  • My project consisted of replacing the exterior doors, replacing the siding, painting the exterior and replacing the gutters, with additional work planned in the future. The exterior doors needed to be replaced first before anything else. I corresponded with Vitaliy Bashinskiy (Owner of Bash Construction) multiple times over a span of about 2 months, each time I requested a written quote for the complete scope of work, each time I was promised a written quote “tonight”, “tomorrow”…etc. It took Vitaliy nearly 2 months to provide a written quote. And when he did provide the quote in writing, just prior to me pulling the trigger to start the job, he increased the price by $800 to dispose the trash, a common part of the job, but very curious to me that this would come up as an “oh, by the way..”, considering we had talked price several times verbally, and it never came up until the last minute. On a side note, I also find it a little curious that he has changed the name of his company twice over the years. Formerly V A B Construction and VAB Quality Works LLC. Vitaliy had a gutter installer look at my job and provide him with a cost, verbally. That cost was passed on to me, verbally. I requested the contact information for the installer multiple, multiple times. To this day I have not received the contact information for the gutter installer or a written quote for the gutter installation. Once the new exterior doors were delivered I scheduled a day with Vitaliy to install them. After I had already re-arranged my schedule to be home during the installation, he later called to tell me that he needed to reschedule. The next time I connected with him he tells me about the awesome time he had fishing, instead of installing my doors. The 2nd appointment I set with him to install my doors he arrived at approximately 10:30am, and brought along with him a helper and his painter. I had to re-arrange my schedule for this appointment as well, and stayed home from the office in order for them to replace my doors. Instead of replacing my doors, which was the ONLY task scheduled for that particular day, and the reason I stayed home, his painter began pressure washing underneath the eves of the home. As it got late in the day, Vitaliy then told me that there was no longer enough time in the day to replace the doors while the painter is pressure washing, and he needed to reschedule again. At this point, being the 2nd time that I re-arranged my schedule in order to accommodate his, I let Vitaliy know that I would reschedule one more time but that I needed to deduct his pay. He made a choice to go fishing instead of replace my doors the first time. He made a choice the second time to bring along a sub contractor that got in his way of replacing my doors. His poor planning and choices were costing me time and money. He seemed to have no problem wasting my time and costing me money, but he certainly had an issue when the table was turned and it was his pay that would be affected, and he chose to walk away from the job. He didn’t have the courage to tell me in person or even call, but later told me over a text message that he would not do my job. Very unprofessional. I was perfectly content moving on and paying a professional with integrity and regard for others time. Unfortunately, it doesn’t end there. I wish it did. During the two month span that I corresponded with Vitaliy, and prior to him cowardly walking away from my job, a friend of mine told me that she was also thinking of having similar work done on her home. At the time, I told my friend that I haven’t hired him yet, but that I would let her know how it goes. I did, however, provide her with the contact info for Vitaliy so that she could interview him (my mistake). My friend did contact him, and hired him before I could warn her not to. Vitaliy did not so much as acknowledge my referral that resulted in a $28,000 job, let alone say thank you! Again, highly unprofessional. As of this review, it is my understanding that he has only completed one side of her home, and has walked off of her job as well, this time with 50% ($14,000), his requirement, that she paid him, and he does not answer or return her calls. I’m glad to read that others have had a good experience with this company, but we did not, and it turned into a nightmare for my friend that did hire him. And we are sharing our stories. I would never hire Vitaliy (Bash Construction), and will never recommend him again.

  • The entire process was handled professionally and flawlessly by the WES administrative crew. While we selected top of the line products, there were other options available. Also, the work was completed on time, without drama and with no errors, conflicts or omissions. Speaking of top of the line, the crew sent by WES was certainly the best. Though Matt (didn't get his last name) worked on it the first couple of days and worked very well, Brian Paulin and Mason Massey did the lion's share of this job. My wife and I are entirely satisfied with the work they did for us, and very pleased with the results. Not only were they very diligent in their work ethic, they were both very friendly as well and welcomed our questions and commentary about the project. We have the utmost confidence in them and, as a result, with WES as well. Our previous experience with WES for our new furnace and A/C install was also very good, and our experience with the WES reps, Rob Cohn (siding) and Nick Grobbelaar (A/C), was very positive and everything was delivered exactly as contracted. Products, people, performance, value - all were great for us at WES.

  • Northern Pacific Exteriors is as professional as they come. Their sales rep was low-pressure, honest, and took LOTS of time explaining every aspect of our project. The work crew was fast, efficient, and very skilled. The office staff called every day during the project to see if we had any questions or concerns. Our property was totally cleaned up every day after the crew went home. I would definitely hire this company again.

  • Wonderful!! I am selling my house and the issue was discovered during the home inspection. I called and explained the issue and my time crunch. They told me they would have the estimator out as soon as possible. Mike came by just 3 days later. He looked at the issue and advised me it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it was and just needed a small repair vs a replacement. He fixed on the spot. Mike was so nice, responsive and HONEST. Can’t ask for more than that when you’re in need of help. I would encourage anyone to use Lincoln. Time to pay it forward.

