Called company and told them our dryer had a loud screeching noise intermittent when drying and it just started looked it up possibly idler pulley or belt they said theyd come out to repair . Tech was on time kind courteous and used shoe covers which I expect he listened for a few seconds said it was the idler pulley and belt he didnt open it or anything said it would be $238.00 (not paid yet) he just used his last ones and hed be back tomorrow. He returned next day quickly opened up the dryer saw the belt was fine needed idler pulley but said our vent was prob clogged bc of lint and also said our heater was going bad. He asked if our dryer was staying hot after the loads I said no it actually works great and is super hot when on high setting but he said it was going bad so he needed to order one and change it. (Our dryer is 3 years old) so he said he would try and come back otherwise hed be back on Mon. He just left dryer open. He never called or came back so I called Mon. to confirm he was coming and the time. He returned put the heater in then tried it and said fuse was blown he would run out to his car and get one. The dryer works fine yes but it did before it cost $433.66. $50 for this fuse he ran out to get from his car $146 for a heater $21 for idler crazy I thought you tell me. I have to rely on his opinion about the heater although we had no signs it was going bad. He told me the heater was pricey but when he said hed run out to his car to get a fuse I didnt realize it was $50 fuse he made no mention at all of the price. The tech is very quick and efficient and taking dryer apart he literally did it in Less than 10 min same to put the pieces in and close it so all this extra days were waiting on parts. Extra pricey

Ian the technician quickly diagnosed the problem. It needed a total rebuild; made sure I got the unit registered and company procured approximately $1000 in parts under warranty. Clean, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable. For any Sub Zero or Wolf problems will definitely call them

    Abbott's Appliance Service
Tim was very responsive, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. Its not common to receive multiple calls to update ETA, Tim was very communicative about his schedule, giving me updates on when he was arriving within the scheduled time window. He diagnosed and repaired the problem swiftly and his price was reasonable. I also appreciated his knowledge as the owner/technician and he gave me very practical advice on other small issues I had on my washer. I highly recommend Tim and will be calling him back when I am ready to have my stove repaired.

Called on Tuesday morning and Max came out that afternoon. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. Told me the part would arrive on Thursday and he would call when it came in. Came out Thursday afternoon and fixed it. He was friendly and explained what the problem was and fixed it promptly.

    Good Guys Refrigeration
Max was very quick to respond to my online request for a quote - he both emailed and called me. He was out to the house the very next day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part. It was 4th of July week so FexEx was behind in deliveries making the part late. But Max always kept me posted and returned messages promptly. He even topped off our freon at no charge. I would definitely recommend him!

Max was on time and diagnosed the issue very quickly! Unfortunately for us, there was unknown floor damage due to a water leak from our refrigerator but thank goodness he helped us find it! Very fair pricing as well. Friendly and helpful even cleaning up the mess from the leak. Definitely recommend their services!

Don and Lane (father and son) are true professionals. Don fixed my dryer a few years ago, so when my dishwasher started leaking, I called and Lane was there the next day (Lane does all the calls now, he's got 30 years' experience). The dishwasher is 15+ years old, so figured it might need replacing, but Lane said it was just a bad water valve and he could replace it easily. After checking the motor and run cycle, he said the dishwasher was probably good for another few years and recommended the repair. (Yay, KitchenAid!) He came back the next day and had it fixed in less than half an hour. By recommending repair, you might think Lane's just trying to get the business, but when Don fixed my dryer a few years ago, he actually recommended replacement over repair. They offer practical, honest assessments, and even recommend the best brands for various appliances based on their repair experience. Bonus: Lane told me about water alarms, which alert you to leaks, and showed me the one he recommends (and uses). At $12, it seems like a great precaution against costly water damage, so I took his advice and got water alarms (from a store, not him) for the dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and water heater.

Technicion said it needed a new fan which he had to order. Several days later he brought a new one which he overcharged for. It worked for two days and stopped again. All additional calls went unanswered. Called a reputable repair man who immediately spotted the problem was the thermostat. The old fan was perfectly good.
