My mason told me that there was evidence of bats on our chimney, and that the bats needed to be humanely excluded before the chimney could be rebuilt. Green Cith Pest Control sent tjree people to do the job. However, when they got here, they found no evidence of bats, and they recommended that instead of bothering with $700 of potentially unnecessary work, that I have them back later in the unlikely event that the masons do discover bats. I did have to pay the $95 fee for the assessment, but they saved me $600 with their honesty. They could easily have proceeded with the work and scammed me, but they didn’t. I’m thrilled with their professionalism and will rehire them again should I ever need their services.

Would have to five them an F-. On first visit they stated it was squirrels and they don't do that kind of work. Called another company which cost $400+ and within 15 minutes they found a rats nest in the house. I get people make mistakes but make the mistakes right. Should have offered to refund the money paid to other company when they were called only because of their mistake. I had already purchased the AL coupon so I called them back and after speaking with them decided to give them another chance. 1 dishwasher and 1 clothes washer later (both damaged by rats chewing on hoses) they hadn't caught 1 rat in the traps in after 6+ months of monthly service. Both appliances were damaged after they had been on the job at least 4 months. Had to cancel monthly because I couldn't see spending money for no results along with replacing/repairing appliances and have to find someone who knows what to do and does it. They may be good for ants but they just don't seem to have anyone who can diagnose let alone fix rodents issues or at least they never sent them out. Based on my observations they didn't monitor the traps or re-bate them. Didn't seem to be a sense of urgency to determine how they were getting in. One trap sat behind the clothes washer tripped for over 2 months. Based on my experience I would pass on these guys.

Signed up for their 45 day multi visit deal. Very professional and promo response for both the appointment setter and the technicians. They were super friendly explained everything from start to finish. We're respectful of our home and children. Not only set traps and cleaned them later, but they also sealed up entry points around the house both from the inside and outside. I highly recommend this company and am confident that everyone will have a great experience with them!!!

I can't say enough about how great their service is. Every time they are very responsive, come quickly, charge very reasonable prices, and Mitch just will never give up on getting rid of the pests (cockroaches were the most persistent). Each time Mitch fills me in on the habits of the pest, how/why they probably came around, how to keep them away, and so on. The cockroaches and the rats required many visits for Mitch to check traps, and he even checked more often than planned if he happened to be doing other work nearby. He used different kinds of traps for the rats - in the area where I'd likely see the trap, he used one that would trap the rat inside so I wouldn't get freaked out seeing a dead rat, but in a spot hidden behind some boxes he used a standard trap and just told me not to go back there until the rats were taken care of. That kind of thoughtfulness is apparent in all their work. Costs varied, but it was usually on the order of $89 for a one-visit-required treatment, a little more for the ones that required more visits - but always less than I anticipated.

I received a referral for Brendon from another pest control service who said he would do a great job taking care of our bird issue. (Many pest control companies do not work with birds.) From our first contact, Brendon was professional and personable. He was patient with all of our questions, as well as thorough in his inspection of our house and explanation of the work he would do to get us taken care of. He earned brownie points on his first visit to draw up our quote when he disposed of a decomposed rat carcass in our attic. His quote was significantly less than the first company who gave us a quote but it was obvious the quality of his work would be equal, if not better. Brendon was frank with his recommendations and helped me understand what we should do now (get the birds out and seal off entry points) and what we could wait to do or do ourselves (clean up insulation where the birds had nested over the years). He was also communicative with his schedule as the excessive rains this year made it hard to find days where it was safe to be up on our roof to seal off the dormers. We are thoroughly impressed with Brendon, his experience and passion for his work, his professionalism and responsiveness - and his 5 year guarantee on his work.

Please contact a local vendor. Terminix was a huge waste of my time. I contacted Terminix to have someone come out as we had birds nesting in the attic crawl space of our new home. The bird blocks had all been pecked out by woodpeckers over the years. It turns out, many pest control companies do not work with birds, so I was limited in my options. I received a call and was given a two-hour window in which a tech would arrive two days later. I was promised a call one half-hour before the tech's arrival to confirm the time. An hour later, Terminix called again to schedule an appointment for me. I told the caller I had just spoken with her and scheduled an appointment. (That should have been my first red flag.) On the day of the appointment, 15 minutes prior to close of my two-hour window, I called to ask if someone was going to be coming to my home, as I should have received a call about the arrival time by then. I was transferred to the next tier of the call center, where a representative was authorized call the local office and get an update for me. No one answered when the representative called, so she left a message and said I would receive a call back from her if she heard anything. I made two more calls to Terminix that day. The second was much like the first. I was transferred to the next tier of customer service, where the representative tried to call the local office, to no avail. On the third call, I was informed that the initial call I received to schedule did not result in my *actually* being scheduled. A request was made to the local Terminix office to come to my house at the time I was told, but it never got confirmed by the local office. They just requested the time on my behalf. (This is the first I heard of my appointment not being confirmed. Each representative I had spoken with gave me the impression that I had been scheduled for a tech to show up at my home during the initial two-hour window I scheduled.) Basically, I was told my appointment request was in the Twilight Zone, with no guarantees I would ever have someone show up at my house - let alone have any follow-up. I never had any follow-up but was better off. I found an incredible local vendor whose knowledge and customer service are spot-on. Big box companies like Terminix simply won't go the extra mile for you.

I've had to have Ecoelite out to my house several times due to various infestations. Each time, the technician was polite, knowledgeable, and on time. After an issue, the owner was willing to work with me to resolve it. Fantastic service!

It went just fine. We ended up actually having them do some work for us and they did a good job. It went very smoothly. They had to come back and finish because they didn't prepare for a big job as it was. They've been used by our other neighbors. We shared them around the neighborhood. The workers were friendly.

he spent a hour or more spraying inside and outside the house,  I think he did a good job--coming back for a free follow up

this Friday -- he mention bait stations in case there were rats but he didn't put any out there --we'll ask him to do that when

    he comes back out Friday

Tom came out and the first thing I showed him was was one area in which, I thought, I was having a rat problem. Tom pointed out that it was more likely bats (which actually made a lot of sense once I thought about it). Unfortunately, they don't handle bats. So, I had to take care of that problem myself. That aside, Tom went into the crawlspaces, and all around the house. He found and sealed several entrances the rats were obviously using to get in/out of the crawlspace, and set a half a dozen snap traps.
Tom came back for the follow up, sealed another entrance I found and checked all the traps. Didn't catch anything unfortunately, but I haven't seen or heard of the rats lately, so hopefully they've moved on (or are dead in my crawlspace).
Overall, Tom was professional, punctual and did what I asked. Can't ask for much more than that.
As for the cost of services, I bought an Angie's coupon for $189. This, apparently did not include tax which was an additional $17 or so. I'm not sure if that was noted on the coupon, but if it was, I missed it. That aside, that cost did include the follow up appointment. Given the amount of time it took and the materials used, I'm not entirely sure if I feel like I got my money's worth, but I don't feel ripped off by any stretch either. Incidentally, I'd gotten another quote from a crawlspace cleaning service which was roughly in line with what I paid. Though, that was without any sort of coupon or deal. Given that, I'd probably feel differently had I paid full price for the service.
