  • I was not very happy with the communication with this company. I am going to be returning the package that I bought for the security system. SimpliSafe did not offer any kind of customer service, and kept directing me back to Angie's List to get information regarding my purchase. I could not get information about when the order would be delivered. I assumed that it was not going to come in a timely manner, so I canceled it and got a refund.

  • After extensive reviews of all alarm companies in our area we chose Frontpoint. We purchased about a year ago with a deal from Angie's list. We also purchased extra sensors and the additional price and service plan is reasonable. We are still very happy with Frontpoint. We have had a few false alarms (our fault for not disarming before opening doors) one where they called us and made sure everything was ok before sending out police. They also have very customized set up that's easy to do. I get text notifications when something happens at my house. Can't recommend them enough!

  • This company receives extremely high praise for above the call of duty in responsiveness.
    We called and Jimmie came out the next day 12/30/13 and although New Year's Eve was the following day, he put us on the work schedule because we had a very stressful house guest that we had to evict. I could not even sleep.
    In less than 24 hours we had a system in place!
    There was some kind of coding glitch down the road that Jimmie handled very well. We never felt the product was bad or anything. You know how when you have to call a company a couple of times and you usually will feel uncomfortable? Not with this company. Jimmie is always upbeat and willing to drop on by to solve the issue which was successfully resolved. It was like calling somebody you personally know. BTW: the code thing was probably a rare thing as we were getting the additional medical alarm and ADT had an issue with that code. All is well now.
    I just called to get a copy of the receipt because our house insurance costs will reduce. Another bonus to having the system (and then I realized that I had not even written a review at the time).
    We are 5 and 1/2 months into our system and LOVE it! We feel much safer. Everything works fine.

  • It was fantastic! They did the install in a very short period. Travis came to our first Neighborhood Watch meeting and explained how it worked and is coming back to another meeting. My brother forgot to disarm and the alarm went off. We were notified via a phone call and text. We can give separate codes to family members and are notified via text when they disarm so we know when someone in entering the house and who it is. The cost of $285.27 included our first year of monitoring. They are adding new features all the time to make this the best alarm deal out there. I would highly recommend you give them a call and hear what they have to say.

  • Steve. Morales was the sales person. He is a little verbose but overall seemed to know his stuff. We got our system upgraded and they was satisfactory. We moved into a house that already had their system I place and we needed to make some upgrades to bring the system up to our needs. The camera system, however, was and still is a mess. Their technicians knew how to install the units but very little idea how to program them properly. As a result the job took hours longer than anticipated. Hours that I had to pay for. I asked for three cameras to be installed but really could not make up my mind where to install the third one so they held off on that. I called them and told them a couple weeks later where I wanted to put the third camera and they came out to install. I changed my mind at the last minute on the location and they put the camera where I wanted it...only this camera was not suitable for that location. In fact it was a camera with a short focal point so unsuited for areas where a longer focal point was necessary. I questioned the tech and he said and quot;I just installand quot; . Nice answer. Steve knew this camera was unsuitable for the need and said that in hind sight the moment I changed my mind, he should have pulled the guys and regrouped. Fair enough. We all make mistakes except this one cost me money. I don't do this for a living, Steve does...so I couldn't have known that my change of heart would cause such an issue. Since this time I have had little follow up I didn't beg for, no apology for the time it is taking to correct this matter and certainly no contact from higher management or any other customer service person to ensure I am completely satisfied...or even to talk with me about mu dissatisfaction and certainly no discount for their lack of knowledge how to program the product. The camera system itself is clunky and difficult to operate. The cameras change their field of view by themselves and good luck getting any playback. I am thoroughly unimpressed with their follow up and customer service. I will never use them again and certainly not send anyone their way. They really give you the impression that your needs as the customer don't really matter. Their time is far more important.

  • Overall great service from SimpliSafe Home Security.Good customer service and no hassles with returning system. No problem with system but due to my time constraints I went through another company that did my install(Security Networks). They have no charges for the equipment and have a 3-year contract commitment. They also have great service and a rep.comes to your home to evaluate to see what equipment is needed. After the installation a company rep. calls to ensure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction.

  • Called ESI and made appointment with Shane, but day of appointment, no one showed up. I took time off from work for this appointment. Upon calling ESI, Shane was on vacation and Joe did not find my appointment, but came out immediately and arrived within an hour of my original appointment. Apparently, my appointment was on Shane's calendar. None the less, Joe completed the activation of my alarm monitoring system. My house previously was monitored by another company ten plus years ago, so the wiring was in place, but Joe updated the keypads (I purchased a second keypad) and adjusted the existing equipment to ESI's specifications. Even though Joe had a late start, he stayed until the system and alarms worked and tested good. Inspite of the appointment mixup, the job was completed on the scheduled day. I'm satisfied with the work done by Joe, and hoping I'll be satisfied with the 3 year alarm monitoring.

  • We are happy with them because they respond quickly whenever we need them. We havent anything negative to say about them. The customer service and their responsiveness is very high. Their price is definitely better than the standard.
