    RAY'S HAULING
Ray answered the phone on my first call, gathered my information and offered to come out the next day! Who doesn't want their junk cleaned out ASAP! Ray gave me an estimate time frame of 9:30 to 10:00. He called the next day at 9:10 and said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was! Ray and Kyle went to work right away, clearing everything away and even sweeping in less than 30 minutes. Cost was very reasonable! I will definitely hire him again. I would absolutely recommend him for any junk hauling, yard waste, garbage removal, etc.

    RAY'S HAULING
Ray answered the phone when I called and he was extremely polite and professional. His son came over to give me a quote which I thought was reasonable for the job and very competitive with my 2 other bids. Ray's son came early to the appointed time and finished the job within an hour. I asked to add more items not initially included in the bid and they obliged without any issues. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the job and would definitely hire Ray's again.

    RAY'S HAULING
I had Ray out twice this winter/spring. In one case he took a large load to the dump; in the second, he took most to be donated. Ray and his son (and occasional other helpers) are always very fast, efficient, honest and pleasant. I had (have since moved) 31 steps into the house, so a long, hard haul. And, Ray had been there a few years before, clearing a large shed. (Many of the workers I hire didn't care for the steps and were not willing to return). I would hire him again without reservation.

    Cleaning Points LLC
I have been a 3RD generation general contractor for over 40 years now and have seen plenty. With that said Lyli with Cleaning Points was the utmost absolute significant game changer on one of my largest remodeling projects completed to date. I retained her services to clean out a hoarder home project I purchased in Shoreline WA and OMG, EVERY ONE of my subcontractors that I have used for over 30 years commented on her down to business approach on being part of the team as my project unfolded. My project involved the removal of 40 years of stuff the prior owner could not part with while living at this site which was stacked to the ceiling throughout the home. Debris within the home and garage filled (4), 40-yard debris containers. Debris needed to be removed from the home by hand and placed in front of the detached 2 car garage that would also be demolished and hauled away. Once the debris was removed from within the home, the basement area revealed that it had ongoing water flooding issues that required a whole new scope of services needed by Lili and her team. Now the complete basement needed to be striped down to the concrete foundation walls and slab flooring exposing such so that waterproof products could be applied before reconstruction of walls and the like could resume. Lili teamed up with others to remove carpet, sheet-rock, 2 X 4 framing including all wiring, plumbing, doors and trim throughout. A 150K lip stick on a pig flip turned into a 500K high end remodeling project. Lilis approach to push forward making progress revealed that her efforts and enthusiasm inspired others on the team to try and keep up with her pace. This was truly fun to watch as someone writing the checks as other and younger guys tried to outdo her, ha, ha, ha. I should have videotaped one bedroom upstairs the 3 guys tried to show off their ability to strip walls removing sheet-rock within one room faster than Lyli. Amazing what was completed within 15 minutes, WOW!!! At the same time the inside of the home was being stripped down, outside I had a large utility company installing new underground water, power, sewer, gas and drainage improvements and not only did the owner of Seattle Pipe Works pull me to the side and ask, where did I find Lily, but everyone on his crew commented on her non-stop drive to complete the task of demolition. Long story short I was not the only one influenced, impacted and impressed by Lilis work ethic vital to my company needing to function at its peak to achieve the new goals and task at hand. Such set of moral principals DID affect productivity and the bottom line at this project and the word thanks doesnt even come close to what was realized. If you are someone needing services by Cleaning Points which has expanded well outside just demolition services, contact Lili direct. I also used her to apply some of the waterproof products at this site. I never placed limitations on Lili's abilities. Your project will grow legs and march forward under Lilis guidance and direction. She is a thinker and cares about the service she provides. In one of the pictures I shared shows a fish tank with over 300 fish that the prior owner left onsite prior to transfer of ownership. Lili took the time to find a home for those fish, Again, Lili is MUCH more than a team player!! Call Her, you will learn what I have and experience construction services at a whole different level!