  • This was our trial run with any gutter service companies in this area and we were planning to get three services done from three companies. After they provided service, we have not need to look further. Lincoln Gutter is now our go to company for gutter cleaning and service. Great job!

  • Very nice, very professional. Owner Tony came out on a Saturday for us and promptly provided an estimate via email which provided all the details. I had several questions along the way and we had some roof runoff issues we asked advice on. Tony was prompt and patient in his responses. They showed up on time as scheduled and installation was done within a couple of hours. He made me very comfortable with this process. I would hire him again or gladly refer him to friends.

  • Green Built Roofing had very hard workers and did a good job on the different. There was a misunderstanding about a shed that needed to be done. The salesman was very honest about his mistake and said that it would be done and they are finishing it right now. Even though it wasn't on our list of things to be done, they are still honoring it. From the first salesman we were given a price, and there was a lot of pressure to sign that day or we wouldn't get that price. The second salesperson came out and they had allowed us time to get other estimates. I felt much more comfortable with with second salesperson, Ray, and he was able to give us a rate that was $5000 less than original bid. The roof was completed in three days and the roof looks beautiful. It was a quality roof with 50 year guarantee and the workers cleaned up after themselves very well. Be sure to get other bids just to make sure it fits within the going price.

  • You will never find another company as professional, organized, detail-oriented, and having a high quality of workmanship as this company. In Dec 2016, we started to research companies to redo our siding/windows/roof. We must have interviewed at least 6 companies. Some we knew right off the bat, nope, not for us. Some were “ok” but once the representatives from Northern Pacific came (Mike for the siding and Caleb/Gary for the roof), we knew that they were right for us. Whereas other companies, may list “replace roof” on their bid, Northern Pacific listed in detail exactly what “replace roof” meant. This takes so much of the guessing work out of it and both the customer and the company know what work will be done. By having this kind of detail up front, you know what you are getting. You know from day 1 the type of material they are using as well as anything else that is needed. Their bid has 3 options (gold, silver, and platinum) to help you figure out what is right for you. As well as the 3 options, you can also customize each option if that better suits your needs as well. From the detail in the bid, to the detail of the work, and the amazing customer service… you will not find a more professional company than this. When the work was started, we had a wonderful group of men working on our siding and windows project (Jose, Jose S, Gabe, Irving, Tom, and Ralph). The foreman was Ben – he was outstanding! Whereas most companies would just do the work, Ben and his crew would look at every single detail and make sure it was done right. They have so much pride in their work and it shows. A few times I would watch the guys work for a few minutes. You can really tell that they like what they are doing – they were laughing, singing, and just really enjoying what they were doing. The roofing men were Miguel and his crew. I didn’t see them as often as I saw the siding crew, but they were just as friendly and accommodating. The crews had everything they needed on site. There were the tools of course, but also a pop up tent and a porta-potty for the crew to use. I know those are small things but, if I see that a company is willing to make their employees comfortable on the job site, then I know they treat them well and in turn they will treat their customers well. Then there is Amber (and Mandy ) in the office. From the moment we decided to go with this company, she was the liason. Before the project even started, she would give us weekly or so phone calls just to let us know the project was on schedule and if by chance, there was a delay, she made sure we knew why. We appreciated these check-ins because it showed that we weren’t forgotten about. Then when the project started, there were nightly phone calls to see how things went that day. She asked if there were any concerns, questions, or overall comments. Most days there was no need to return her phone call, or talk with her, because everything was going well. If there was any time that there was an issue (very rarely), it was addressed immediately. The crew was right on that issue the very next day. After the project was over, she called a few more times to make sure we were happy with things, etc. You get used to the nightly phone calls and kind of miss it afterwards. If we ever needed any more work done, I would not hesitate one bit, I would be speed dialing Northern Pacific. We are so happy with not only the end product but with the wonderful customer service they gave us. Thank you - Sandy Nelson

  • Called someone else to start with, they came out with a camera and tried to hydrojet a perimeter drain, didn't work. They quoted me almost $6k to replace a bunch of underground pipe. I kept calling around and got Josh with Rain Pros to come look at it. They worked to try to resolve the problem without a big replacement job, found the blockage at the back of our property by digging around until they found it, replaced a little pipe, then the standing water drained, overall cost about half what the other outfit had quoted. They gave us a really good price for the work, showed up when they said they would, tried to keep the home clean when they had to come in to get down in the crawl space, three workers besides Josh were respectful, hard workers, intelligent.

  • I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything that was promised was delivered with minimal disruption to our household or neighborhood. If I had any questions they were always answered with a smile. The daily project updates from Amber were a Godsend. I would recommend Northern Pacific Exteriors to anyone looking to have siding or roofing work done.
