  • It was the first time I've ever been in. They were great. He scared the crap out of me but they were great. When he was looking at the x-ray, he goes, "Oh, that's not good, " then all of a sudden, he realized what he said and he told me it was just a bronchitis and there are no spots in my lungs. He was great. I got in right away. It's a great place. I'd go back there in a heartbeat.

  • My boyfriend and I arrived after being told by our doctor at the walk in clinic that since he was receiving worker's compensation because his concussion occurred in the workplace, that we could pick up his Ibuprofen and Nausea medication that day and it would be free because it would be charged to his claim number. At the pharmacy however, Kimberly, the woman who was working at the time seemed entirely confused and disoriented by the entire process, she did not know what was going on, and had no idea what to do. Her extremely thick accent and limited English made this process even more confusing because she was not understanding us or what we were trying to say, and we were not understanding her. She told us in no uncertain terms that she couldn't get his prescriptions filled and we needed to go somewhere else, after briefly looking at his l&I paperwork for about one minute. It was quite obvious that she simply didn't want to deal with it and didn't want to help us, but my boyfriend could hardly stand up straight because his head was in so much pain, and he felt like he was going to vomit because of his nausea so we did not have the time to go drive around looking for another pharmacy, and that was where the doctor sent his prescription, so we didn't have a choice. Her attitude was so awful that we actually couldn't believe she had a job at all, I have never been treated so poorly by a professional anywhere before, and we kept having to prompt her to call her manager and ask what he could do, call L&I, call the walk in clinic, etc. Which are all things she should have done on her own before trying to send us away with no medication. She told us she could do nothing and that we would have to wait two weeks for his prescriptions, but after she finally called her manager, he said that it was indeed okay to fill our prescription for Ibuprofen, and after nearly 20 minutes of arguing with the most incompetent employee I have ever encountered, we were told that he could not get his nausea medication. Again, we asked if this was because she didn't want to go through the process of seeing if it would bill, or if it really was because L&I would not allow us to have it. She disappeared for nearly 30 minutes on her computer, and I was checking my phone as this was going on in order to see how long it had been, and there were now five people behind us in line and someone had to be called back to the pharmacy to help her. The lady who came to help asked my boyfriend and I what was going on and we explained the situation and told her we had already been waiting more than 45 minutes to figure out what was going on with his prescription and get a conclusive answer as to whether not we could pick it up, and she again disappeared into the back to talk to the pharmacist. We could hear them talking, and both my boyfriend and I, and the woman behind us in line heard the pharmacist clearly say that my boyfriend and I needed to "shut our f****** mouths" when the lady asked her what was taking so long and asked why we had been waiting 45 minutes. In disbelief, we looked right back at her, and at this point she knew we had heard her. It was becoming obvious that she was taking as long as she could possibly could in hopes that we would just get frustrated and go away so she wouldn't have to deal with our prescription, but we had already wasted enough time, and we were not going to leave empty handed. Finally, after another 20 minutes had gone by, she came back to the counter with an even worse attitude and told us we could not get the prescription for his nausea medication today unless we paid $106.00 and didn't bother to explain anything to us. She said we could come back the following day when the manager would be there to get it filled, and told us she would advance us three tablets. We said thank you and left. Horrified by our experience, my boyfriend and I left as quickly as possible to get him home, since she had now just made us stand around for an hour even after we told her that my boyfriend had a head injury and I needed to get him home. The next day we called the pharmacy and I explained to the manager everything that had happened and he too was horrified, especially since we had been so polite to her upon first coming to the counter- and with no explanation she simply told us to take our prescriptions somewhere else. He told us that it was all being sorted out and that we could come in and he would get the prescription filled for us. The day after, I stopped by the pharmacy on my way home from work to pick up my boyfriend's prescription, only to be told that it could not be filled. The two women who were both very sweet explained to me that the specific nausea medication he had been prescribed would only be billed through L&I if he were getting head surgery and that we should call the walk in clinic and have something else prescribed. I thanked them, and told them that if that had been explained in the first place, none of the confusion would have happened, and we could have called the walk in clinic on the spot and had something else prescribed the first day we had come in. I had actually suggested this to the first pharmacist we originally saw and she told me that calling the walk in clinic would do nothing and that the issue had nothing to do with them, but in fact, she was entirely wrong. The two pharmacists then regretfully informed me that we needed to pay for the three tablets that she had advanced us, and I was totally taken aback because the original pharmacist had simply given us the three tablets and told us we could pick up the rest the next day and it would be billed through L&I. Had she told us that we needed to pay out of pocket for the three tablets, we wouldn't have taken them, because we could have paid for a full new prescription for the price of those three tablets. Considering that the bottle costs $106.00 and there are only 12 tablets in a bottle, that would make it nearly $20-30 we needed to pay out of pocket, and after the experience we had and considering that a mistake was made by an employee, we should not have had to pay that amount. Don't go to this pharmacy, they are unhelpful and incompetent. They do not do their best to help the customer, and I will definitely not be returning.

  • Appointments went well up throughout the pregnancy although the billing was a bit confusing and not well explained. The nurses are super busy so attention to detail wasn't top notch. When it came to the day of her birth, one of the nurses prepping her before and after the c-section was super cranky and rude. It kind of put a damper to our exciting experience. Then, we had random people coming into our room at all hours and ended up getting tons of bills for them, although some of them were only in our room for 2m inutes and did not disclose that it was something to be billed for. We are switching to evergreen.

  • I looked for a doctor for a long time before finding Murphy. She is personal, friendly, and listens to me. I really enjoy seeing her, and I can get easy appointments with her. The staff is fine.
