  • It went very smoothly. Cory soon called with a diagnosis of a melted fuse holder and failed circuit board that controlled the ignition of both furnace and water heater. The source of the leak was identified (cracked shroud on the roof), and he suggested an appropriate fix for the ladder. We approved the work, and it was completed by the next day (this included the time taken to obtain a couple of parts). We were very satisfied with the promptness, courtesy and professionalism of Auburn-Kent Valley RV's staff, and especially Cory.

  • 1)      Despite confirmation of an on-time arrival, the driver was 15 minutes late. He did not seem apologetic, stating that the ship did not sail until 4 p.m. This is not a good attitude. Since we were premium cruise members, we had an earlier check-in time and were trying to avoid the crush of people checking in ?on time?. We didn?t.
    2)      The driver was basically inexperienced and unsafe. He drove slowly but seemed to be unfamiliar with a vehicle the size of the Yukon. He did not know how to use the in-vehicle navigation
    system and had to rely on my guidance to get him to the port. On several occasions, he abruptly switched lanes on the freeway, cut off other drivers and did not keep up with traffic. We were very concerned for our safety.
    3)      During the trip, he violated state law or was at least highly distracted when speaking on a cellphone held in his lap.
    4)      When we arrived at the port, the driver did not adequately search the vehicle for luggage and we left a small bag behind that had fallen behind the seat. Yes, I appreciate that you were able to bring this bag to the ship before it sailed, but this should not have occurred in the first place.
    5)      When I called the number provided, whoever answered the phone insisted that they did not take me to the pier. I attribute this to a second-language issue and miscommunication. Initially,  was also unable to reach the company beforehand when I attempted to confirm the reservation the morning of the trip.
    We cannot
    recommend your service if you cannot ensure that the drivers will be capable of driving safely and handling our luggage correctly.

  • We have been using Paul's service twice in the past three months and we've been very satisfied. Paul is as punctual as possible. He calls you to let you know that he is coming. He verifies the time and place before to make sure he does not miss the pick up. He is very polite and courteous.

  • Paul was initially great - very responsive to emails and follow up with a phone call. He arrived on time to pick us up and took us to the airport. Car was okay, but we could hear it was having some mechanical problems that made us nervous on the freeway. Return trip did not go as planned. Paul was 30 minutes late picking us up from the airport, claiming he didn't have our flight info, although I had sent him the info in email weeks earlier and when we left he said he had it. It was frustrating and exhausting to have to wait that long after 18 hours of traveling from Europe with our three children. He was very frazzled when he showed up, and tried to drive away before my husband even fully got into the car - it was very dangerous. Car still needed mechanical attention. We will not be using him again.

  • I chose A1 Bel-Red Town Car Service because they had a high rating on Angie's List.  I met Paul and he picked me up at my house exactly when he said he would and I got the airport in  plenty of time for check-in, security and getting to the gate on time.  On my return trip, my flight was late and I had checked a bag, Paul waited until my flight landed and I picked up my luggage without any complaint and he got me home rested.  I would use this server again.

  • Called the day before my Mother's birthday to arrange a limo to take my parents to and from their birthday dinner.  Boris was very professional to deal with and I was able to arrange and pay for everything over the phone.  My parents said the driver was right on time and wonderful throughout the night.

  • Driver arrived on time, was helpful with luggage, and got us to the airport safely and in plenty of time for our flight. On the return trip
    the driver contacted me via cell phone while we picked up our luggage at baggage claim to confirm our location, and then met us promptly for pickup. Both cars were clean and comfortable, and both drivers were very courteous and professional.

  • I found this company on Angie's list  My husband transportation after shoulder surgery and could not drive.The car arrived at the agreed time and we arrived into downtown Seattle easily in time for the appointment .
    Our driver knew the route and we had no problems with directions or pickup and return.
    Paul was very courteous and the car was very clean and comfortable.Price was as agreed  and in line with other quotes for this trip.

  • Paul scheduled with me to provide roundtrip service to Sea-Tac Airport from our place in Redmond. He arrived promptly, took care of our bags and got us to Seatac with plenty of time. On the return trip we arrived just after midnight and he was waiting for us! What a relief.Paul is a friendly guy and enjoys his role as driver. I never worried once about his driving skills or our safety. I would recommend him and I will use him again.His fee was $65 each way and was more reasonable than most and much less expensive than parking.

  • I traveled on Sunday to Alaska and needed to arrive at the airport at 1.  Vitaly picked me up at 12:10 and I arrived at the airport in plenty of time to get my plane.  I made arrangements for him to pick me up from the airport the following Friday at 11 pm and he was there waiting for me upon my arrival.  I can always count on Limo4me.
