Dr. Zundel performed ear wax suction for both of my ears; unfortunately I ended up losing part of my hearing on one ear right after the
procedure. Needless to say I was devastated; on top of that I didn?t get any support from Dr. Zundel.  All he did was denying and suggested for me to get hearing aid.  The office staff was very rude.  After I told them I was losing hearing and demanded to see Dr.
Zundel the Monday after the incident, they told me I had to leave message for his assistant. As result, I had to see another ENT outside his group that day. And it was proven that I had inner ear nerve damage. When I went back to see him after that. He realized the damage he had done, but no apology. The quality of my life is compromised for the rest of my life because of the experience. I'd stay away from this group as far as possible!

She is really good at answering questions and she takes time with you. She is very friendly. I think she is a great surgeon too. She did a C-section on me the last time and the recovery from her surgery is very good. Their new office is very nice and I book my appointments in advance so it is not bad. If you go in the afternoon, she can be running behind.

I have been going to her for over 15 years. She is personable. She is responsive and has a great manner about her. She does have some reduced hours, but she is available Monday and ndash; Thursday. She works with a nurse practitioner, as well, that can fill in if there is an event that Dr. Teresa Girolami cannot be there.

I used Dr. Austin at Swedish Issaquah and she uses that facility for her patients. I had a planned C-Section so I arrived on my scheduled date and got started with the process. I had a great experience all around at Swedish. The hospital is new so it's very clean, organized and quiet! I stayed in the hospital for 3 days and it was a great place to spend the first 3 days of my son's life! The nurses are top notch and really care about their patients! I had a slew of people come through my room, all looking to make sure my son and I were happy and healthy. Some people may see this as annoying, but on the contrary it is what Swedish does best - they're thorough!! I also like all of the technology at Swedish! You can order AMAZING food from the television and they make everything very easy to understand! If I were planning on having another child I wouldn't hesitate to go to Swedish, they are an amazing facility! Did I mention they have really good food? ;)

Dr. Tung is an oustanding gastroenterologist.  He was very good with my 18 year old daughter, very thorough, calm, explained everything so that she could understand it and gave her choices.  The schedulers and clinic staff were friendly and helpful.  My only problem with the Polyclinic is the billing.  They don't offer any discounts or help for those who can't afford the high cost of health care.  The colonoscopy ended up costing $500 out of pocket.  She is still paying on it two years later.  Get estimates before you get medical procedures.

We were so grateful to be able to have an appointment immediately.  Everyone was so nice and caring.  Her doctor is Dr. Grant Lohse.  We were only in the waiting room about 5 minutes before we were called into the doctor's office.  X-rays were taken.  Dr. Lohse explained exactly where her wrist was broken and a cast was applied .

The doctor there is amazing. She is very personable and it is great that she reads all of the past notes of her patients before they come in so that she is aware of everything that has occurred. I don’t have to remind her about specific issues. I know she is very busy and has a lot of patients but her personal care is amazing. They have gotten busier and busier over the years which is why it has become harder and harder to get an appointment. It doesn’t matter when I go in because the customer service does not change.

I have been using her since 2001-2002. I do not have any dislikes about her, as if I did not like her I would not be going to her. She has worked for me, for some people she would not work. If I would need a specialist, she would recommend some high quality specialists in our area. I have always had, except for one person who did not workout but that was not her fault, some high quality people that are in the network that she seems to know. She seems to want to know the experience you have had with a specialist, when she has recommended them, to get some input. I really like that because it has worked out well for me. Usually, I can get in with her within a week. I have never had a problem with billing and administration.

I had a total of three appointments with Dr. Romanick. The first went really well, other than me having two wait 2 1/2 hours, she seemed genuinely concerned about me as a person and eager to find out what was wrong with me. The second appointment, once again, required a 2 1/2 hours wait to be seen, at which point I was seen by a nurse practitioner, who knew nothing about me and seemed to know nothing about rheumatology. The nurse practitioner wasted about 1 hour of my time asking me ALL of the same questions that I had gone over with Dr. Romanick at the first apt. Then she called in Dr. Romanick, who when learning that Plaquenil wasn't handling my health issues, accused me of using street drugs, amongst other things, even though I had told her that I had been suffering from severe brain fog, which is a common symptom of lupus. For some stupid reason, I actually saw her a third time. I scheduled for a first morning appointment and she was till 45 minutes late. That appointment resulted in her exhibiting yet a third temperament, which was to do nothing and to tell me that I only needed to see her nurse practitioners for now on. I've been seeing a different rheumatologist ever since that appointment. I was diagnosed with lupus and put on Imuran by this doctor. While I am far from being healthy, I'm much better off then I was on Plaquenil and being seen by a doctor who insulted me demeaned my suffering and who, herself, seems to suffer from an untreated bipolar or multiple personality disorder.

They put tubes in our son's ears in Feb. Followups and regular appointments have been great. Dr. Knipe has a wonderful bedside manner and gentle, nonjudging manner to him. He is a good surgeon, very knowledgeable and answers all questions. We will continue to go to Dr. Knipe for ENT related stuff
