nasty under there as this was the original insulation and sheeting for a 30+ year old house and at some point there was a pest problem. They did the work on a Saturday. Started at 9am, and were out of here by 3. It looks great under there now, they did a superb job of cleaning. As I mentioned above, this is part 1 of 2. Once our plumber gets done, and the HVAC crew finishes, Clean Crawls will come back and install all new R30 insulation. I will submit a second review when that job happens.

Scott showed up right on time. He knew exactly what to do. He baited the ants and we watched as they carried the bait back to their nest. He left me with some extra bait to make sure we got them all. He was very professional and courteous. It appears the ants are gone. I was very pleased with the service performed.

    Classic Insulation & Pest Control
Happy with the results so far. The initial visit was around $300, with about $500 worth of sealing modifications. Follow on bait boxes and inspections will run about $550 per year, but if it keeps the rats from eating up the the appliances, then it will be worth it.

    Pratt Pest Management
I spoke with three of their team members and each of them were very compassionate about the state of panic I was in about all of the bugs, and were incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. The first thing they did was ask me about what I was seeing, and after spending 30-45 minutes on the phone with me, one of their experienced staff members, Andrea, offered to have a technician come out the next day for an inspection if it would ease my mind. She set up the appointment, and Alex came the next day (early to his appointment time!) and proceeded to check every area I was afraid of in my house. As he was doing so, he continued to answer my (many) questions about bed bugs and also the flea problem I was having, and even a rat problem we thought was starting in the crawl space under our house (it's been a really rough few weeks). He recommended a lot of products we could buy online so that we could address the fleas and the rats on our own, and even the bed bugs if we did have them. After about 45 minutes, he had searched through everything and answered all of our questions, and we asked how much it would cost for the visit (Andrea mentioned it was a flat fee of $150 regardless of how much searching he had to do) -- he said since he didn't find any evidence of bed bugs (thank god!!) that the visit was just informational and entirely free! I was in complete shock, and am so incredibly thankful for the entire Pratt Team. They were all extremely knowledgeable, and their customer service was completely above and beyond. I will definitely be giving them a call if I have any further concerns about pests in my house, and recommend them highly!

    Cascade Pest Control
They called ahead and arranged to arrive early, which was fine. They announced that they would not remove the nest, only spray for it. They sprayed, we paid, they left. There was no follow-up from anyone at Cascade to see if we were satisfied with the service or if there were any other things we needed. Although I have not seen evidence of the wasps since, it is a bit troubling to think that the nest is still there. As a point of comparison, we had called another company a couple of years ago for a similar situation. They sprayed once, then came back to remove the nest. The wasps in the nest were still very much alive, so they sprayed again then came back a third time to remove the nest. All for about the same fee as Cascade's "one and done" service. In addition to the specific issue we had, one of the things I was interested in was an overall inspection for pest issues and possibly getting signed up for a maintenance program. My experience with extermination companies is that this sort of upselling is a big part of their business so I was a bit surprised that the employee who came out seemed uninterested in engaging in this discussion. I do not know if the last-minute rescheduling that got him to our property early left him no time for further discussions but it seemed to me that they were generally uninterested in any follow-on business. Bottom line, if you're looking for a company that will show up on time, do the job you asked about, and then disappear forever without any high-pressure selling, Cascade might be your company. This form requires a "yes/no" answer on the question of "would you hire again." I'm a decided "maybe" on that question. They wouldn't necessarily be my first choice, but neither are they off the list.

Robin came out to estimate this project. I liked his demeanor. He was veryknowledgeable
and had a sincere desire to help me decide what I needed. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. He spent over an hour with me. Jack, Juan, and Tim (Crew 18) came to do this work. They were very professonial, hard working, get the job done. They were very careful not to damage wires, phone lines ,ethernet cables etc. that was in the crawl space. I am very pleased with the work this crew did and want them to come out again to do future work. Thanks guys

    Stop Bugging Me Pest Control
We booked the deal, which was go an kill a bees nest for $99.00.  Normally, that's the kind of stuff I would do myself.  However, in this case, the wasp nest was right in the ventilation holes of the fascia on top of our 2nd story.  I tried getting up there myself but they saw me coming, and I really prefer for me neck to be Unbroken.  So we hired a professional.  They came out promptly, and did the job as requested.  We were told if we still see them in 10 - 14 days, call back and schedule a follow up.  Well they did, and rather than book us out for like a week or two (since they were booked solid), they said they'd be right out that day and they would pull someone off another job.  They came out and resprayed, and the job was done!
