Prior to doing the job, Yosvin came out and took a sample of the ceiling for me so we could have it tested. Thankfully the results were that the popcorn ceiling did not contain any asbestos material. Yosvin and his crew were great! Competitive pricing, and they were able to schedule as soon as the permit could be processed. They removed popcorn ceiling with asbestos and flooring containing asbestos. After the hot materials were out, they removed other flooring. Crew worked on the weekend to finish quickly.

The popcorn ceiling had been sealed with something extremely hard and nonporous by a previous owner and was very difficult to remove. It had to be removed with a large specialized razor.
