I want to give a huge Thank you to Koty, Johnny, Ed & Adam S. for working their tails off to move me. These guys worked very hard to pack me up and move me and they had to go up hill with everything and they did a wonderful job and didn't complain at all. Very Friendly, they work well as a team. great guys, thank you! The only reason I didn't give them an A is they were 2 1/2 hrs late but it wasn't their fault and believe me they made up for it.

Sean and Jr moved me from a 3rd floor apt to a 3rd floor apartment. Bought boxes, and they picked them back up after I had unpacked and reinbursed me (serioulsy THE BEST way to go). I had pretty bulky furniture that I wasn't around for when it was assembled. They dis-assembled everything, and re-assembled it in the new apt. Saved me a lot of work, worry, and hassle. They even took apart my patio table when we realized it wouldn't fit through the door, and re-assembled it outside on my patio for me. Took a bit longer than expected so they had another guy come and help finish up. The overall price was higher than originally quoted, but... 4 flights of stairs and re-assembling furniture.... I'd pay it again. Great service, highly recommend!

Excellent. They called to confirm, were right on time and Sean and Jr. did an excellent job in getting everything carefully loaded and unloaded at the new location. Have used this company before and really appreciate their fun and professional attitude. Great price and great service. Lynn S.

We bought a house and were moving out of our apartment. We did not want to move everything ourselves so we decided to hire a moving company. They showed up on time and while going over the paperwork the other 2 got right to work moving everything out. Not a minute wasted. They were very careful of all the fagile boxes and furniture we had. And we have alot of stuff. Very professional, but very friendly. Easy to talk with. They listened to where i wanted things when they unloaded. Wish i could remember their names to recommend them personally.

It turned out great. The workers were very nice, polite, and did an excellent job. They left the furniture clean; it was excellent; it was in the condition that we had before we moved it. They were very responsive and they were on time. I don't think they need to improve on anything.

    Protected Van Lines
I moved from Texas to Washington. I contacted Protected Van Lines and the customer service was excellent. The sales person managed all the necessary procedure in one call.

Good experience with the car company. For the apartment, they contracted Home Safe Moving and Storage, Inc. They did a TERRIBLE job. The pickup day was good. Nevertheless, I waited 35 calendar days/25 business days.  I called more than 10 times and left many voice messages imploring for some answers. On the delivery day, one employee showed up and we waited more than 30mins. for the other employee. The driver argued with a neighbor and was rude to the administrator because they asked him to move the truck that was blocking many parking spaces, although there was no other option. One of the employees broke a sprinkle and left without any intention of telling me or notifying the administrator. I?m still waiting for one suitcase that it was not delivered and I still don?t know what?s going to happen with it.

Thank God for Protected Van Lines who helped me get through this devastating experience with Home Safe Moving and Storage.  I will highly recommend Protected Van Lines since they did a good job but be sure that Home Safe Moving and Storage Inc don?t manage your moving.

I will never recommend them to anybody. Things had to go into storage which hadn't been planned, because the owners broke a water line the day before. I had a balance scale that had fallen off the truck and was no longer usable. Their response was (inaudible 20:41). I did not get enough money to replace it anyways. When my households goods came in, there was a chunk taken out of a coffee table, but my book case was covered in a very fine black silt. I have a leather chair and the left arm was damaged. It caught on something when they were moving, and the side panel was damaged. I will never use them again. Never. It went from their truck to their storage. Everything had to be cleaned, and some of the furniture was very good, and you had to clean the grit off it. One of the chairs was lost. They found it after two days, and they brought it and it was filthy. I had done the packing myself. It got down to it was very little except for the big pieces. I would tell my friend that they don't take care of your possessions. They may not be valuable to them, but they are valuable to the owner. I don't have a comparison for the price, maybe it was okay because included storage for 30 days. Initially they were very forthcoming, they came out here, and inspected everything, they said they would replace the balance scale. There was one man and he went and turned everything upside down, and found my chair. The owner said that I had read my insurance policy and said that getting the new scale was not on our contract although so and so promised to get it. I couldn't deny that. The one guy really tried to help. They were very punctual. I think they were professional, they just took the furniture and they knew how to move it. I didn't see anything getting banged up. I was standing down there when they moved it out and brought it in. I think the people in the warehouse were not professional. Why would my furniture be in a position to have wind blow dirt over it.

Ken Wendland arrived on time to do the estimate & did a thorough job. Mike & Will were great, did an amazing job packing, loading & unloading. They worked well as a team. We had a great move!

Movers did not show up on time.  Repeated calls to Help-U-Move to ask where the movers were only resulted in excuses and more excuses.  Finally sent three men to move a small piano when only TWO were requested.  It took almost 2 hours to move a small piano.  This move should have easily been accomplished in an hour.
Their service was pathetic and their charge was excessive.
A call to their office to question the time and the charges only resulted in a, "YOU HAVE A NICE DAY" response.  Help-U-Move obviously has no interest in customer service or customer satisfaction.
If there is another option to Help-U-Move, I would encourage you to use it.  In my opinion, Help-U-Move was unprofessional, unreliable, and overcharged.

Telephone representative was totally unprofessional.  If a business can't be bother to give an estimate (even when their web site indicates free estimates), they certainly don't need to be handling my personal property.  I will find a more responsive company.
