  If there was an option for a NO STAR review, this scam operation would earn it. From the initial contact with this place they began lying. After the single person showed up to clean instead of two we started complaining. We stopped in to checkup on the cleaner and found her doing laps in the home, after 9 hours on a quoted 8 hour job, they hadn't finished a single room. Unless you want to pay for a person to go from room to room for hours on end without actually cleaning the rooms go elsewhere. By the time we threw them out of the house we were 11 hours in to the cleaning and the house was no where near finished. The whole time were in constant contact with office manager and the owner Victoria, expressing our concerns. We decided to talk the next morning and come to some sort of agreeable resolution, so naturally she ran our credit card immediately, at 9 o'clock at night, and mysteriously became very hard to get a hold of. After countless attempts to communicate she continues to babble about some some miscommunication when there was none. This is a classic example of a business that gets all the info they need to get paid and fails to deliver on the promised service. There are plenty of honest cleaners who do the work they are paid to do, this is not on of them. Keep looking.

  Reveca Quoted a price of $275 for a deep clean. She said it would take about 6 hours. It took about 2.5 hrs. Btw, I live in a house that���s only about 900 sq. Ft. and the house wasn���t a disaster, I just needed help, as I am a senior citizen, getting to those areas that I have a hard time cleaning myself. Initially, I thought they did a good job, but upon closer inspection, the tops of doorways and windows weren���t even dusted (I specifically requested this). The backs of the blinds were never dusted, windowsills weren���t wiped off, and there were still fingerprints on doorways and light switches. They washed the living room floor, though I never requested that. I have never paid to have my house cleaned before and was seriously disappointed in this service.

  They were very efficient and thorough. The communication was excellent and they were very flexible to my schedule. The magic wand brought all their own supplies including a step stool to reach higher cleaning spots.

  Sherrie Wheeler was nice, but the quality of work was poor. I had to redo the frig because she did not remove shelves and vegetable bins and there was food left. Also. Sherrie had Maria redo the bathroom fixtures, but they were still BAD! The shelves in the pantry must have only been wiped with a dry rag because I redid them with Lysol spray and a rag and they were black !! My daughter-in-Law has been recleaning everything for two days after their long flight from Eastern Canada. I was both embarrassed and angry that I paid $400 for something we had to totally redo. I learned my lesson, no more hiring someone unless I know them personally and have GOOD personal recommendations. They are not good for your business!! NEVER. AGAIN !!.

  Our homeowner board hired Robin and Josh after getting bids from several window cleaning firms. They both were very exited about getting the job and we started setting up the project months in advance. They showed up 3 hours late the first day, and only Josh was able to work. He had no ladder so he only washed inside windows on a few houses. He returned the next day alone and did one house, He explained that Robin had overbooked him and had to go to another job. He promise to complete the first 30 house the next week. He return on a Thursday with one helper and they finished the 1st 10 houses. He promised to return Friday with a full crew and complete !st 30 houses by Saturday. He did not return and has not responded to our calls or text. They left our community scrambling to try find another window washing company. The windows he did clean were poorly done This was very unprofessional and will leave a bad mark on the company going forward. President of Rollingwood homeowners assn.

  Do to a physical injury it been very difficult for me to deep clean my home regularly. I contacted Rodica and told her what I needed and with very short notice she was able to accommodate me.   This cleaning required owner Rodika, to problem solve, and to be both creative and resourceful in accomplishing the job. When I returned home I was totally delighted and amazed at her thoroughness, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness in completing my job.   The women were prompt, courteous, respectful, and kind. They gave me a chance to show them what I'd like for them to do and what the priorities were. They asked questions to be sure to clarify what I expected. They brought all their own supplies which alleviated me from having to provide and prepare them. When I arrived home, the work was completed as asked, and the work was exceptional. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, the floors and carpets cleaned, bed made, and all in allotted time. My home not only looks fresh and clean, but also smells fresh and clean. Thank your for a job well done.
