I bought my Thermador appliances from Albert Lee three years ago. I need repair on my oven so I came to Angie's List and found them there. I called and was told they no longer do appliance repair.

We came in to purchase a new frig Whirlpool because ours had just broken down after 12 years, and repair man advised to replace vs. repair. We went to different appliance stores with our priority being the model we wanted, and being able to deliver asap, Sat., 1/10/14 or before. Currently we are without a frig. The salesman, James Adams, in the Bellevue store, assured us that it would be delivered to us on Sat. We asked that he make the calls necessary to assure us that that would be the case. He did. Meanwhile, we had gone to a few other stores to check on prices and time of delivery, and called Mr. Adams from one of the stores to confirm sales price and time of delivery. At that time, Jack went back to Mr. Adams' store in Bellevue, and asked again if this would be for sure delivered on Sat., 1/10/14, to which he affirmed that yes, it would be. Mr. Adams then took cash and check for the full payment of the frig, nearly $3,000. The following day, 1/7/14, we received an automated message that our frigerator would be delivered on 1/23/14, nearly 3 weeks from date we purchased. We immediately called the store. Mr. Adams was out of store until Friday, and could not be reached. No manager was in the store. Another sales person came on the line and informed us that no we could not have our cash back even tho we were having the terms of our sales order broken. We placed a call to Mr. Albert Lee in the Seattle store. He was gone for the day. We are leaving our review here, are leaving a report with the Better Business Bureau, and will be contacting our attorney in the morning. Having operated several companies, we cannot say emphatically enough that this is not how one runs a credible business. This is blatant theft and needs to be treated as such. The sales ind. was given several opportunities to let us know that no, he would not be able to get our frig to us on Sat. He did not. He had several opportunities to let us know ...before the sale....that since we were paying cash, and if the frig could not be delivered on Sat., we would not have our cash refunded. That is blatant misrepresentation and theft.
