    Cascade Spa And Stove Repair
    Not well. The first appointment was a no show. Not even a call after five hours. My father left two messages. Later that evening, he received a call from Scott's office helper, who said Scott ran over on the prior job... The next available slot was three days away, so my father took that appointment. Scott arrived nearly two hours after the scheduled time, and spend nearly two hours trouble-shooting. He did replaced a O-ring, but that didn't solve the problem. Scott said he had to come back with a helper a couple of days from that point as he needed to dig out foam and replace a pipe. Scott and the helper were two hours late for this third appointment. The foam was removed by the helper. When Scott returned, she said another appointment was needed as he realized he needed to jack the tub up to replace the pipe. As mentioned earlier, this is a 27 year old tub with an attached shake roofed gazebo, so jacking it up seemed like it would create more problems than the one we were trying to fix. After hearing this, and that a fourth visit would be required, my father let Scott know not to return. My father received a bill for Scott's services shortly after notifying him of his decision not to return. Ironically, the bill arrived much quicker that Scott ever did, sorry to say.

    Orca Pacific Inc
    My pool was leaking water and I contacted Orca Pacific to fix the problems. They were unable to come out for a week. When they did send someone out it was to only provide a estimate. They couldn't schedule the work after the estimate was provided for some reason. I made repeated attempts to get a date and time for the service call. Each time being told, they would get back to me later which didn't occur.. After my third call to the service Department and no date for service. I contacted someone else.

    Pacific Northwest Pool & Spa Care
    We moved in to a house with a green pool. It was hard to get Pacific Northwest Pool to show up at first, but they eventually got the green out of the pool and made it crystal clear and blue again. They got on a schedule and things were fantastic. Until they weren't. After about a year, I started to notice that the pool didn't look perfectly clean anymore, but only clean-ish. I would have to supplement the cleaning by skimming what they missed minutes after they left. Not something I want to have to do. This is why I have a cleaning service. We noticed when we would contact the owner Brian, he was quite sensitive about questions. We were always trying to word texts in ways that wouldn't upset him. This was challenging. I work from home and the pool is my view. I noticed that the time they spent on the pool had decreased significantly. I also noticed that there were still plenty of bugs and worms at the bottom of the pool and floating at the top. This was disappointing because it seemed like we had a good thing for a long time. We brought it up and Brian said that he prides himself on being speedy. Ok, well, what benefit does the client get? So you're fast; we're not waiting on a cheeseburger. Instead of committing to more time spent on the pool, he facetiously said "thank you for pointing out how quick I am" This is when we kind of knew we were in trouble. The next instance was after the cleaners came and it was pouring down rain. They had trouble seeing the bottom of the pool and therefore; they couldn't vacuum everything and we're starring at the same dead salamander and worms from weeks ago. I completely get that it's tricky to see through a downpour. I asked Brian about this. I wondered why they would clean during a downpour with such a visual disadvantage. Brian pointed out that they don't have a choice other than to work in rain; pretending there isn't a clear distinction between rain and a downpour. It's raining now and I can see the bottom of the pool. I ended up shopping around on Home Advisor to see who else was out there. Well, Home Advisor shared my search with Brian. My husband and I of course, got an emotional text from Brian saying that he has to cancel our contract because he decided ten years ago not to be anywhere he is unwanted. Oh, the drama!

    Excellent service - Wes came out last fall to help us assess next steps regarding a pool leak, and he provided great guidance regarding next steps. When we decided to replace the liner, Wes took care of everything. He kept us very informed throughout the entire process. He ordered the additional items we needed (ladder, pool light bulb) and took care of all the details. The process took only a few weeks and we are thrilled to have a remodeled pool! While the cost might have been a little more than some of his competitors, it was well worth it for the excellent service. Wes is very knowledgable, responsive, and professional. We highly recommend Alpha Omega Pools.

    Aqua Rec's Swimmin' Hole & Fireside
    It went GREAT all the way up until I decided to give the 'go ahead' to get my spa. After that, it all went downhill, and is still no resolved. I shouldn't have to call all the time and beg them to fulfill their obligations to me. That should be their doing, but h***, maybe they have so much business, mine doesn't matter to them. So, as flexible as I try to be, it's been about 2 months to get my full spa totally installed, and I am still waiting on a railing and a new top cover. I am VERY disappointed in the service I have received so far, it's just awful, and I wouldn't send ANYBODY in to deal with these people. that I knew. It's just too much hassle, and I am tired of having to be the one to call all the time and get them to do what they should be doing for me in the first place. I want my hand rail that I paid for and I want the replacement top for the one they delivered to me with a hole in it. Will I get it? I have no idea, but I am letting my Angie's list friends to "BEWARE" doing anything with these guys. Don't expect decent service, and if you have to call in, you will probably p*** somebody off, or told some outlandish tail which, if it's true, it's sad, but business is business. We were promised a railing and replacement hood, and that was over a month ago. My overall experience is a D, and would have been an F if not for the spa being a nice unit, but with spa's, you need more than the physical item, especially if you have never owned a spa before, you need help and their expertise, and that is very lacking in my opinion here.

    I have used this service on a couple of occasion and both times have been pleasantly pleased.  I called and was able to reach the owner immediately and set up the appointment.  They technician came within the time scheduled and very promply installed the new pump.  He did a great job, cleaned up and everything has been working fine since.  The pump and cost of installation was a bit high, but knowing that I don't have to worry about quality of device or installation was worth paying the extra.

    I have a leak in the pool and wanted an expert to see if there was any visible evidence of where it might reside. While the leak was never found, the guy seem to do a thorough inspection, patch a section and pulled up sections of the lining that were dropping. However, the pool is still leaking somewhere. I did appreciate his willingness to answer questions and to take care of the dropping lining.
