    Meridian Dental Care
I was very happy with the hygienist, Ashley. The front desk people were courteous but not particularly friendly, and no one notified me that there would be a rather lengthy wait (30 minutes). The dentist seemed fine, but I only saw her for perhaps 2-3 minutes.

    Dove Family Dentistry
This particular visit was to replace an old crown. I have had numerous dental issues over the years and rely on his expertise to either take care of the problem or refer me to other dental specialists.

    Ota, Dr. Steven M
He's really good and really kind. He's got excellent bedside manner, especially for those of us with dental phobias. He's calm, nice, and soft-spoken. I really like him, but I've recently moved out of the area. I'm so nervous about going to a new doctor, I'm considering flying back down just for him! He's the absolute best!

    Lakeview Smiles
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Dorantes and his staff. Very personable and friendly. To be honest I was a bit nervous about getting my implant done, but Dr. Dorantes walked me through the process by patiently answering all my questions. He even called to check up on me after office hours, post surgery. Very affordable compared to other offices in the area ( I called around). My experience was excellent and I strongly recommend Lakeview Smiles to anyone looking for a great dental office.

    Comfort Dental
I arrived about 15 minutes early, and I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who have me the paperwork to fill out. As soon as I finished that, I was led to a consultation room (a table and a few chairs and a door--the office is pretty sectional and most rooms don't have doors). Just a couple minutes later I was greeted by Dr. Blacker, an effusively welcoming young man who went through the paperwork with me. I was surprised that he was openly willing to talk about charges and financing, including their "gold plan," a free by-enrollment fee schedule for those without insurance. Initial exam and x-rays cost just $19! (this is the same price advertised across the windows of the business)
Without further ado, he led me to the examination/treatment suite, where there were two pods separated by a half partition. His dental assistant did the X-rays, and then Dr. Blacker was back. He talked about what he saw in the images and then did a regular exam. At the conclusion of that we talked about what he'd seen, what he thought I needed to do to follow up. One of my least favorite and yet probably very necessary part of the exam with my last dentist of 20 years was measuring the pockets in the gums. He didn't do any of that.
He did the cleaning himself, next. Although he used the ultrasonic cleaning instrument, as well as traditional dental tools, I thought that the cleaning went awfully fast, even considering my teeth have always been in great shape. I asked him about that and he told me it was because my teeth were in such great shape. To be honest, I've always had a hard time with oral hygiene--I hate the whole routine of brushing, flossing, and everything else. Since the ADA has accepted Listerine's statement on blue and lavender bottles that their mouthwash offers 12 hour protection against plaque and gingivitis (warning: new bottles do NOT say this!), I've taken them at that and only brush every couple of days. I floss pretty regularly, though. I also put tea tree oil on top of my toothpaste, and I even have started using a dental floss saturated with tea tree oil.  Evidently, Listerine's (former?) promises are worth banking on! A dental assistant (hygienist?) followed up with polishing, and then I was done. She led me to the checkout area, where the total was calculated and the bill was presented. I paid with a credit card and was out the door.
Reflecting on the whole experience, I was rather surprised that only two other patients came through the door in the 1-1/4 hour I was in there. I was told that the office had been there for 3 years, but I saw a rather normal-looking bookcase that appeared to hold all their patient charts on just two shelves (without any security, I might add). Perhaps this was an overflow area? It just didn't seem like many charts, and I didn't like the lack of privacy for my information. I was very pleased by all my interactions with staff--they were great. I was in and out within an hour for exam, x-rays, and cleaning. I thought that was great. They've got a pretty open calendar at this point, so you can even get in on the same day (especially if you can go during the business day). All in all? Quite a positive experience that I look forward to repeating.

    Aaron Smith DMD
I have been seeing Dr. Smith for about 2+ years.  I haven't had major work done here, but have had fillings done and a few checkups/cleanings.  Dr. Smith is friendly, conversant, and approachable, even though he's a DMD (meaning he has an MD as well as a dental degree).  He doesn't try to find things he can work on like most dentists I've been to, but is genuinely into doing only what's needed when it's needed - how refreshing!! If I have an area I want info on to make it look better cosmetically, he's happy to elaborate on what he can do, but is completely neutral on whether I go for it or not - so far I have just been curious.  The whole staff there is very positive.  They also have digital x-rays, which reduces your exposure and is easier to have done.  Everything is high tech, but the atmosphere is laid back while making me feel the center of attention for the moment.  The fillings were done quickly, without discomfort, and they made sure about my bite after with the little blue sheets you tap, tap, tap on to model the filling perfectly to your other teeth so your bite is not thrown off by the new filling. The practice is growing, but still only a few years in this location so is easy to schedule with.  I am always seen by Dr. Smith himself, instead of some other dentist as I have had other offices do.  Highly recommend Dr. Smith.

    SK Family Dental
My first visit to Dr Kwon's office was the end of March.  Since then I have had extractions of 2 teeth that had sheared off years ago.  I have also gone in for numerous fillings and a root canal & crown.  I have a long way to go yet to get my mouth up to par but so far I have nothing but good to say about the work done.  The staff is very friendly and very easy to talk to.  Michelle, the receptionist/office manager has been fantastic at working up the costs of all the work that needs to be done in the future. There has been very little waiting and I have been worked in at the last minute trying to get a few things done before family arrives in town.  I have moved from the mindset of hating to go to the Dentist to not minding at all as the results have been nothing but good so far.

    Scott Moffit
We've gone to him for years.  They are top of the line every time.  The staff is wonderful.  They have fantastic staff out there.  There office is really nice.  The longest time we have to wait is five or ten minutes.  I would highly recommend their office to anyone.

    Thai Nguyen DDS
He offers excellent dental care. They're really good in the office. They're very nice and very professional. We were referred to him by our chiropractor. He is more of a natural dentist versus automatic one. He's just really great and really good with kids. They also have translators in their office. I can translate from Korean or Spanish speaking if that's needed. There are no hidden costs. They're very personable, caring and compassionate with the kids. I can always get a hold of them. The office environment is great. It's cozy. They're always on time. Bedside manner is excellent. They're willing to work with you.

    Cook, Dr. Amy
Chose to return for new filling. On the 25th I was over 30 minutes early and they worked me into the schedule. Dr. Cook, and her assistants, were very professional. Asked questions and entered conversation that was truly interested in me and not just idle chat. Very friendly. Dr. Cook explains the problem well and makes the choices easy to make. Work seems to be high quality and took care of my problem right away.
I'm sorry that I did not get their name, but everyone from the front desk to the prep assistant, chairside, and Dr. Amy Cook worked in a very professional, but friendly environment. They worked quickly, but not frantically. None of the patients that I saw going in or out seemed to be unhappy. In my case, they even considered my claustrophobia as they worked around me. Lots of explanations if you want them, and if not you can get a set of headphones to listen to your choice of music stations.
Equipment appeared to be well used, but not ugly used. The system that took pictures and allowed you to view them almost simultaneously was a new trick for me, and I really appreciated having the chance to see the affected area in a clear TV picture. I will definitely return for more work, and in fact have my next appointment already set.
Strongly recommend this provider for services.