    RAY'S HAULING
I struggled with this concrete from old fence post foundations for a few months. Moving it from the old fence post site, breaking it up, disposed of 350 pounds, then it gave me a hernia. I called Ray's Hauling, he arrived on time, maybe a few minutes early, easily negotiated a fair and low price, was able to recycle the concrete, and my problem (the concrete not the hernia) was gone in 20 minutes. I will definitely call Ray Foley again at 425-844-2509 when I need something removed.

    RAY'S HAULING
Ray was personable, timely and quick. Everything went fine. The price was a bit higher than I expected (based on wt of what to be removed) but probably only since I've never used this kind of service before. Would certainly use Ray for the next job. UPDATE: Just received a nice note from Ray with a check for some of my costs back because the dump fees ended up being less than he had anticipated. Now thats what I call a class act! Thx, Ray!

    RAY'S HAULING
Overall, it was a very professional, worry-free, and fast experience. Ray was was punctual and called 30 minutes before arriving to ensure that he was at the right place. Three highlights from hiring Ray for this job. 1. Ray is transparent; his price-quoting process is very detailed. First, he surveys the garbage that must be hauled and comes up with an initial price. Second, his partner does his own estimation. Third, they meet and compare notes and pricing to make sure it is competitive. Finally, Ray met with me and showed me the total cost breakdown, detailing the truck fee, dump fee, and labor. Initially, Ray quoted me $990 because of the large amount of trash. But then he advised me and said that some of the stuff was donatable, and that if I arranged for donations, I could save a lot of money. His partner said the same thing. I thought it was a good idea, so I asked for a quote for only stuff that would go to the dump. They came up with $525. More than just haulers, they gave good advice on how best (and cheaply) get rid of my stuff. 2. Ray is super customer-focused. Ray did the job on a Sunday morning with just two days notice. When I called and asked what date and time would be best, Ray said that he accommodates and works around his customer's schedule. Moreover, when he arrived on site, he made sure that he was taking the right stuff to the dump and kept asking me to confirm that he had taken everything that had to go to the dump. 3. Ray is fast. He came promptly at 9am. His price estimating process took 20 minutes. Then they started hauling jump from the backyard up to the dump truck (my house is built on a hill and so everything had to be hauled up on an incline). The actual loading of junk started at 9:23 am and ended at 10:08 am. They were out of here in just a little over an hour. Overall, Ray and his crew of 3 were professionals and went above and beyond by giving hauling advice. Before and after pictures are included. Most importantly, Ray is transparent and has a high standard of customer service . Bottom line, he does good, honest work.

    IRC Kitchen & Bath
This is our second remodeling project using IRC Tile. The first project was a complete remodel of a hall bath. IRC just completed remodeling our master bath and laundry room. We are extremely pleased with the work performed by David and his crew. The quality of the work is outstanding. All of his crew are easy to work with, helpful with design suggestions and very responsive to requests. They did an excellent job of installing the cabinets, counter top, tiles and plumbing fixtures. Everything was done exactly as agreed and the finished product looks great. David is professional, accommodating and easy to work with. He even sent his crew twice after the contract was finished to install cabinet hardware which was not included in the original contract.

    A & J Retaining Walls Co
The people at A J Retaining Wall company were a delight to work with. They handled the whole project professionally from start to finish, including calling utilities to have gas, water, electric and sewer lines marked, the brick was dropped off in an out of the way place just a day or two ahead of the project start date, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up and hauled away the extra dirt and asphalt that had been dug up to allow for installation. The paving is absolutely beautiful! Very solid and level, and even better than we could of imagined. The price was very competitive and entire crew was delightful to have around. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

    RAY'S HAULING
Ray and his team are my favorite contractors to call. He always responds, comes within 24 hours, is professional, kind, and thorough. His prices are great, and he has all the supplies - he came prepared for yard waste with a chain saw just in case, and has all sorts of equipment if it is required. I've used him multiple times and will continue to do so. Couldn't recommend him enough.
