    Alan, the owner of the business, was a pleasure to work with. After describing what I needed done, he scheduled measuring/estimation and completed that promptly. He brings samples out to you and chooses high quality materials for a reasonable price. He has the brand names that you would typically see in other big chain flooring and window covering stores. I always prefer supporting small local businesses like this one though. I cannot stress enough how amazing the quality of work is and Alan makes sure to pay attention to detail. If something doesn't look right, he will make sure it does. Highly recommended; I will use them again when it's time to upgrade!

    A All-Pro Blind Cleaning & Repair
    Great! After getting new ceilings, painting ceilings and walls, and installing new carpet - the blinds really needed cleaning. They look new! And I love my new blinds which are cordless top-down bottom-up Hunter brand (many styles and colors to choose from). They were expertly measured, created, and installed. I will use this company again in the future without hesitation.

    They were good. They were very professional, he got the work done right away and was very nice. He was very easy, I think that he did a good job. A part of me felt he was kind of  upset because I only got the five blinds, but I think that the work was very good.

    Robert and his team were excellent to work with. Everything from the free consultation to the actual installation was seamless. The blinds we ordered look amazing and are very high quality. Robert went out of his way to make sure we were happy throughout the process, even getting our installation in much sooner than we had expected. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

    What a joy! Met Dave in their Kent showroom and he was very helpful getting me pointed towards the right product for my wants and needs and a basic idea of the overall cost of the project. After scheduling an appointment with Jill, an interior designer and his wife, she showed up on time and with a carload of additional samples and tons of enthusiasm. She definitely and clearly helped me pick out the right style and color of sunscreen for our mid-century modern home and provided a special order cost for the project including motorized sunscreens, removal of existing window coverings and installation of new Hunter Douglas motorized sunscreens. Once the blinds arrived at their showroom they called me with a very timely installation date. Jeff, who has installed for Pugerudes for 17 years, arrived on time and was outgoing and clearly excited about the new motorized designer sunscreens with remote and/or the new PowerView Hub interface with the PowerView App to allow control of Hunter Douglas motorized window coverings from a mobile device. He wasn't shy about making sure that I was perfectly happy with each shade and that I clearly understood how the remote and shades function together. You should have seen how excited he was after we got the router, hub, and the App installed on my mobile device and finished the setup through the App. We both screamed AWESOME at the same moment as a 40 foot wall of shades moved in perfect unity with the new App. I think this was his very first time with the BRAND NEW PowerView Hub and it went down perfectly! Just perfect!!!

    Initial contact was fine. I scheduled an appointment with an advisor. He was late to the appointment, but he did call to let me know that he was running behind. He measured the windows, I looked through his catalog of options and we settled with a style (if not a specific color). He said he would provide an estimate within the next day or two which was fine. A week later, I called as I hadn't heard from him. I was told that he would send an estimate shortly (which never came). I called again... and never heard from them again.

    Update in response:
    I'm not sure who you emailed or called, but I received no calls/voicemails or emails from you (Robert) or anybody else at Northwest Window Coverings. I certainly did not respond to an email saying do not contact me. I couldn't have replied to an email I never received.

    Putting all that aside for a moment, if your version of the events was accurate, what possible reason would I have for writing the review I did? There isn't one, because it makes no sense that I would bother if your version is accurate. I'm not saying you're lying about it all, but whatever mistakes were made were yours, not mine.

    Beautiful job, very well done. Hal was one of two companies who came to give me an estimate. I asked both companies for suggestions and advice, and Hal's advice was not only really helpful, it was oriented to what I needed and asked for. The other company was both hesitant to give any advice and then when they did so, pushed for the most expensive items. Hal listened to what my goals were and didn't push me towards anything in particular. He showed me all the options and professionally discussed pros and cons.
    He measured that day, and sent me the estimate in email within a day or two. The cost was right in the price range I could do. He was also willing to hang up some curtain rods for me which the other company was not. And by that I mean, I was willing to pay for the service and the other company said, we don't do that unless we are doing a full window treatment. I had the drapes, I just needed the rods. Hal put them up for me on the same day he came to replace all my blinds.
    And fast! Boy was he fast. Old ones down, new ones up and I think in my 3 BR, 2 story house it took no more than an hour. The shades were all made to measure, fit beautifully, and work great. I love them and think they look lovely. I have gotten several compliments on them. Several months later, everything still works great and looks good. He does a great job.

    A big thank you to NWC! We have custom Hunter Douglass blinds on our windows and one of the strings broke. We were unable to reach the Hunter Douglass team that installed our blinds, so we used AL to find someone that could help us. We were surprised when we talked to NWC, because they were prepared to come to our home and take our blinds down for us in order to take them to be fixed... at NO COST! We were able to get a quick appointment and the two employees that showed up were prompt, kind, professional, and respectful of our home. 
    When the blinds were fixed, NWC scheduled an appointment with us for reinstall. Cool thing, was they called to see if they could stop by earlier if we wanted. When the blinds were brought back, Koby Morris was working individually. He was early for the appointment and took off his shoes outside our door (this is a huge deal to us because people generally walk straight in, which can become messy since we have hardwood). I went about my business and Koby seeked me out and asked me if I wanted to keep the temporary blinds for drawing paper for my toddler! So sweet and thoughtful! I felt horrible not having a cash tip for Kioby's extraordinary job!

    They sent a consultant to our home to show us our options.  We chose woodlike blinds which they installed with just 1 minor problem a few days later. I called the sales rep and she took care of the issue right away.  They look terrific.  The cost was reasonable.  I would hire them again.

    I told the owner on the phone that my project was a small one and that I was operating on a limited budget. He said "no problem - they did small - large jobs". During the free in-home consultation, I was shown a range of products varying in price. I felt no pressure to make a purchase. I told him that I would call him regarding my decision. he was gracious throughout the consultation.
    The blinds that I ordered were installed right on time on the day they were promised. They fit perfectly and looked great. I asked the installers to dispose of the old blinds and they graciously did so.
    I would use this company again in the future, if I needed window treatment products. I would also recommend this company to my friends.
